My son has a tiny eyebrow thread every month, or so. The customer service is excellent. He can be shy in such environments - but they make him feel welcome.

Virpaul is an amazing threader. She knows exactly how I want my brows done without even asking her! I now have her as my preferred threader.

Overall, I have been an ongoing client with Dona Lucia Kits for over 3+ years. I can say that their clinic is my home for all beauty care. They are always so kind and always meets by beauty needs. Thank you team! -Katrina D

Didnt ask what I wanted. Then when I did tell her she didn't listen. Did whatever they wanted. Poor service experience.

Very bad customer service at the reception. I booked the appointment today For upper lip and eyebrows. But unfortunately I was late which I already phone them I will be late. When I reached there
I apologized for being late. But the girl at customer service desk was very rude. Then I asked her can I get my upper lip done. But the girl at the reception charged me $23.10 for just upper lips waxing. Then I asked her that's not the right price you charging me just for upper lip.she said price rise up now and thats the right price and Online at website you can see the price. Which I did and the price for upper lip on online is only $11. Dated 2nd Jan 2023. Very unpleasant visit in the beginning of the new year. I will never go there.

I've been going to Shree here for about a year now for eyebrow threading and she does an amazing job! I wouldn't go anywhere else in the city, highly recommend.

If I was giving stars for one staff member only, Shree, I would give 5 stars. Whether it’s a Brazilian or threading/tinting, Shree does a great job! She is efficient, skilled, friendly, and I never feel rushed.

However, the review is for the company and so it’s a 3. Overall, they are easy to book into and it’s great to get waxing and threading done at the same time, but some of the staff just don’t seem skilled enough and there seems to be a lack of respect for the fact that I’m half naked on the table for waxing and I’m left with a lot of tweezing to do at home after (mainly waxing cause Shree does most of my threading and she’s great). I think from now on, I’ll continue to book with Shree only or maybe even go elsewhere for Brazilians and stick with Shree for threading.

Also, I noticed that their computer system seems to track whether or not you tip and that seems unsettling. Do I get a different level of service if you know I’m a good tipper or not? What if someone only budgets a certain amount of money and can’t always add on a tip? Why should tipping be expected? It shouldn’t matter if someone tips or not, good service shouldn’t be offered to all.

I’ve been going to Dona Lucia for probably 15 years + for threading! All of the staff are so talented. I’ve seen Shree, Pavi, and Deep and they are all excellent.

So efficient, professional and friendly. She really went the extra mile to make it look good and the prices are better than alot of other places

I saw Shree for a lash lift and brow lamination, plus tinting. She did a great job as I wanted to still like fairly natural: I now have that “no makeup” look still, just a bit more awake and refreshed!

Overpriced but they’re good at threading. I got my eyebrows and upper lip threaded by Veerpal and she’s great!

I like going to Dona Lucia. Generally the ladies are very good and know what they are doing. They are professional and follow the rules.

Love this place. Shree always does an amazing job on my eyebrows! Impressed with the level of cleanliness post-quarantine.

The staff are diligent and keep up to the high standards of health especially now.

Everyone is friendly and welcoming and the service is done efficiently which is great!

I’ve only ever been here for the waxing and threading, and can highly recommend. However I recently got a pedicure and am extremely disappointed at the results! It seemed fine at the time but I soon realised that not nearly enough skin was removed and I still had build up on my feet, and sharp pieces of jagged skin sticking out that I could feel on the bedsheets etc. These photos were taken one day after the pedicure - I will have to buy a scrubber now and scrape the skin off myself! Won’t be going again.

I've been going here consistently since beginning 2019 or even late 2018 but I absolutely love their services. I live far from the kits location but it is definitely worth it! I always get my eyebrows threaded and tinted and no matter who is doing the service, it always looks so good. Just recently I went and got them done by Veetpal and she helped with aftercare tips and made me feel so heard and comfortable. Will continue going here for as long as I can! 10/10

I went with my sister for eyebrow threading. The girl who did our eyebrows (I think her name was Veerpal) was amazing. She was super fast and very precise. I was just amazed by how professional she was! Definitely recommended!

Loved coming here for speed waxing services, but receptionist are not knowledgable and sometimes even rude. I'm an easygoing, understanding person but I don't need attitude with my services

I love this place for waxing! Fatima was so friendly and sympathetic to my nervous chatter. She worked amazingly fast and the experience was (almost) painless.

I came with my friend and we were pretty excited from hearing great reviews. We both just moved here and needed to find a place for eyebrows. First off the door was locked and the lady just assumed we didn’t have an appointment upon arrival and second off they lady who did both of our eyebrows was super quick and left us not satisfied with the end results. We could have felt more welcome And wish they would have asked us how we like our eyebrows before proceeding.

Great waxes, threading and shaping. Very quick and friendly service however disappointed in the range of tint shades. Am a strawberry blonde and my eyebrow tint unfortunately came out a lot darker than I had anticipated/communicated and not as natural looking as I hoped. Standard hair colours are likely ok but I think I’ll stick to doing my own eyebrow tints. Would continue to go for other services.

I have been going to dona Lucia for eyebrow threading for a year now and truly it is the best. Shree has done a good job in fixing up my eyebrows due to a scar! She’s very skilled:)

I got skin infections after getting facial threading/waxing here. I doubt they clean their instruments, they use the same instruments on everyone without proper disinfecting. Staff also don't have the proper technique - They cut my skin in multiple areas. DO NOT recommend this place with poor hygiene and poor technique.

I’ve been coming here for eyebrow threading, tint & bikini waxing with Shree. Shree is the best! She listens & knows what shape you want & tint you need for eyebrows, she is friendly & very efficient & always on time for appointments. Salon prices are very reasonable and the west broadway salon has great appointment times. This is a one stop salon for all your needs.

Come here to do waxing and I highly recommend Eva and Fatima. They know what they are doing, haven’t had any issues with ingrown hair after seeing them.

Came here for eyebrows, gel nails, and a wax. Nothing but good things to say about nails and wax (also v.reasonably priced), but I have to say my eyebrows are GREAT. I'm always so nervous about going somewhere new to get my eyebrows done, especially as I've taken two years to grow them out since I last had them done. This might possible be the best eyebrow shaping I have ever had.

Perfect and affordable for eyebrows! My go to place. However, I wouldn’t go for nails here. The shellac didn’t last long and it was a bit expensive. All the staff is super kind and accommodating.

Kits location always does a rush job. I’ve visited at least 5 times & they usually spend 2 minutes on me. Trust me, you don’t want that when it comes to eyebrows. Recommend downtown location.

Wonderful people, great atmosphere with a Tuscan design, super accessible prices. What's not to love!
