Domino's Pizza

Ordered from here on a few occasions, for the most part it's been good. Ordered two pizzas today, thin crust and extra sauce, when I got home to feed my kids it was burnt pizzas, minimal sauce and the pizza was harder than the cardboard box it came in. Clearly they don't follow instructions well. Brought the pizzas back to show them, they offered new pizzas within half hour, declined and got my $ back as my kids couldn't wait to eat, very unimpressed.

Needs more toppings.has very little toppings selecting. And pizza tastes like im eating cardboard. Might wanna change what ur doing.

My time here is always quick and pleasant, they always seem well staffed and very busy. Pizza is good and tasty, great for good deals when you don’t want to spend a ton on something fancier.

Over charged and forgot the dipping sauce. Manager was spicy!
Said he would send the delivery guy back to refund money, guy never showered up. (Surrey store)
When I called to order the lady also pretended she couldn’t hear me, m didn’t understand the coupons that they give out.
Second time I’ve be had a bad experience with this store.
Go somewhere else, I’m sure the pizza will be fine and you won’t have to pay extra.

This pizza is exactly what you pay for. It’s perfect cheap pizza to feed a crowd or take on a picnic. Fast take out & delivery and always accurate. Flavour is good, particularly the sausage. Don’t expect gourmet pizza cooked to perfection if you pay less than $10 for pizza. It fills that pizza craving and fills the crowds stomachs while not hurting the wallet.

I was impressed by the decent prices, especially considering the high quality of the pizza.

Dominos has the best pizza in town. The crust is crispy, the sauce is flavorful, and the cheese is perfectly melted.

I always order from Dominos when I'm craving pizza. It's delicious, affordable, and never disappoints.

The service at Dominos is always fast and efficient. I never have to wait long for my food.

The prices at Dominos are very reasonable for the quality of pizza you receive. It's a great value!

No help from staff at all for 5 mins even after asked multiple times just using phone.
I already told the guy on till that it’s custom pasta no chicken but he still added chicken.

Got a pizza that was made wrong and looked like the pizza was dropped upside down. Called the store to make it right and they accused me of lying. I offered to send them pictures. I just wanted a refund or the correct pizza I ordered. They started swearing at me and saying very unprofessional things to me. I love dominos but save urself the time and don’t order from this location. The manager is horribly unprofessional

Employee don’t know how to treat customers and just copying the lines they learned from their supervisor and refusing customers to place order.god help them and teach them customer service.

Your pizzas are very flavorful and made to the costumer's taste. You replaced our pizza with another one which was amazing as soon as they found out we are not happy with what we got. No question asked. Can't have any better costumer service.

my order said delivered but it wasn’t.i waited around 30 mins of it saying it has been delivered to call.when i did the lady was rude and did not care.asked me what i wanted in a rude tone.took around an hour to arrive.not mad about the time, i’m upset with the attitude…

Twice I've used the app to try and order pizza from them. Twice I've wait an hour and never did get any pizza. Just removed the app, it's a bunch of jokers at this location.

I guess this things only happened to me i was ordering a pizza for pick up they put me on hold so i waited until i decided to go to the store my surprise there's no costumers waiting i was put on hold and forgotten well most be one in a million right

This is the 2nd time I've had a poor experience at this location. Ordered a large extravaganza it's supposed to have extra cheese but came with a mediocre amount. Also the crust is very wide around the edge leaving not many toppings. I've been ordering from here for years and the quality and quantity is getting worse.

They can't seem to keep up. Called in for carryout. Arrived when it said my order was ready at 6: 20.20 minutes later pizza still isn't ready and there's a crowd forming. Last time I ordered I didn't get the double cheese I paid for. I'm not sure what's going on but there's another 2 dominos close by, so I'll probably go to one if those instead.

Update they didn't add double cheese to the pizzas and said they'll credit me for next time. So after having me wait 20 minutes after advertised ready, they messed up my order and couldn't even credit my order. My pizza is cold, wrong, and I paid more than it's worth.

Every time I get pizza from here it takes forever to come and the pizza is way below par. Other dominos are great. This one is garbage. Extremely greasy. Toppings not evenly layered. It left dominos 28 minutes before it arrived at my home. I called to complain previously and they gave me a free pizza but when I ordered it they were almost snickering about it. We didn’t eat it. Delivery drivers are not kind or friendly. Just do the transaction and you’re trying to put the card back and they basically get upset you’re putting your card away first instead of immediately grabbing the pizza. There was no rush to get there but now it’s a rush? No thanks. Definitely would not recommend. Go somewhere else for pizza in Langley.

Ordered the cheese steak pizza and even though the description tells you that the pizza will be loaded with meat, there was hardly any meat on my pizza. Why are you so stingy with the toppings? Disappointed.

Ordered Pizza from Mobile App. App says order is ready, I went to pick and the guy said its still in the oven! Who is lying? App or staff? Nobody greets you when you enter the restro. No gloves while cooking, no mask as well, no care of health and safety?

