One of the few chain restaurants that consistently serves a decent pizza for a decent price!

Our visit to Domino's was a disaster. Despite the presence of five seemingly indifferent employees, we endured an excruciating 10-minute wait with no assistance. They were more interested in answering phone calls than helping walk-in customers. A complete disregard for service and customer satisfaction. Avoid this place at all costs.

Horrible service. Took order over three hours to arrive. Store and driver didn't care. Can't leave zero stars.

The pizza is never done correctly and when you have to send a pizza back no apologies on there end or coupons. They are the McDonald of pizza at absolute best. Total yuck! Don’t order anything with chicken. It’s not real chicken it’s rubber square pieces Just don’t do it order from a local company not a processing plant

I'm surprised that I'm not the only one who found a hair in the pizza. Very impressive. Can't believe how franchised pizza store can be like this.

People here are worse because they keep hang up the phone everything I call. I ask the girl what was her name she refused to give me her name. New owner need to train there staff better in this location please. It look bad on owner how the staff talk to clients here. She even said we do record phone please listen how this girl call. I live the cheezy bread and have it at least once a week. It's warm and yummy garlic cheeky goodness

Never seen that kind of customer service. Ordered a pizza and lava cake from there, delivery driver came and gave total 3 pizza, i said i only ordered 1, of course i tried to be honest. He gave my pizza, then i said there was 1 lava cake too. He said he don't have it and will go back to store and send a refund and 50% off next time. I said okay and waited for a refund. Just to confirm i called the store 3,4 times at night nobody picked up. Next day i called, nobody picked up, finally 1 girl picked up the phone and apologized for inconvenience and said she will talk to delivery drivers and call me back. I waited entire day still no call.its not about $2.50, its about your customers service how you guys behave and waste time of the customer. Again i called and girl said they cant give refund for small order, i can pick it up. Why would i pick it up after this much wastage of my time and your rudeness, carelessness. She said i will send the driver and give $2.50 cash and behaved like i am the cheap person not them. Its about what you said and can't keep your word with the customer. I wanted them to realize how worst their customer service is. Your drivers don't have any knowledge what customer ordered and what to give, secondly he didn't notified to staff or manager. Even if he did notify them, then its store manager or employee's fault for providing such a terrible service and rude behavior rather than solving the problem with their staff.

Worst service as they are very slow. Placed my order an hour before I went to pick up and still my order was not ready. They hung up on me when I called to place my order. They told me to wait for 9more minutes which ended up another half an hour. Am never placing my order here again as they are very slow and have no customer service skills. The lady who took my order by phone sounded very unprofessional.

Quality with great service. Many Domino's locations in town but prefer to go this one. Convenient location near Hwy 10

Rude ladies over the phone, no manners how to talk, no respect for the customers whose orders are missing, instead they give attitude. No wonder after looking at other reviews.zero star for customer service.

I ordered a pizza about 1.5 hour ago and now they are saying the cannot deliver it and I did pay for the delivery.
Poor service.

We live only 2.5ks away, called for delivery and told no delivery to 165 st! Couldn't even tell me which store would deliver and just kept saying check on line. Very bad, I will never call domino's again.

Today's dinner, I ordered the coupon's deal, i.e. 2 large pizza 3 toppings (I chose my own toppings) and Domino's Cheesy Bread with 1 dipping sauce. Absolutely delicious and fresh! This Domino store is my favourite location for Domino's pizza. The lady who answered the phone is very nice and friendly, and delivery also very quickly. Highly recommend this store for pizza.

Always love the coupons and such, however if I order 2L pop, it is missed about 60% of the time. I usually have to call to have it delivered. I ordered today, and again, my pop that I paid for (I prepay on the app) is not with my order. The associates are nice but just need to pay a little closer attention to detail when packing and delivering. Otherwise, a good service.

Got 2 carry out pizzas and they were great. My biggest pet peeve about this location is that they are by far the closest one to my house, yet our delivery defaults to Willowbrook. So anytime we order delivery, it's 10 minutes colder. Domino's needs to retweak their boundaries for delivery.

I just ordered pizza from here they are completely incompetent I ordered half n half one half was missing 3 toppings 2 of topping were put on the Wong half onions and peppers were added to the pizza when I did not order them on my pizza.the lady answering the phone was completley rude never will I order from here again if u can't follow simple instructions u should not be working there simple

Tried ordering their 2 large pizza deal posted on the front. They said they don't have that deal and the poster is old.

So I ordered their 2 medium pizza deal for $8 each. They seriously tried to charge me double price for meat toppings! I realized because the cost was about 33% more expensive than it should have been. They said thats just how the system is. Since when does a pizza place try to charge double for pepperoni on pizza? ! Absolutely insane.

I ended up going to another dominoes where I ordered the 2 large pizza special without being charge double for meat toppings.

I usually order about 45 pizzas from here a year for company and personal uses and was generally happy but Im not ordering from here again after this incident.
They got a order wrong which I can imagine would happen on a busy Friday but the way they delt with it on the phone was absolutely horrible. They got so defensive about everything and wouldn't admit they made a mistake. It took me 30min to talk to them about this (while my pizza is getting cold) for them to say they made a mistake. After that they said to take photos and email them to which I did. It took them tell the next time I ordered from them to exchange my pizza which was 2 1/2 weeks to which they were still being stubborn about. Overall Just rude customer service and wouldn't go back there until something changes.

