It is absolutely incredible how much they hate helping their clients and are absolute No help at all.avoid working with them at all times.

HORRIBLE phone line! The Lady that answered the phone is AWFUL. I was trying to leave a voicemail in the line and went directly to this AWFUL lady who apparently hate her job at the emergency line. You guys should fix your phone and give options to leave a message for admin instead of letting this awful person answer the phone when the office is closed and not even listen to the other party. I called at 8.45 AM. Trying to leave a message for accounting and instead of giving me the option to leave a message, went to this awful human being that hates working.

Our Strata manager Stuart French is one of the best I’ve ever worked with in the industry. Nothing beats years of property management experience. Stuart is dedicated to his vocation and has a strong sense of duty and great work ethics. This is not a combination often seen with up and coming strata managers. Dorset, you are very fortunate to have Stuart on your team and his efforts greatly contribute to your company’s successes.

Property managers are very unempathetic to their residents. Only fix broken things that are security risks when it becomes a financial burden to them.

Attempted to charge our business multiple times with unnecessary fees regardless of all our attempts to abide by their requests. Full email thread to prove their constant bullying on a weekly basis towards my business, ignoring all of our requests to prove their end of alleged noises coming from out unit.

Very professional and attentive service, timely responses to client's enquiries. Prompt actions to client's needs and fixing of issues on the buildings and premises.

At first it was great - fast responses and was able to do a virtual tour which I appreciated because I currently live 5 hours north of Vancouver.
I was told my application has been approved (yay) and just pending landlord references (which I provided right after being asked for references)
Got my virtual tour and was told that my references will be reached out to
My references told me they never received a call
I had to email asking for an update just for the response being the unit has already been rented - such a disappointment. Additionally, worse that I had to reach out asking for an update after being told everything has been pretty much approved and just references were left to do (again, my references didn't even get a call) it would have been nice to receive an email letting me know the apartment has been rented vs me having to go outta my way to ask what is happening

Dorset manages our residential strata. I am currently serving as Council Chair and we chose to engage them to manage our 411 unit strata based on the helpful advice presented to myself by the company principal. It has proven to be a much more useful service than all of our previous management companies. Our agent has managed to find numerous ways to save us money in our operating budget. They have dealt with other companies, developers, and the day to day needs of owners and residents. We have found they have a high level of professional knowledge, excellent people skills and great skills in negotiation and running meetings. I never give out 5 star ratings so this four is most peoples five. One of the most complete, well-run property, management service companies in the business.

I'm happy with Brian Spencer as our Strata Property Manager. He has done a great job taking care of our building for all these years.

Worst strata ever
1. Non stop, long lasting (alarm for an hour) and frequent false fire alarm (twice a week).
2. Break in
3. Stolen parcels
4. Messy garbage room
5. No concierge during normal hours
