Donair Affair

Donair Affair is great! They always have fresh veggies and the best customer service. Super friendly and I really enjoy their falafel donair for a vegan option. Manija and the rest of the staff are wonderful.

This is my go-to spot when I’m craving a donair, and tonight it was extra good. This 5 star rating is long overdue.

Great Place, tasty food and Excellent Customer Service. The Lady who works there on Sundays in black with piercings, always smiling, polite and efficient. Very Impressive.

Higher price and they don’t used flavoured rice as usual places do. For paying more very disappointed. The lady questioned if I wanted everything the meal comes with pita etc.which you pay for.when places are stingy not good

This donair spot is my go to for the weekends. The lady that works on Sundays is the absolute best, she always makes me want to come back the next weekend, the place is clean and food is tasty, excellent service!

I was there Saturday morning and Maneja is so wonderful! It’s hard to find good customer service while being so fast and efficient at her job. People tend to lack one or the other but she’s very impressive at her job! Thanks Maneja!

Very rude behavior from the lady today. It was very unprofessional and unpleasant.
The food here is amazing, and I use to come here a lot but I am sad that my experience is ruined now.

Thick, fully filled tasty donairs. I find the donair pockets slightly on the thin-side, so it's easy for them to tear, so things can a bit messy, but only because they're so packed full of meat and veggies! I'm getting hungry again!

The lady at the front counter is the worst lady I have ever encountered and she got mad at me because I forgot to add the word "please" once (just once during the whole time) while ordering the food. Rolled her eyes and said next time u better use the word please when u ask for something. There seems to be a pattern here as a lot of people have had similar experiences like this with this lady. Will never come back here again.

Very rude customer service, no cleanliness and seems extremely unhygienic and they need to hire new workers for sure who know how to talk to customers without being rude to them!

A nice spot for a quick lunch or takeout dinner. The prices are fair and value for money is good. The beef was not as flavourful as others I’ve had from other donair shops and chicken a little dry. But I will give this spot another shot in the future.

Lastly, one thing I did not like is a surcharge of 4% for paying with credit card.