Order is always consistent, fresh, and I rarely wait even if I'm 5 min early for my pickups. Its my kids favourite pizza when visiting friends in the area.

It's not that bad but it's alright pizza. I always recommand pizza owner to let their worker wear gloves specially we are in this hard time.

Horrible wait time, waiting inside for 10 minutes to be told itll be another 5 to 10 making it close to half hour later then promised

Not impressed, pizza tasted doughy and un cooked, ordered a medium "extravaganza", toppings were plentiful but the cheese barely coved the pizza. Had to put it in the the oven to make it edible. Guess I'll stick to Pizza Hut enen though they too have gone down hill in terms of quality.

I have never had someone be so rude when answering the phone! I ordered online and and when I called to inquire because the driver marked my order as “delivered” 15 minutes before he showed up with order, I was told it should be there in at least another 10 minutes and clearly didn’t even want to speak to me to begin with or hear anything I was trying to say.

The staff was very rude and unorganized. I never experienced this in other locations than the one on 152nd street and Highway 10 in Surrey. I will no longer order from that location.

For me the lightest pizza is Domino's. I love that my hands arent covered in grease, and I don't feel like I'm going to explode after eating their pizza. Also love the option to customize the pizza - even different choices for each half

I wish there was option for 0 star. I called in today at 9: 41pm whoever answered the call was super rude RUDE RUDE AS.when I called in to complain about poor quality of pizza. Was a regular customer to this location never going back there. Please avoid this location. Rude staff and low quality.
Imp note to management please teach ur staff to handle objections. Not good to tell customers that you u know better than them how their pizza tastes!

They miss items half the time and when they are on time the pizza looks like it's been through a washing machine.

We ordered two items. Pizza n cheesybread, we only got one item, pizza only, n we call where is the second one, they said u will get it in next 35 minutes, without feeling sorry, n after, imagine what we got, jus raw bread, half baked cheesy bread, not able to eat, will b deleting this location from our wish list for next orders. Sorry not happy

Food is good when it’s fresh. Not good the next day. Cheesy bread made me lost my abs real quick

I ordered a small cheese pizza and it was very delicious! I asked to make it well-done and it was perfectly cooked (not burnt at all). Great customer service!

Pizza is always undercooked even when asking for well done. Dominos went from good to the worst I ever had for pizza.

Ordered a pizza, two hours later it still hadn't shown up. Called to ask them what was going on, the man who answered the phone was quite short with me. He told me the driver had attempted to phone but no one answered, but we never received a phone call. Told me they were closed for the night due to poor weather (this part is understandable) and hung up on me.

I have had some choice words to say before about dominos but after the last pizza i had they did great! Thank you for the pizza and thw accurate service!

Ordered here my first night in Surrey after moving. The pizza was delivered fast, and the toppings were not chinsey. I will be calling them frequently from here on out when I crave pizza. Very satisfied!

Simply put, that is my favorite Domino's Pizza location. Very friendly staff and outstanding service for all the work they do.

This place is atrocious! Waited 1 hour 25 mins for my pizza and was burned and my 2ltr of coke was missing! Waited 45 mins for my coke and got rootbeer. I have spoken with the Regional manager Rana twice now and nothing has changed. I'm sick of wasting my money and I encourage others not to do the same!

(ORDER #239) We have got to say since we moved to Surrey four years ago from another province we have not ordered Domino's untill tonight as we mostly use our one and only pizza place but decided to try something new & 20 mins later a perfect top notch thin crust double cheese light sauce 14 inch was delivered to our door. We are happy to share with everyone that our pizza came HOT and DELICIOUS not burnt or soggy toppings was plentyful. We only leave reviews if a company succeeded or really failed. So Domino's you have gained another loyal customer, keep up the great work and keep those drivers safe.

I could have given a -ve star. Four people working inside with open store sign. We knocked at the door even the windows they don feel like opening the store what a weird and unprofessional staff.

Worst pizza! Like eating dry cardboard. Burnt cheese, no sauce, very little toppings. Never again. Wasted my money.

What bs, asked for extra toppings charged me for and paid for xtra toppings. Paid and tipped driver for said pizza only to find out no extra toppings. When I called back the person who took my order, they said if they added what was requested then it wouldn't cook right. I then asked why would you charge me for the extra toppings still to which she said it's the customers responsibility to understand that it's to much? Huh?
Dominos Never Again especially at this location.

I've ordered from here many times and it's always good. Unlike lots of other pizza places, they put on a decent amount of toppings.

If I could give this place no stars I would, not even 5 minutes ago I got off the phone with someone who claimed she’s the manager and gave me attitude because I told her my pizza I ordered wasn’t that warm and didn’t have that much sauce on it when I asked for extra, all she was offering was to give me 50% off my next purchase when I told her that I wanted a full refund if they came and got the food back or a new pizza and she refused to, I asked her plenty of times for her name and she told me she didn’t want to give me it. Worst place ever.
