Pizza base was so bad and hard not enough toppings, they are ripping of people with extra cheese, worst pizza from dominos i ever ate, manager was working that day she was very rude and simply told me this is the best pizza they can make.i belive her name is jasspreet you guys should do better job.

Love this Domino's, they've never given me a sub par pizza, and I get from them a lot. Some places chintz on cheese / toppings, but this place is consistently great.

I think a ranch sauce was missing
But the chicken itself was juicy enough so we didn’t cared much.

I just order and have loved every order. Sometimes a little too greasy, but I'll still enjoy the food.

Gurleen has an amazing customer service. She remembers my order by heart. Tried to order with couple other employees but couldn’t get the same help as Gurleen.

On Thursday, July 27 around 5: 30pm, I ordered a medium ham and pineapple pizza and 2 sets of chicken wings: Hot and Honey Garlic. There were only mini chicken legs instead of wings in my Hot Wings order. There were only 2 wings in the Honey Garlic order. The pizza was not sliced properly. Pieces of the slices were stuck with the other slices.

Ordered 6 pizzas. Received 6 pizzas. 4/6 had little or no cutting resulting in tear out across the board. Most were under cooked and toppings were thin. Parents comments (maybe 20 potential customers) said it looked like they simply didn’t care. I have to agree. Next time - it is the place down the street - not these guys. Head office take note - this location is damaging your brand.

I've had better and i've had worse. Got a medium 1 topping pepperoni. Crust is nicely made, but they skimping on the cheese for sure.

Yesterday I bought philly cheese steak pizza from this location. I paid around 25 $. First of all There was not much topping on it and then today I got food poisening. I throw up 3 time with headache. I am so disappointed and not recommended to friend

Soggy pizza! 30$ for a pizza is waste of money. This is my second experience with this store they put so much sauce that pizza it wet and soggy. Worst pizza so far.

I’ve been ordering from this location for a little while and have noticed the quality of service go down but today might be the last straw. They were almost 30 min late and the pizza was cold by that time. Also missing the icing that comes with the cinna stix. They always miss something or are late. Will not be ordering from dominoes because of this location anymore. Good bye

Good pizza. Sometimes it is really busy, but it has an order board with status. Staff are nice. Inside waiting area is a bit small, so people sometimes wait outside. It is on a busy street, so parking has to be on a side street. Thete is no parking in the front.

Fast and friendly.will visit them again for that delicious Dominos pizza I can count on each and every time I order. Thanks guys.

Should have read the review before ordering a cheese up… that was charged almost $4 but was not put on the pizza…

Waited 90mins for delivery and called to find out the driver was just leaving. No compensation. Ordered at 3pm on a weekday.should not take 2hrs to get a pizza

Do NOT order from this location! Pizza is consistently bad and delivery takes much longer than any other location.

I ordered 7 pizzas today and I was very disappointed.

Hawaiian pizzas don't have half pineapple toppings, and it's hard to find spinach on a spinach pizza.

You mean the half price event gives the half toppings?

DONT ORDER FROM HERE. Terrible customer service and drivers don't carry change so you end up giving a 50% tip even when you order online and say you're going to pay with cash.

These guys are excellent pizza makers. Especially thanks to Alp Vaid, Nagraj Dakuji and Amit Malhotra (GM). These 3 guys really gives 5 star customer service

Always giving me what I didn’t order for. I have to call to complain most of the time. Great food, and taste good

5 stars to delivery drivers they are really fast especially Rattan and Lovepreet.they always bring food hot and they talk politely.

Best pizza ever had in my life… Manager Alp and Nagraju is very good and helpful… they always greet when you come to store and make best pizza in the city. GM Amit is also very helpful. This locations deserves 5 star.

Customer service was great, greeted right away, very friendly and pizza ready on time. Amount of pizza toppings need improvement, before going I read other reviews of this location but wanted to give it a chance as I was right there for an appointment and convenience of the pickup, I should have just gone with the reviews, I ordered a chicken Alfredo medium pizza and probably only had 1 or 2 pieces of chicken if even that, that me and my husband can recall, extra Alfredo but hardly noticed the sauce at all which is a shame as this is literally the best pizza ever at Scott rd and Whalley rd locations in Surrey… I’ll stick to these locations…perhaps it’s that imperial location offers 50% off on Mondays so they skimp out on toppings, I’m not sure but that was my experience

Not a lot can go wrong with Domino's! Love their vegetarian options and like the fact that they serve a gluten free crust that anyone can eat:) Always convenient for delivery or ordering by phone

I thought i have gone toppings-blind. But then my friend noticed it too. To whom are you giving all those toppings if you are not putting on the customer’s pizza? I ordered a large pizza and the toppings i got on that were even less than a smallest pizza i could imagine.

