Never got to eat, guy was busy on the phone, when he saw me turned around and decided to keep talking on the phone. Just wanted to give you guys some money and get a donair. Guess the phone call was more important

I recently visited Donair Dude in Vancouver, and I must say, I was blown away by the experience. Piyush crafted the most incredible falafel I've ever tasted, and Avi's presence added a special touch to the overall atmosphere. The flavors were exceptional, and the service was top-notch. A must-visit for any food enthusiast!

Thank u Satinder Kaur for the hospitality and amazing food. It was well prepared and tasted delicious.

This was my go to place for donairs but they changed their meat recipe at all locations and it just doesn't taste the same anymore, unfortunately I won't be eating here anymore.

It is one of the best places to grab a bit! Great crowd. They have very welcoming and warm staff who is ready to help out and interact with customers! Must try Donair Poutine and Donair Rice Platters, very filling!

This place is really nice, well experienced staff good behaviour, and food is very fresh really like this place. I would recommend everyone here.

Thats place is garbage now! They should fire evryone and hire better employees maybe the food will be better like it use too

A week back I got the chance to visit this place in the corner of Granville and Hastings. Not a bad choice or a good choice But healthy choice for $11. I ordered for the chicken shawarma and the taste was good but dry. Pita was toasted little too much, was kind of crispy.

Hate to be this guy but the staff handle money and use the POS system and then use the same gloves to prepare sandwiches, and when you ask them about it they scoff at you.completely unsanitary + not food safe.you’re better off going to the main and terminal location, they are much cleaner.rarely complain or write bad reviews but this one’s to be avoided for sure.

I thought same order from the Granville location but the Donair is nothing similar. Chicken was bad and Donair barely heated. Pretty bad. Definitely not worth 16 dollars

Woof. 16 bucks for a Donair, meat isn't fresh off a spit, and toppings are kinda blah.do not recommend.

My friend and I went after a night at the bar. My friend was crying and one staff member was very nice and helpful, he even offered napkins to my friend after apologizing profusely for interrupting. I give 3 stars because the food people kept forgetting our order, then forgot that chicken ran out so we had to redo the order, then after we left we realized they forgot a fork for the poutine. Overall helpful but forgetful and there ain't nothing wrong with that so long as you aren't in a rush. Have a good day

Used to be so good but like others have said things have changed and this place shouldn't even have donair in the name anymore. No rotisserie meat, chunks instead of shaved, it's almost like the meat comes from a bag now.

Never coming back unless they bring back the rotisserie meat.

This was such a mediocre experience. The prices have increased to the point that is just ridiculous. Over $14 for a chicken shawarma with no sides. The woman at the counter took my order and my payment, and then went to the back to slowly refill the rice container! By the time she got back from her task, she had completely forgotten what I ordered. I was the only person in the restaurant at the time and she could have easily done it afterwards. The pita had like 2 spoonfuls of each vegetable and the meat, it was so meager and so expensive, you can get a fancy high end sandwich down the block for less money.

Expensive, but hardy. The amount of food you get here is too much for just a lunch, it’ll set you up for the rest of the day. I would say it is worth the price if you are willing to save some for leftovers.

This place was my favourite donair place in the town every week we were having a meal from here however, Today i’ve ordered chicken and rice platter and chicken pita wrap with fries however from both pita and platter pieces of bones came in to our mouth, its been few hours but we both have still dental pain. Also creamy garlic sauce was went bad like sour. It was the worst experience for me.

You guys should be ashamed at the quantity you provide now in the chicken plate. It is literally half of what it used to be. I paid $18 + tax so close to $20 and what I got was half of what I used to get? I understand there is inflation and we all suffer from that but this was literally half dude. I used to love donair dude but from tonight onwards I'm nrver ordering and I will make sure anyone I know doesn't order either. What a scam.

The staff here is unprofessional. When I order food through the Uber app, I wait two hours or an hour and a half until it is ready.
