Today, I had an appointment to have my driver's side door handle replaced on my car. The work was done in a timely manner as described on the original quote I received. The staff is friendly and courteous, and when the technician discovered an unexpected repair inside the door itself, he explained it thoroughly and was able to do this minor repair at that time. Professional. After the repair was completed, I was presented with a clean (washed) car. When I need more repairs in future, I will definitely return. Thank you.

Open road group has a monopoly on cars and repairs. They did good body work on my car but the open road group as a hole likes to over charge. I purchased I mini from open road in Langley and promised myself I would never give the another dime charging over 5 k to change four injectors and 4 k for timing chain this is hyway robbery think twice before using open road unless you have money to throw away. Had to use this time but it was on icbc dime every body shop around was booked full

Not recommended. Will leave your vehicle on not running and kill the battery. Also had resistors in my taillights to deal with the aftermarket LEDS. Found them not re-installed after the work. Find another shop to do your work.

I had a small repair done from a hit and run. They were very professional, efficient and everything was on time and communicated well. They arranged my rental, I am very happy with the repair and overall it was a great experience.

I made a very silly mistake backing out of my driveway resulting in an ICBC claim. The staff at Don Beck were incredibly supportive, kind and understanding. The customer service was excellent and their cleaning procedures during COVID-19 were thorough. I felt very comfortable there and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have taken more then one vehicle to Don Beck for repairs on more then one occasion. What impressed me the most was how I showed up without a appointment one day and the friendly professional staff inspected my vehicle right away. This helped me immensely at the time because I am a busy small business owner and I did not have the time to return with an appointment to begin processing my ICBC claim. For me it is more about not being in an accident! Today I was cut off and brake checked by one of the Don Beck company vehicles. So be careful, they don’t want to hear your complaint about it.or seem to care how their employees drive the vehicles.

Had a replacement bumper put on a Solara. During the next 6 mos.someone tapped it and it went out of alignment. They fixed it, no charge. Great service and back up.

This is my first ever bad review but its very worth for me to take the time.this was the worst service ive ever experienced and i dont want anyone to get the same treatment. I went there for an icbc claim the guy who checked my car kept complaining very thouroughly how he was not getting paid to take pictures. They infact forgot to submit the pictures for 3 months and when i checked on them, took another apointment, they canceled the apointment on me. Still not forwarding the pictures to icbc and now its too late. Please do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

I brought in my Mazda after being sandwiched between two vehicles. Every staff member went over and above my expectations and fixed my car up beautifully. Would recommend to anybody!

Worst possible experience, didn't care. When I originally brought my car in for them to look at it, one of the techs was like well, we can try but don't expect a lot its ford and it will take a while to get everything. Did not even want to really help me. I showed him photos I had taken and he dismissed them completely. 2 weeks later I brought my car in for my scheduled appointment to drop off, and had requested a courtesy car, and they said nope sorry, don't have anything and there was no effort to help or keep my business. DO NOT GO HERE, PLACE IS A JOKE, COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A WASTE OF TIME! SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF ICBC LIST AS RECOMMENDED AS THEY ARE SORELY LACKING!
