Donair Affair

I ordered mix wrap but in there chicken was cold and too salted. Also service wasn't good.

Came to have a beef wrap yesterday afternoon for the first time cause i forgot to grab my lunch. Not gonna lie, but that was the most filling beef wrap I've had in a while. The staff was just one or two in there (i only saw one of them in the counter, probably cause it's a sunday). The preparation was just so impressively fast so yeah. Im pretty satisfied with the service and im definitely coming here again.

I asked for a Greek salad with meat on the side. I got all my Greek salad on the bottom on a container thinking that must be for my salad.then she dumped loads of hot meat onto the salad. It was so gross such a waist of money and time

Food was fresh and delicious. Lovely is one of the staff there. Greets with smile and offers good service. Always ready to serve. The food is great with rice chicken and veggies. Add spice to your taste bud. They have veggie option as well. Always enjoy eating Donair.

Didn’t meet my expectations of shawarma platter. I have eaten far better middle-eastern shawarmas. Such a waste of money and my trust that I had in them for making me a yummy meal when I was starving. The chicken was dry and had no flavour. Only good part was the mini salad in this. Never ordering again.

One of the best place to get fresh food! I always have Chicken platter its so good with healthy ingredients. Clean and always welcoming staff!

I’ve been going to this donair spot for a couple of years and I haven’t ever had a bad experience. Amazing staff with great customer service. Roop and Aman have always made the experience better, definitely a donair shop I would recommend to anyone 10/10

Yum! I got the rice plate with lamb, greek salad, hummus and pita. It was delicious! The young woman who was working (i think all by herself? !) was very efficient and kind. I give this review 5 stars, but I hope that young ladies are not working there by themselves late at night! There could have been other staff in the back that I didn't see, so I am not going to assume the worst. I will definitely come back here!

TERRIBLE SERVICE, very rude staff. I have come here many times and they used to be good quality but are getting worse and worse. Most recently I came here on Nov 28/2022. I ordered a chicken with rice, I added veggies and sauce everything as normal. The lady asked me if I wanted all three sauces and I told her no hat sauce please. Then after getting my toppings, I asked if I can get more sauce on top. She proceeded to dump hot sauce all over the bowl, I asked her if its possible to just scrape off the hot sauce. She proceeds to tell me no, it's my own fault because she asked me if I wanted all three sauces (I told her no hot sauce). She told me the hot sauce is mild anyway so it does not matter, I told her I don't want hot sauce which is why I told her no hot sauce in the beginning. She said no there is nothing I can do and continued to tell me that its my own fault and clearly she did not care. I left and looked at the bowl, the hot sauce was covering everything. I went back inside and she was very rude, she was staring at me while I walked back inside and was giving a lot of attitude as if I was the one who put hot sauce all over the bowl and then blamed her. I do not understand what the issue was, she did not apologize but with an attitude she remade the bowl. The chicken was ok, better than the dry lamb I had last time. The more times I visit Donair Affair the more reasons I have to dislike it. The worker was extremely rude for absolutely no reason and blamed me for her mistake, refused to own up to the mistake and told me that it taste fine, even though it is food that I am paying for so I would like it to be made to a way I will enjoy it.

The staff is very very nice and friendly during Tuesday and Saturday afternoon to evening shift, and the food is fresh and I wish I can enroll into loyalty program onto this specific location!

Lots of difference in food quality with various "Donair Affairs" restaurants that are spread across Surrey, this one actually tasted a lot better than the others.

We came all the way from
Harrison hot spring and stopped at nordel way donair and we just had the fresh chicken platter and the wrap at tonight. Time is around 9: 58 pm. We really appreciate your work specially pawan and mandeep. Keep up the good work. Absolutely amazing

Flavor is good, this might be 1 off case with a bad employee but try to dice the onion or cut it in some way. Nobody wants a mouthful of just a piece of onion

To clarify I meant a piece of onion the size bigger than my thumb

This part is still true but they raised the price and lowered their portion sizes. It’s not just this location I’m sure. For this reason I have dropped my rating and will go there less frequently. A lot less frequently. Ownership needs to step up.

Eating almost daily here. Compared to other places the food there is great. Less chemicals than others. They even do custom platters based on individual needs. Not only that they also give better suggestion like how the platter should be better.

Haven’t tasted yet.but the girl who made was so rude. Learn customer service a little bit. Will prefer to go to any other location.

Barely put any meat or veggies on my donair. Not worth the price! The girl who was making my donair was also very rude, which seems like an ongoing issue here. Put a smile on your face at least for the sake of customer service or greet the customer. Will not visit again. Very disappointed as it is close to my work.

Best donairs in surrey hands down. Super friendly lady's working in there and always have a smile on their faces. These negative reviews I just read and not true at all, or maybe a one off? But I've been going here over a year and only ever had a great experience and even better food! Thanks ladies!

I work across the street from this place. Hands down, this is the best option for Donair. Portions are vast and the customer service is next to none. Pawan and Prabh are amazing. If you’re looking for an inexpensive, vast and tasty donair don’t hesitate and make your way to Donair Affair. You will not regret it.
