Okay, I admit, two stars is a bit harsh. Then again, so are some of the trails. Spaceballs is an advertisement for bash guards. Monkeys Above the Mist is treacherous, with a few hundred meters of insanely steep loose gravel trail. Why is it not black diamond rated? There are a few other trails that have unpleasant surprises, as well. I've been here a few times, trying different route options, and the awful parts of trails outweigh the good. Sorry, but I stand by my two star rating.

Thanks to the trail builders and maintainers. Great network for x-country and some downhill fun.

Many trails to walk/ride. Great to see a lot of people using. Sad to see a mess I often left on the road by some lazy clowns.

Newbie in Mountain Biking here and Doumont trails is really fun to ride even for starters. Recommend this to anyone whos new into mountain biking.

The local trails here are awesome! So many thanks and kudos go out to the NMBC for maintaining many of these trails and ensuring the trail network is well labeled on the trails. You can shuttle about a third of the hill, the rest is by pedal power, so they trails are not very DH bike friendly. The trails range in expertise from green all the way to some double black. I would say the majority is blue and black. Be sure to check out trailforks before heading out!

Great biking. Some flow trails and some tech trails there is a little bit of everything. The climb is a pain so if you can STS!

Good selection of trails through a varied landscape provides something for everyone. Only negative is the illegal dumping in the area.
