I have been attending this office since the 80's (my longest relationship anywhere) & all the staff here are GREAT!

My second visit and i m impressed with the professionalism and friendliness. Plus I got an amazing goodie bag for my dental hygiene…thank you to all the staff, you are amazing and made the visit comfortable.

Convenient downtown location and a very well run office. Staff seem genuinely happy so it must be a good place to work.

Excellent experience from the warm greeting, the efficient and thorough cleaning, to the informative examination. Everyone was caring, and friendly. I never felt rushed in any part of the process and any questions that I had were answered thoughtfully.

An overall amazing experience. Dr Picard is humorous and gives great feedback and ideas for future dental needs. And my hygienist was gentle and always made sure I was doing good. I'm glad I switched dentists!

I've been taking my kids here since they were about 4 years old. They're so great with how they make the kids feel comfortable. The TVs help a lot to keep them still, and they always look forward to the treasure chest of toys at the end!

I’ve been with Downtown Dental now for 6 or so years. They are wonderful… the hygienists are gentle and never talk down to you, the reception are friendly and always have the paperwork sorted out like clockwork. And the dentists super respectful, professional and not a hint of arrogance - just great bedside manner! Love the whole team!

Did not listen to me that I require more numbing agent than average, I left the clinic crying and was not even asked if I was okay. Do not go here.

Lied several times about what they were charging me, charged me twice (my credit card plus my insurance for the same appointment) and they kept changing their story when i told them.extremely rude and disrespectful receptionists

I really like this place. Over the years, I have come to appreciate the warmth, the respect and the integrity of the hygienists, assistants, and dentists. And also the office staff.

Clean, relaxed, professional, funny, personable, cognizant of your time. Fast.precise and obviously experienced. Worth your time and money.

My experience with the hygienist, Nikki was absolutely wonderful! She was professional and took the time to explain and discuss any concerns I had. Would definitely recommend her services!