Waited an hour and a half for a small order of one pizza to deliver to my house 2 mins down the road:/ called once and got no answer, 2nd time they said it had just left but my online tracker didn’t change, and I’ve been waiting for almost 10 mins since that call

They gave me the wrong pizza but offered to give me a free one next time which I felt was fair next time they told me it was free and the driver said I had to pay for it told him to call the manager and sort it out. I was right and they gave it to me for free but Kind of frustrating

Order got delivery on time but missed 2 bottles of coke. Driver promised will be back in 15 mins waited for 30 mins no show.
Called store person who answered the call didn’t apology the mistake they had made. Promised me to credit me the order after an hour still haven’t seen credit back to my visa

Over price, and unfortunateëy never ready as online order timeline tells you. When questioned staff will argue with you. The only time this is worth dealing or buying from is if they have an online 50% off sale. And your willing to deal with it.

I call the store 4 times to order pizza and want use coupon. 3 times nobody picked up the phone. 4th time somebody picked up and put it on the side. That means domino’s have lots of customers, don’t need any more.

I got a dominos pizza for the first time last night they first made my pizza incorrectly and had to wait for another one to be made, then I got it home and the pizza which was a deluxe pizza had no cheese on it and it was by far the worst pizza I have ever tasted I can’t believe you can stay in business with such awful pizza

What the heck you should only have the tip option at the tip jar like there is one at the cashier but when I get it delivered I tip.not the card machine. Not impressed with that at all will not be coming back.the people who work here dont belong in canada they called me a white boy for returning the pizza i bought when it was undercooked

This app is so easy to use. Its quick to order and pay. It keeps me up to date on my order and dominos delivers quickly. This app is why I order from them.

Bought 2 pizzas online for 7.99 each. Went to pick them up and my 10 year old son accidentally dropped a box at the front door. I went to pay for a replacement pizza and the guy wouldn't honor the 7.99 price even though I just paid for two pizzas.told me I'd have to buy another item. Paid the 11 dollars and will never return. Horrible customer service

Great pizza, great prices. I got what I paid, added more toppings and cheese still cheaper and better than other pizza store.

Pretty good location, they mostly don't make mistakes and when they do, they make it up. Domino's has the best coupons imo.

Ordered 2 veggie pizzas and got food poisoning from one of them. My girlfriend ate the bad one right away after we got it and she became sick and the next day I ate one slice and got sick right away too.

Horrible. Went in for a large carry out $12.99 pizza as advertised and she charged me $14.43 cuz the ingredients are premium. Just wow.

I love domino’s pizza. They are so fast and efficient. So it was my bday and I went to domino’s to order some pizzas. I requested them to make a heart shaped pizza and they were so nice and they made a heart shaped pizza for me. I was so happy. It was so perfect and delicious.

They slice pepperoni with laser and skimp everything.profit of pizza before quality. Run by a bunch of highschoolers.

Ordered at 2: 47 waited until 3: 45 called them and they told me it’s going to take another 35-40 mins. Obviously forgot my order but would not admit it. Saying they are just too busy. Will never order from them again.

I would say the new dominos campaign is adequate. The prices on deals are good but I find they are putting JUST enough cheese and toppings so you dont complain. They have it down to a science. The crust is pretty good.

The restaurant is blocks away yet demands we order from one that is 30 to 45 minutes away so our pizza will arrive cold. Stupid and not at all helpful

Got a Hawaiian pizza today. 1/3 of it was a tunnel-fluff of just sauce and no toppings. Literally pieces of ballooned pizza crust with just tomato sauce and the bare minimum of cheese - if any. Discount pizza produces discount pizza, I suppose. Waste of time & $. A pic provided. Some ppl are hungry enough to eat it that I guess. Me? No, thanks.

I used the app. It said my pizza was ready but when i arrived, they hadnt even been made yet. The crust was very soft. I think the oven wasnt to temperature yet. Overall good pizza, just a couple inconveniences.

There's a $4 delivery charge that automatically gets tacked on to your order. The kicker is that NONE of that money goes to the driver. Tell me how this establishment deserves to charge money for a service that costs them nothing? The drivers literally drive their own cars.

By the way, you're expected to tip the driver on top of the delivery charge.

You could literally walk to the store and back 3 times over in the time it takes them to send a delivery driver over to your house. They are so slow.

I ordered online through the website, and had my order confirmation sent to me in email and through the website. The order was confirmed, made, and ultimately sent out for delivery. Ten minutes later I get a call from the delivery driver saying I'm out of their delivery zone and before I can even respond I am hung up on. I call the store to ask about what happened and am told there is nothing they can or will do and to call a different store. Staff was not helpful and would not ackowledge my concerns about what happened just happened. I am not impressed by this in the least.

I would give minus star if I can. The person who took our order was not good.
My husband called and gave her our address and asked if they deliver there and she said YES so we order. 30 minutes later she called and said they can not deliver because of our address is out of their delivering zone. 30 MINUTES!
