Our go to place when it comes to quick, hot and fresh food. We’ve never had a meal where we were disappointed in quality or size. Will continue to support for as long as they’re around.

Great place to get a hot lunch or dinner. Best rice I’ve ever had at donair town can’t beat it anywhere else. The selection on the menu so much to chose from for a great price. I love donair town.

I got the Original Donnair with everything. Was good but had too much lettuce for my taste. Overall good tasting food and the staff was also very welcoming.

Really good tasting and size donair and platters. With all the construction going on in the area it tends to get busy around lunch time so be prepared to wait a bit.

Large portions and this seems to be the missing factor at other donair places.this place really makes sure you leave feeling satisfied.

Every so often you want something from a down market takeout joint that'll fill you up with great food at a great price. This is that joint. Standout deal is the meal container instead of just the Donair. Bonus is watching the two staff hustle the meals when they are slammed. It's Performance Art.

Expect a bit of a lineup at peak times, but they make it work. With all the building going on in the Burquitlam neighborhood this place will be busy for the next decade. It's the construction crews go to meal spot. Get in line.

Not much to look at, but this place is slowly turning into my goto joint when I don't feel like cooking. Great tasting, good amount of food for a wallet friendly amount of money - that's my kind of place

They keep increasing their prices day by day. The chicken is cut from before and stored in boxes, they then put on the sandwiches while being cold. Unbelievable, first and last time ordering here

I have been visiting Donair Town for many years and it is still the best donair I have eaten. They give large portions especially with their "super" option. The rice taste great and humus taste really good. They also have fries with meat which taste great as well.

I’ve been here many times and the food is always good! I usually get the chicken plate with the rice, Greek salad, and it’s lots of food for almost 3 people. The restaurant team is always very nice, it’s a clean restaurant and easily accessible from Skytrain, bus, walking and driving. Really good food options for vegetarians, meat lovers and there’s also lots of drink options (soda, water, juice, etc.) Excellent service, very fast and I highly recommend:)

Very good customer service here. The ladies were kind, quick, and courteous. The super donair is huge for the price, and the veggies are fresh.

Best Donair I've had in lower mainland that is affordable. I take visitors here all the time on our way to some nice views.

The younger lady with black long hair was soo rude that I am starting think she tried everything at her hand to not allow the customer to come back. I can’t believe management allows this. This was my third time going, giving them the benefit of doubt however same lady, same attitude…. I regret leaving a tip right from the beginning every time.

If you're looking for Mediterranean food, this Donair Town is a great choice. The food is usually fresh and always tasty. The staff are all great, excellent customer service every time I go. Generous portions and reasonable prices.

I just moved to Coquitlam and was hunting for a good shawarma place. Decide to check this place out based on reviews.
Food is delicious, from the meats, to the rice, to the hummus, and nice big portions. Staff is quick and friendly. Will be going back often!

Amazing donair. Reasonably priced and tastes fresh and rich. Arsh was very friendly, and handled my order with care. I asked for the Greek chicken donair and for him to make it his way (chef's choice) and he made it perfect. One of the best donairs I've had in the Lower Mainland and I'm Greek, I have high standards.

Was refused and extra empty container. Rude staff, was a simple request.

What happened to good customer service anymore?

One of the best shawarma plate I've had in lower mainland. Never a disappointing meal.

But please. Clean the fish tank. This place has the cutest gold (parrot?) fish (it will follow your finger around the fish tank every time) but it breaks my heart to see it live in such a dirty tank.

If you don't want to clean the tank please contact me and I will clean it for free. If that doesn't work, I am willing to adopt your goldfish.

Its decent. Wouldn't say it was something noticeably terrific, but by no means bad. Wouldn't drive out my way for it, but if ur hungry n close by, then it's fine.

Your food will be delivered very fast and hot. But I suggest for all staff: guy’s more working on the taste and quality of your rice

Great donair. Great staff. Clean establishment. I tried all three varieties, beef, chicken and lamb. I always get wraps with no sauce to taste the meat, and this time it was no exception. I can easily say it is up there in my top picks. Not greasy, not under or overcooked, tasty meat with great bread. Will certainly eat from here again.

Use to be good when it first open now it has gone down hill. This place just bout killed my mom with food poisoning in the last week will never again go there again

I only tried it once, but I don't like chicken meat, there are too much chick skins mixed with the chicken meat, which tastes horrible. Maybe beef or lamb are some better options.

Very disappointed with my last visit. I was given chicken that was very old, and hard to chew. I had the impression it must’ve been sitting out all day.

I do not recommend going to this location before 5 PM. It seems they are just reusing old food from the previous day!

These guys I don’t know where to begin. First off they had excellent fast and might I say some of the best salesmanship ever I was tired didn’t wanna cook so I said you know what donair sounds good but where? Where to get donair I thought my usual but they were closed so I went out on a limb and tried this place and you know what? This was the absolute best donair I’ve ever had and the two workers that served me they are homies and I will definitely be coming to you guys from now on.

Sorry but the vinegar tasted synthetic. I had a burning stomach after I ate the lamb platter I ordered. I've had gastritis after. The rice was not cooked fresh like it was just reheated. The packaging was horrible due to low quality styrofoam.

This place is so unsanitary it makes me cringe. They can’t even put their own garbage in the garbage bin. I have seen rats running all across by their back door.

Love the food of this place. Their rice and donair, both are very good. I have eaten both of those in chicken and easily one of the best shawarma style chicken I've eaten in Metro Vancouver

I've been on a donair binge lately, so tried 3 different places in the Tri-Cities area in the course of one week. Donair Town was my first of the three as I was in the area grabbing some stuff from the Dollarama across the street. Ordered the falafel donair for me and the mixed platter of chicken and beef for husband. My falafels were great, fried fresh so that made a difference. The platter was good but I found the meats a bit dry, likely because they keep the meats in warming stations. Overall, still really good and the hummus and falafel were stellar, a solid 4/5.