Food was made wrong and when they found out about it after it came out of the oven they decided to throw some cheese on it stick it back in the oven, the cheese came out not cooked and the pasta was over cooked. The pizza was supposed to have extra cheese and it came out looking like there wasn't even the normal amount of cheese. Usually a good place to come, not anymore. Total disgust

1st time ordering, got 2 large pizzas, toppings skimpy, pepperoni & ham were nearly paper thin. Wondering why the box is so clean - because there was hardly any cheese on the pizza pie to melt, drip on & soil the cardboard box (Note other reviews' pix also show very clean boxes). Won't be ordering again: - (

Inconsiderate. Unfriendly. "Supervisor". Aka. "temp manager". Who intentionally heard what I ordered wrong. Order same thing every time. All the time. LG HAWAIIAN PIZZA. 2 orders of your 'hot' wings. With a 2ltre coke.
What I got was a DELUXE PIZZA.

Called and was told that what I ordered is what I'm getting. "'If u want another pizza you pay first, just like this time. "'.
So not only am I stuck with a deadly piece of pizza that could kill me. But Domino's on IMPERIAL in Burnaby BC.
Pizza was gross. Dough was doughy. Uncooked pizza is what I was given.
Then I got food poisoning.

If you're thinking about ordering from this location don't do it. Just drive to the Joyce location that's what I've been doing lately and the service there and quality is a lot better you don't want the headache of these guys.

I came to this dominos because my cousin's lived by and I was picking up a large order around 50-60 dollars. They harrased me about having a 100 dollar bill. Which it took 20 minutes just to break my 100. I can understand they are a small restaunt but come on that's ridiculous

Had someone order two free pizzas using my account, maliciously. I called immediately after getting the email of them ordering pizza on my account. Notified the staff. (I live in Ontario, no where near BC) The staff and evening manager said they would speak to the person who ordered the pizzas when they come to pick them up. Then they would call me back after. I waited an hour. Called the dominos back and was fed a crock of lies. Saying the order was picked up and the 'manager' I was talking to wasn't an actual manager. Oh and the real manager isn't in for another 2 days. Guess dominos head office is getting a call in the morning. There is no way the pizza was picked up or even made, I called minutes after the order was made and the first staff to answer confirmed it was in process of being made and could be canceled.

Great pizza, friendly service and interior of the store was super clean. We arrived half an hour earlier due to lack of traffic and they made our order quickly within 10 minutes!

Do not follow special instructions, pizza is gooey every time. Paid with cash at the door and driver was not carrying cash to give me my change even though I had specified that I would be paying with cash.

We ordered 2 medium sized chicken pizza last year and those two were the most horrible and terrible ones with only 1 small dice of chicken on each slice. Then I called the restaurant and was told by the manager we could have some discount for the next order

Ordered for the very first time from this store. Staff didn't greet me or acknowledge my presence in any way until someone looked up and saw me standing by the counter. However, the pizza and the sides they had prepared for me was better than what I expected. The store is located in a dilapidated building and that was a bit of a concern for me. The neighborhood also looks a bit shady although it is in the heart of Metrotown - perhaps due to the lack of streetlights.

Hygiene and customer service standards are poor. It took the employees at this store three tries to figure out my order and a total of 36 minutes to prepare my order.

On top of that the store intentionally sends an update to web-tracker that the customer's order is ready when it clearly has not been prepared. Employees have a lax attitude and make no effort to ensure food safety.

For that much time, effort and frustration I would rather make my own pizza, which will at least taste like real food.

I was worried the pizza tonight wouldn't be up to the standard I've come to expect from this location after noticing on the tracker that it was finished for nearly 30 minutes before being delivered but I was pleasantly surprised! The staff went above and beyond by adding hair at no extra charge! Scrumptious!

Do not order from here. The food quality is so bad and the dough is almost never cooked properly. Don't recommend this location.

