Doug did a great job of diagnosing the issue with our fridge and fixing it! Thanks for the great work Doug!

I left a message for Doug and he got back to me within a day. He came by within his window (and even called to let me know he'd be arriving near the end of it instead of at the beginning). He worked on my dishwasher quickly and solved the issue for an affordable price. I'd definitely hire Doug again for any of my appliance needs.

Doug provides an EXCEPTIONAL service! I had a stove that was on the fritz around the holidays and he went out of his way to ensure it was working so I could cook a meal. I have since used him on other issues and the service is consistently honest, quick, reliable and above and beyond what is expected. You can not find a better human than Doug!
