My favourite Korean food in the Vancouver area, hands down. We literally drive from downtown Vancouver to come here…it’s that good. You can’t go wrong really but we regularly reorder: jeyuk-bokkeum; haemul soontubu; cheese buldak; and scallion pancakes. Also the banchan is amazing - I’m obsessed with the fresh kimchi they make, wish I could buy it from them.

I dropped by this place with my wife for a quick supper. The place was very clean and the overall mood was good. I ordered Tofu with fried kimchi. My wife ordered her favorite - Sundae soup with rice. It was very good, but pricey. I guess all dining these days is very pricey while no salary has been increased.

The servers were very kind and good. But I believe leaving guests alone is just fine because asking often can ruin the mood. I hope they don't follow the unnecessary tradition of western restaurants.

All restaurants POS systems ask for a 15% tip as a minimum. I think this is a totally wrong culture.

15 % tips for 6 people, food portion is so small, only 4 small pieces of thin beef in the main dish charged you $20 after tax and tips.never go there again.

Is there anyone in Coquisa who has been here at least once? Gatbaegi lets you eat Nokjin Hantang in a neat setting. Yagurt after a meal seems like a science.

I've been coming back to this restaurant with my family a few times. And when we were there last Tuesday, my girl's birthday, I noticed the quality of the food got better, as well as the service. The lady server was so helpful and friendly. Thank you!

The pork bone soup is not hot and quite diluted. Ordered for refills and it never come.
Place looks better after the renovation but not the food and service. Bad bad bad

It's definitely the go-to restaurant for an open, roomy dining area with authentic Korean food. I high recommend this place for any occasions. Our server Monika was very friendly and helpful with the food on the menu. Thank you

It was Father’s Day, and they were able to accommodate us last minute party of 6 and a baby. Food was amazingly good and quick! Especially that cold noodle.

A very wide selection of Korean food is available. Nothing in particular seemed to be the special of the day. The soup base was good, and the intestines were from beef. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and the restaurant itself was quite big as well.
Even came with a free yogurt dessert!

I'm really happy we found this place because they serve cold noodles in the winter and I'm always craving them all year round! The food and service was great and they have a lot of space for seating.

If you want to feel the taste of eating in Korea, you can feel the great taste at 1/100 of the price of the airplane ticket.
The taste, cleanliness, even the friendly staff, I had a pleasant meal every time I went with my family. I hope that you too can feel the taste of Korea.

First thing I noticed was young manger greeted people with smile yet the rest staff seemed quite and less enthusiastic.
I was surprised by how short-staffed for such a big restaurant.
Maybe staff should explain to customers before they get seated because I waited more than 20mins for my food which was not ideal during lunch time.
Food was mediocre and bit too sweet to me. Kimchi side dish was good though!

Hopefully they get better near future so I would give 4 stars to just support newly opened restaurant.

Seems short staffed for a big restaurant. The manager looking guy had a great service, 4 star is for him. I like my soup served hot but it was luke warm, will give it another try for different food.

It was very delicious we ordered 5 menu about soondae soondooboo.

Opened yesterday! Have the best Tonkatsu in town. Love the probiotic drink they offered after meal.

It’s overpriced and not tasty. The tofu soup cover with chilli oil. Not worth to go. However, their service is very good.
