Donair Dude

Normally i dont write reviews, but i love poutine. I loved the food here i really do. But the only thing that disappoints me is the serving. So i dont know whats wrong here but when its a guy preparing my order, they make it exactly as i like. And they are super nice. All of the male guys. But when its a female. They just put stuff in the box and the serving size is terrible. Please dont lose a regular customer. I eat from here 4 times a week. One of the guy working there even know me know.: D and this is not to disrespect anyone. Its just a fact.

So clean and the staff is nice and friendly. Came here with my partner for brunch and we were well feed. Thank you so much and definitely will be coming back.

Place was nice and clean. Every topping was available and was fresh. Employees very polite and helpful. Agam helped us with the order.

Pretty nice store, good food, friendly staff, clean and tidy always. Chicken donair with pita~Love it. Open late hours so very helpful. Have tried many other donair places but nothing beat the food here. Must try if you’re hungry and looking for donair.

Ordered pita and parmesan fries.fries were good but the donair was all onion and black olives.

Ordered a lamb donair and chicken platter. Service with Harman was excellent and the food is more than expected

Dishonest business. Went through their menu. They gave me a $6 worth food scraps and listed it with $18 value. Not a business worth the visit. Too many better options and more honest business out there.

Stay away from these dudes if you're ordering via Too Good To Go. They gave no meat, no bread, and no fresh veggies. It was just a box of roasted mini potatoes and super salty mushrooms. Even for $6 it was a total waste of time and money.

Highly uncourteous, I’ll mannered staff who dictates and talks in the most impolite way.

Huge fan of the franchise, have been for years! Their new location does not disappoint! Amazing staff, awesome service and I am very happy they are now out here in the valley!

First time customer and it is the best donair I’ve had ever living in BC! The lamb pita donair was exactly what I was craving. I thought the Dolmades would be warm when I got them (I’ve only ever had warm ones) but they come cold - just a tip for people ordering.
10/10 will be returning. (And a forever customer)

We have ordered from here for a long time. Really disappointed in the “chopped” meat. Will not be ordering again unless they go back to the amazing meat they had before.

Went to buy donair tonight. The girl called, RAV, who serve me and my friend pretty polite, warm welcome and patient. She still show energetic and smile face to us although the time is around 12am. I will go back this store more often because of her excellent customer service skill.

Use to be my favourite place to eat but they have doubled the price and you can barely see any meat. I paid for chicken donair bowl not rice and salad! Rav you gotta learn customer service. Absolutely rude and disrespectful! NOT RETURNING

I ordered the chicken rice bowl and new employee add the chicken just to cover the rice we pay for the chicken rice bowl not for the rice or salad

-Rock hard pita
-Dried beef donair meat
-Stale hummus
-Salad was okay (but extremely -small portion for a platter (wrap gets more salad on it)

I placed an order here late at night for just a simple dish and they threw in these absolutely delicious fried macaroni and cheese wedges that honestly made my night. It was incredible. And the donair was so good. I will definitely order from here again!

I usually do not put bad review but i am forced to do so.

I visited this store today evening, one of the worst customer service i ever experienceD. A guy made my order and it was disgusting he made bowl from bad veggies and too much sauce. I get it you guys were busy but that does not give you any right to be rude and arrogant. I wish I could give 0 star. Never gonna visit store ever again.

So so so delicious! Best donair in the city. I got the lamb donair and the meat was so juicy. Perfect wrap job of the donair and would 100% come back. If you haven’t tried it, you’re definitely missing out.

Good amount of food and fresh ingredients. Quality is great. Customer service is great.

One thing that I would not order from there are the falafels. They are very dark brown and small. Then should be golden brown and plumpy but they are not. They are not great.

Other than the falafels, it's a nice and clean menu.

This place is fantastic! Everything is so fresh and delicious! The person who helped, possibly the owner, was polite and very nice. The food was so enjoyable. Very large potions. Definitely will order again! Well done Surrey Donair Dude!

If you haven't tried Donair dude.you don't even know! I can't wait to try something else from their menu. The pouting is next LEZZGO!

The food is average, the main issue is customer derive the employees aren’t welcome which gives negative attitude, also no responsive to customer requests it’s seems like it upsets them.

Just had Donair Dude for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised how large it was! This location wasn't too busy when I went, and it was fairly clean. I ordered for takeout because I am a messy eater and wanted to devour this baby at home in my underwear.

Delicious Donair's here. Great service and generous quantity. I got the lamb donair and the donair was toasted to a perfect crisp. Not too soft and soggy and not too hard. Perfectly done. On the pricier side than other donair places but the way they fill it up makes it worth it. They cut it in cat like asked so it's easier to eat than getting all messy in the car. My favorite place to grab a bite when I'm out and hungry. Plenty of parking although can get a bit busy at times.

Its great they're open late however the quality of the ingredients and the service is sub par at best. I go here very rarely if absolutely needed as its one of the only places open late night and i work late hours (ive gone here also during the day and the experience and taste was the same). Unfortunately the food keeps being subpar and the service is at the same level.go here only if absolutely needed.

Never thought I would ever go here, but out of sheer luck I decided to go here one day and it was an amazing experience. I always get the chicken bowl or poutine and it is always tasty.

Probably some of the best take out I've had. Definitely blew my mind! I highly recommend it to anyone and will be buying from here regularly now. Everything looked and tasted amazing! Prices were also pretty reasonable.

Delicious food with fresh ingredients. I ordered a chicken donair rice bowl and it was incredible. Only problem is that the night staff are not very friendly or customer oriented. They need to work on their social/people skills!

Donair poutine tastes like a regular burger king poutine only. Nothing special. A-1 Donair is way better.

Great option for take away.if you compare price with other donair place it might be expensive but food is good fresh.would recommend anytime

I ordered the poutine. And I must say it was perfect. I really like the fact you can add different things to it. I pick up a lot of orders from doordash here and it always smells so good. Staff here are amazing as well in my opinion.

The food is great but if you want the lunch special make sure you tell them. I went in during their lunch special and they didn't give me the deal. I went back and complained as soon as I realized, right after I walked out and saw the sign noticing I paid too much and they wouldn't refund me the difference. I only went in cause there was a deal at that time. I was very unhappy.

This is one of the places I love to go everytime I crave donairs. The staff that works late night is amazing. Very polite very sweet and very courteous. Great diplomats for the company! Cheers!

I went to this place once and it will be my last visit. Food may be good, but staff is preferential to different customers and they choose who they can render quality service or who not. I am always polite and respectful to my customers without preference.
One the staff girls handed me my order with contemptious look on her face as if she did me a HUGE favor and as if I did not pay for my order. She did not even complete my order in full. Shame!
NEVER Again! This is Canada where we show respect to all people.

Best donairs, best customer service, it was my first time trying anything at this place and the employee named Rav helped us in choosing flavours according to our taste. She was really quick, efficient and polite while serving. The store was clean and the food was fresh. It was a wonderful visit. I suggest everyone to try this place.

Donair dude Surrey has the best meal I had tried ever and this was my first time trying donair and the staff helped me a lot in choosing the right donair for me. Staff was very very polite and the store was very neat and clean. And they gave me free fries because it was their grand opening day. This is a very good location to visit and will visit again.
