Appointment was for teeth cleaning. Other treatments were given without being advised these were going to incur extra costs.

I came to Dr. Taheri for a dental implant on a front tooth. I have had six previous implants. Two were on front teeth. The previous dentists had done the extraction and bone graft together. Then I had to wait 6 months for the graft to take. During this time I had to wear an artificial tooth. Once I wore a flipper and the other time I wore an “Essex “ (similar to Invisalign). After the 6 months then I had to come back for the implant and wait another 3 months before I finally got the permanent crown. This made for a very long wait with an uncomfortable false tooth in my mouth. Dr Taheri was able to do the extraction, bone graft and place the implant at the same time. Then he put on a temporary crown. After three months he assesses the graft and implant and then makes an impression (by ultrasound) to create the final crown. Two weeks later the crown is placed.

This procedure is an enormous improvement over other implants I have had. I can’t say enough good things.

Perfect service! I didn't have to wait at all for my service, Ashley was so attentive in this initial examination, explaining everything she was doing and acknowledging how weird it is to have all the dental instruments inside your mouth xD

also, they use modern equipment which gave me a lot of confidence in their diagnosis

Downtown dental staff were very kind and understanding of this. Very efficient, thorough, professional and kind. Came up with a good plan and commitment to regular appointments. The receptionists are warm and friendly and welcoming always.my dentist Dr. Esposito is an expert in his field and always gives me the best of care and his assistant, Inger, is efficient and a pleasure to be around. I used to be afraid of the dentist but not since going to downtown dental. They make me feel calm and secure.

Dr. Taheri is the most wonderful Doctor with a great heart:) Outstanding knowledge and skills. And team there is all outstanding, if you been there you will know that.

The staff at the reception are very friendly and always accommodating. We love our hygienist Connie she’ll always make sure you are comfortable and does a great job cleaning our teeth. My family has been coming at this dental clinic since 2017.

My whole family has been coming to downtown dental for the last 5 years. We always have great care at this dentist. My daughter was 5 when we started coming and she wasn’t scared at all even when having a few teeth removed. They sent a referral to a very good orthodontist when we need retainers and head gear. For myself I have extremely high anxiety and even a cleaning was hard for me to get through. But now I have no more anxiety with going to the dentist. Highly recommend if you have children or anxiety. And want a good caring dentist.

Had wonderful cleaning experience with one of the best CONNIE. While cleaning, she explained me important things which I can add in my routine. She was really patient with me as my mouth keep getting closed. I feel like I got pearl smoothness on my teeth now. Special thanks to Dr. Ehsan for his pro skills. Also, the receptionist TIA, she always welcome warmly and very polite. Its my favourite dental clinic for sure.

Staff always friendly and efficient. My hygienist always remembers and asks me about my work and life, just a really cool guy. Good location, TV's on roof, comfy chairs. They text to confirm appointments, or email if preferred too. Been going for years and not a single complaint.

Cap fell off. They got me in quickly and handled it very well. Friendly, professional, and not too expensive.

This is my favourite dental clinic. It is so well run and every staff member is pleasant and professional; from the receptionists at the front desk, to Raj, the dental hygienist and Dr. Esposito. They all know how to make you feel comfortable and explain any procedures that is about to take place so there are no surprises. Any questions I had was answered with clarity and patience. They are a business that is run with integrity. I have been to other clinics that push unnecessary procedures on you or bill you for an extra filling or suggest that you get more work done simply because you still have money left on your insurance. They are really honest here and pricing is reasonable. I am thrilled to be their patient. Keep up the great work!

Friendly staff, practical dental recommendations. Unlike many other offices the clinic does not try to up sell or reposition your dental needs for more money. Honest office.

So happy with the care I received from Downtown Dental. Had fillings and cleaning done. The doctor was very gentle and quick, and the hygienist, WOW, I can't remember the last time my teeth were so stain-free! Everyone is so nice, super informative, and thorough. I really cannot recommend them enough.

Always a delight (weird as that may sound). Staff are all super friendly and the end results "leave me with a smile". They were willing to work within the limits of my availability and have been keeping my dental hygiene well taken care of for over 15 years at least.

I have been to a few places over the years and this one by far is the best! Very friendly, honest and professional. I went in asking about veneers and they advised me to get Invisalign and the results was what I was looking for! Instead of taking my money they properly informed me with better options that was cost effective plus keeping my own teeth!

Love this place been going for prob 15 years. They care super gental I could fall asleep and have. From the lovely at the front to the hygienists and the Dentist thy are all friendly and make sure your safe and comfortable. The needles are even chill they way they are asldministered. I travel from Burnaby cause their wonderful

The friendliest Dental office I have ever been to.
They provide a very high level of service and are extremely informative talking you through every step of the procedure/process. Efficient service where I can be seen very quickly if needed. I recently got Invisalign and the whole process has been effortless so far and the care put into it is amazing. Communication by phone email or text is frequent and friendly. Thank you.

Dr Esposito is great, and so is Raj (hygienist).

Today Dr Esposito was assisted by a dental assistant who I do not recall seeing before. I found her to be rough, inattentive to patient’s comfort and generally unprofessional. She made an incorrect follow up appointment for me, which the Receptionist had to correct. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they didn’t seem surprised, so this suggests that I am not the only patient who has had a similar experience with this dental assistant.

That’s unfortunate because everyone else at the clinic is so professional

Today, I had my first appointment with Downtown Dental. I moved from Ontario to Vancouver three months ago. I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. On the professional side, Dr. M Esposito diagnosed on my first visit a hidden infection via X-ray underneath one of my teeth which I didn't notice for a long time. He is indeed very competent. Throughout the appointment, all staff members involved performed their duties to a high standard. I highly recommend this clinic to every one.

Just amazing service! She fixed a terrible job done by another dentist in downtown. It took a good 1h40 to fixed that and I was able to eat again normally on the next day.
She really take time to listen and explain everything. So happy I change.