Very friendly place all the staff members who work here do a great job. We love the chicken fries and donairs would highly recommend

Been here more than 3 times, and here’s my full review.

The service was ok, and most of the ingredients are good quality. The price is fair for the most part.

However, the portion sizes significantly vary depending on WHO is helping you. One of the fellas always has a smile, he’s eager to help, eager to serve, and makes sure the client is happy.

The lady who works here late evenings is quite stingy with the ingredients (counting the tomatoes, bell peppers, etc) which I found quite entertaining actually.
She’s not the best person to deal with, and I recommend you come at times when the fellas are working.

Sooooo, worth the wait! Only place that doesn't have delivery like Doordarsh, etc; because there is only one guy working. He makes the fries fresh on the spot with your donair, plate, and great customer service. Recommend+

Love the place and customer service. Always have Super Mix Donair (Chicken and Lamb). Add pickle, cucumber, tomatoes, jalapeños, and sriracha sauce if you like it spicy.

Tasty food and great prices. I came here so many times with my friends at lunch years ago in high school. The man who owns this place is nice and super efficient. He’ll make sure you get your food both fast and with good presentation. The perfect place to hang out with some friends or get takeout.

Taste is mediocre. Staff are nice. Gentleman with white beard can make thor's restaurant more hygienic if he shaves. Finally.let customers choose the vegetable as the donair is being built. The code words which the cashier writes down didn't work and I didn't get what I wanted

3 stars for being food, for that I am thankful. I had the chicken plate with greek salad, humas, garlic and hot sauce. The rice was good, the chicken was tasteless but cooked well. The garlic sauce and hot were a disappointment. Those 2 sauces generally bring a chicken plate together. The sauces were bland. The hot sauce was not spicy, so it should be called red sauce. First time eating here and will be continuing my search for good Lebanese food

This has become a lunchtime staple for me on a weekly basis, I rotate between having a Donair, Shwarma plate or Chicken Poutine. All are excellent and filling!

I especially like the rice in the Shwarma plate, very tasty. With the crispy bits on the chicken, the sauces. Delicious. A highlight of my weekday lunches that's for sure.

Went to take out a chicken plate tonight before close. It was supposed to come with the pita bread but never got it. Server asked me if I needed cutlery which I didn't need. What I wanted is the pita bread with the chicken plate! That was the whole point of getting the chicken plate, to eat it with the pita bread. Very disappointing. Now I have no use for the dip sauce in the chicken plate will be thrown out. Never expected this.

Had my first Donair poutine here and it was delicious.
I'd definitely be going back to eat here for sure.
The staff was friendly

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had! The lad and gent were really nice, she helped us out with what to order. Because we mentioned we had recently moved to the area, she gave us tons of places to eat, for coffee, and to relax. 5* would definitely recommend, oh and the food was fantastic too, will definitely be going back soon!

It makes me so happy every time I eat here. The owner and staff are so friendly with smiles and the portions are awesome. Hummus is unique and delicious along with the pita nice and soft. I get the super mixed (lamb/beef) platter and it’s two meals easily. If you are in the area, just go there and you’ll not regret it. Highly recommend!

Best Donair Place in all of Metro Vancouver. The staff are lovely and everything is hand-made from scratch. Nothing beats the falafel here!

One the best quick donair places in this area. Interior is super clean and spacious. Well maintained washrooms and a pretty big parking lot.

Staff were friendly but food was not good! We had lamb and chicken donair and both were so low quality and humos as side was terrible, tasting anything but humos.

Came here on a Thursday night, and it was busy! The 2 people working that night did not even stop to breathe, it was one order after another. The other guy is the owner I think, he's super friendly and put everyone at the line in a good mood. Im impressed at how efficient they worked. Friendly and fast customer service, the donairs were great. Awesome job guys I will be coming back soon.

My issue here is consistency. 1/4 times in the last year the quality has dropped. Hummus and sauces crazy salty. Soggy salad vegetables. Missing salad dressing. Old dry pita. Dry chicken. Then there is the occasion where my stomach is upset so possible food handling issues. More often then not the issue is when Sam isn’t around so he needs to watch the quality control when his staff isn’t taking over. We used to come here once a week but now I’m trying others in the area.

Just what you wanted out of a donair. A place to find late-night hominess and a good size portion for under $10.

Service is sometimes slow, but they make up for it for being incredibly friendly and having fantastic food. Delicious donairs, and my personal favourite, chicken fries.

Unfortunately not all Donair Towns serve up the same food.

One of my favorite donair spots in all of metro Vancouver the owner is there almost always there and creates a great customer experience. Other staff is also super friendly and will take any request seriously. They're chicken donair is amazing.

I haven't heard of anyone who doesn't love their Donair. My wife and I love donairs so much when we travel the Middle East we always look for local Donair shops. Interesting thing is pending on where you are this dish is slightly different but always wonderful hitting the taste buds just right.

This place is in par with all those spots!

Saffron rice is a nice change from white rice on my donar platter. Fresh salad with a healthy portion of hummus. Delicous.

This place would have to be the cleanest donair place and it has comfortable seating that doesn't put you off. They also have a random fish tank near the back. The food is great and filling, they give you a lot of meat for the plate, the cost is about 12 dollars.

Great price, large portion and the meats (especially the chicken shawarma) is cooked perfectly.crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Salads are sometimes hit or miss.

An absolute gem of a fast food restaurant. I've never gone in to anything but a smile and good food; the people working the counter are always friendly and welcoming, and their chicken plate is a thing of beauty. Highly recommended!
