Every person I’ve dealt with at Domino’s on No. 5 Rd.and Cambie are wonderful and very helpful! Their Pizza’s are THE BEST!

We had a pizza party for My Son’s lacrosse team of 19 kids plus parents at a hotel, we put the order in an hour before we wanted it delivered and it showed up just on time piping hot and it was absolutely delicious, Domino’s never disappoints

So I add it to my cart only to see it's $18.99, not $16.99. I think "wait, what? " Go back and check the coupon and what I ordered.okay. Yeah it is correct.

Only to see a tiny * on the coupon with a message at the very bottom of the page "prices may vary by location. "

Absolutely ridiculous deceptive marketing.

Not only this, but half your toppings, and every sauce except pizza sauce costs extra which is an absolute joke considering your pizza is among the worst of franchise pizza joints.

You don't even know your own lack of quality.

I hope dominos fails and disappears off the face of the planet.

I ordered Veggie Pizzas and was unaware of coupons discount. The guy name Inderjeet helped me with my order and the pizza was so delicious. All in all an awesome experience.

Just wanted to thank the team at Dominos in Richmond for always providing us with the freshest pizza! We order it every other Saturday for the entire team at work and it makes everyone happy! Thanks again!

Ordered a 4-topping pizza.after i opened the box, 3-topping only.
Ordered wings with ranch.no ranch was found in the bag

Even when the app said the pizza was done I was told to wait for my pizza. 15 minutes later when everyone else was served I inquired if my pizza was done. The lady looked confused and looked like she started to make my pizza. The grossest part is when she did not wash her hands from helping all those customers on the cash register then started kneading the dough.

I have one concern towards Domino's pizza. Why is it that the pizza makers don't wear gloves, no hairnets and have jewelry in their hands? It's so unsanitary and gross. It's a multi million company and they can't provide GLOVES or HAIRNETS?

Ordered 1 large pizza chicken and double mushroom which had barely any mushroom and maybe 1 or 2 pieces of chicken on each slice.they’re really cheap with their toppings.

Overall experience is amazing and the costumer service is awesome. Though I did have to lose one star since they messed up my pizza order.

Not likeing the dough seems like they use wholewheat flour and if you microwave heat up left over pizza it dries out

Best place to get pizza very friendly but they are skimpy on their toppings they are scarce on the pizza like the employees pay for it I got 2 Hawaiian pizzas and it was more bread less cheese and toppings.not happy but usually good and quick

I've ordered a pizza twice from this place. They always come 30 minutes (so total 1 hour for a delivery) after their tracker showed "delivery completed. " What's the meaning of the tracker then?
My place is only 10 min from this place by car but it took 1 hour to get deliveries so I needed to microwave pizzas, even though I ordered them as soon as they opened the store!

We ordered two medium pizzas online with a coupon. The ordering process was about as good as it could be on a mobile device. A little difficult but their ordering system is pretty good. Pizza came delivered right on time but when we looked inside, one of the pizzas was the wrong flavour. We called them to tell them about the mix up. They sent a new correct pizza over right away. It arrived 15 minutes later with a free bottle of pop. They made a mistake but they were very quick to correct it which was very much appreciated.

Better service than other places with delicious food.
Moreover, the staff is really nice.

Very friendly & kind staff My son loves watching them make the pizza, and the staff all have warm smiles making the pizzas despite the busy workload And obviously the pizza tastes fresh and delicious!

Amazing service. We called this location directly and Jaspreet answered the phone in a timely manner. She was very professional and recommend us with the best Domino's deals. I am not very good with Pizza menus and she offered me advice on good choices. It was good value for the money and everyone enjoyed the quality pizza. Not to forget the delivery boy Raj was excellent. He was on time and order was correct. Well done & Great Service!

I order the same exact pizza every time, online, nothing I do changes but its a hit and miss to how the pizza is made. When ordering for delivery, its creepy how the delivery drivers are staring at you while your focus is on the payment machine.they are observing you, or whats in your home.its rude and makes people feel uneasy. I suppose bringing their old country ways to Canada.

Sometimes the box comes with a sealed sticker and sometimes not. Always seems to vary day to day even though its the same order each and every time.

RARE for me to 2 star rate, but I hate paying top dollar for a pizza after a hard days work where I get home late and need to eat, then the pizza is not what I ordered.too tired to deal with having them correct the order.

We've had take out pizza from here a few times now and it's been consistently good. Staff is friendly and my order is always prepared quickly.

First time I order from this place.
First of all, the delivery guy was very nice, the drinks were cold and 1 of the 2 pizzas was well made.
Now the bad things. I ordered one pizza with BBQ sauce, I can't feel the BBQ taste. I ordered from other Domino's pizzas before (when I was living in Surrey) and the BBQ sauce really tasted like BBQ. This one tastes like it's watered down or just not enough BBQ sauce. Apart from that, the parmesan bites didn't have any parmesan on them. It's just baked pieces of bread.
Will I order from this location again? Yes because I have points for a free pizza and I'm leaving Canada soon. But I'll make sure not to order certain items or ingredients.