Gotta love being called a lair indirectly when they forget something in your order. They can't seem to get simple things right either

The worst place to order your pizza from! I have given these guys a few chances so far and every single time there’s something wrong. Lastnight we ordered pizza and two same pizzas looked so different. Barely any toppings on. One was almost burned and one normal! I would never order anything from here again. The quality is just nonexistent at this location!

i've worked in dominos, Canada.for 3.5 years, before you post a review please consider the following

1) no one does mistakes on purpose, mistakes happen
2) i personally know how it feels working in such a fast pace standing for hours, they hardly or never sit if you ever noticed
3) when it comes to issues with their english please be aware english wasn't their natal tongue, but still manage to serve the purpose,
4) DELAY IN DELIVERY happens as there are so many circumstances that occur and as a customer we might not understand.things such as traffic, cops pulling over, distance, fuel and if its a busy day they have to carry more than one order

i feel nostalgic when i see them work, cheers you guys, keep up with the good work

Staff is good and friendly
But there is no proper cleanliness
Staff is serving the customer and without washing hands and scratching their body while they are making pizzas,
I can’t imagine why management is allowing this.
I have worked at dominos in New Zealand, there was nothing like this, we were not allowed touch the food without washing hands and without GLOVES too.

Gloves all the time when touching the food

I hope you guys will also take a look on these aspects and will care more about it and its gonna make your customers happy

I ordered a pizza late at night, 2 am on the dominoes app. I was tracking the order, it said the driver left at 2: 30am. I live 8mins away, and it took 30mins to arrive at my place.

Used to love this place we ordered twice a week but suddenly changed alfredo sauce and sent it back twice I'm very sad! Hope they fix it

I went there with my Little Cousin the other day, and he loved the pizza so much he wanted me to try it. It was really good. Very friendly staff, they even let him take a bit of dough to play with!

Well, I was asking double cheese and normal sauce. What I got is single cheese and double sauce. It ruined my night perfectly.
Thanks Domino, I won’t make any order again.

I order online. Fast service. Nice drivers. Not to greasy and not too dry. Four star only because once they got my order wrong. Wrong pizza. It is no big deal though

Dominos is 3 star pizza, we all know that going in. Good pizza but not great. At two mediums for $15 you can't go wrong!

They didn't owner coupon that was provided on their website. I orders the same thing from a different store with no problems. Seems this branch is fussy and dint want to grow their client and unhelpful customer service

We ordered 2 barbecue pizzas with thin crust by mistake and after we took them home we phoned Dominos if there were any chances to exchange one for thick crust, he told us that they won’t need the other one to be returned and they gave us a third additional one. That’s the best service I have ever had

I love ordering pizzas from dominos but this store is not upto mark. Zer0 customer service. When i called to make some changes in pizza, they were like we already made it. And then i asked them to cancel. I ordered around 1.50 pm. May26. I want to let the management know that they are lacking customer service.

Workers here are dumber than a bag of rocks. Ordered two pizza for pickup had to tell her twice. She tells us to come in 15 to 20 mins. Ok show up 20 mins later to find out the order has been cancelled.had to re order and Wait another 20 mins. Workers here need a English course at bcit before they should be allowed to take calls.

I have had a few doubts ordering from dominos - especially with delivery for a long time now. The last time i had dominos was when i was between the ages of 10-14 and now i am an adult. I was hoping that this would be a good idea, to rekindle the memories but noo instead my memories came back to still; being the cheapest pizza you can get on the market. I literally ordered from the app- i got the chicken bacon alfredo pizza - tweaked it a bit and added a few tings- Specifically wanted "Extra chicken"- wasnt soo impressive - it looked like Normal amount to me. I just dont like paying for 30.00 medium sized pizza that didnt even spread the toppings well enough for me to taste each and every component. A medium pizza should be 15.00 or nothing at all. I am just surprised that dominos is still open to today- and they still cant meet customers needs. I must say the CEO is getting real tired at this point or sipping pina coladas in a beach somewhere and doesnt care about putting more love on their pizza. Hmmmm what a shame. - Heres a pic of the pizza that i got today to prove it, it may seem a lot but maybe open your eyes wider or try it yourself.

My son put the order in online. It arrived on time and was nice and hot. My son was eating his 3rd slice of pizza and bit into a hard chunk of plastic. I phoned and the pizza was replaced and we sent the rest of it back. Which was really great of them. However when the delivery man arrived, my son met him at the door to do the exchange he was extremely rude to my son, which I get he was choked to have to deliver a free pizza. It was not our fault that there was a hard chunk in our pizza. The delivery man then knocked over the ashtray we keep out for company, he then stomped off leaving me to clean up the mess he made. I can't prove it but it seemed like it may have been on purpose. I would've given this particular Dominos a very high rating due to the pizza being replace rather speedily, which is exactly what you should do when your company makes an error. However the mean delivery man screwed that all up. I often get my son to order from this particular dominos. After the rude treatment from the delivery guy, unfortunately we will not be ordering from here again.
