Wife & I had a two hour time slot for initial consultation for 9: 30 am. I called around 9: 00 to advise we are running late due to caring for our 1 year old and we can be there at about 10: 00am. I was told we would be charged a cancellation fee if I showed up that late however they can take the consultation over the phone. I called in at 9: 30 again and was told the doctor would call me and that he just stepped in. At 9: 50 I get a call saying he did not come to the office and we have to reschedule. A resonable person who knew they have a 9: 30am meeting should have informed their staff if they are running late the same way as I had informed them. Our time is also valuable and setting aside two hours of your work day is not an easy task especially being a small business owner. They really expected me to reschedule after threatening me with a cancellation fee but for the naturalpath its ok to leave us hanging? So yes I gave this review not because of a scheduling conflict (whatever that means) but rather because of how the incident was handled and the overall experience.

My experience with Polo Health has been nothing but exceptional. All the staff are welcoming, understanding and supportive. Highly recommend this clinic!

I did the HCG diet and was prescribed hcg in syringes. After I logging into my pharmacare Medication history all I see billed were saline syringes. All my other medications show up there, why not the HCG? They lied and sold an expensive placebo that didn't work.
I was told that I would not experience hunger. I was extremely hungry and was not able to sustain the diet.

One of the best places to finally take control of your health. My family has been visiting this clinic in new west for 4 years now and we are always seen with great service. Unlike my family doctor, Dr. Murray spends ample time with me discussing my symptoms and swimming upstream to find the root cause. I’ve had b12 injections along with vitamin D and some really great vitamin IVs. She supported me through my TTC Journey and I’m looking forward to getting support through my postpartum phase without feeling fear of judgment and shame. I first met Dr. Polo many years ago before she opened her clinic. I have several unusual chronic conditions that make losing weight next to impossible. On her pound a day program I have found success. Additionally she is knowledgeable about so many other health challenges and has been insightful at times when no one else could help. I visited this clinic to see Dr. Blyth for some advice about TRT. I was met with a Lion King story and a printed out sheet of nutrition facts. I think it would be wiser to do your own research about the technical details of TRT before spending $300 to hear a jungle book story and no relevant info about TRT. I felt like he didn't have time to address my question and only wanted to use the time we had for his poorly rehearsed spiel for new-comers.

So happy I came in to see Allana. I have been struggling with migraines and fatigue for years, and haven't had any improvement with my family doctor. I wanted to avoid medications as much as I could. Allana helped with modifying my diet and some other lifestyle recommendations, and my migraines have since been very infrequent now and i feel way better in my body. Really incredible how some relatively simple changes made such a big difference in my life.

I'm new to naturopathic medicine and its benefits. I first brought my son here for prolo therapy on the advice of his coach. It worked wonders. I was impressed enough with Dr Eberding and the clinic generally to seek treatments for myself. Between Dr Eberding, Dr Murray, and the entire support team, it would be difficult to overstate their dedication to their patients. They really do seem to care for the people they treat.

Dr. Mawji is amazing! I feel so grateful for her and her ability to find out the root cause of my symptoms. From the time I walked in the door I felt that all my concerns were finally heard. She makes sure to explain everything to me so that I understand and I’m always so excited to share with my family all the. The initial appointment is an hour long and it gives you the ability to talk about everything going on and not feel like your just going to be given a pill and pushed out the door. I have suffered from chronic fatigue and have never been taken seriously. Every time I go in Dr. Mawji addresses every concern and takes them seriously. I have also been dealing with concerns with my skin and it was something I thought I just had to live with. It wasn’t what I originally came in to talk about. When I brought it up, Dr. Mawji assured me that this wasn’t just my new normal and that all my symptoms are related and can be treated. There has been nothing that she has made me feel silly for bringing up. I always leave feeling more educated, empowered to take care of my health and listened to. I never feel brushed off and I recommend anyone who has health concerns to see Dr. Mawji!

Just my review for one practitioner at this clinic: Dr. Drew Jamieson. Drew's a really nice guy but I would have to recommend to avoid seeing him at all costs, he's simply not a good Naturopathic Doctor. Gave me a whole bunch of supplements and shots in my shoulder for the pain: definitely made things worse. Unfortunate experience for me all round. Won't be back.

Wow impressed. From the moment you step in the door reception professional efficient and friendly. Nice clean environment. Seeing dr Andrew getting prolo injections for neck pain. Started seeing Dr Mawji in Jan 2020 when conventional medicine was not helping with my migraines. Migraines have reduced by 75% and she has helped reduce or eradicate heartburn and other chronic conditions. Very knowledgeable and compassionate and eager to work with my other Healthcare professionals and family doctor to work towards reaching my optimal health.

I have recently been referred to the clinic from various friends who have seen the practitioners there, and am really blown away at the treatment I have recieved so far. Ive had an ND visit, prescriptions filled in the pharmacy, and an acupuncture visit, and all have been very friendly, informative and positive experiences. I am going next week to try the IV, but I can see why I was recommended here by various people. They listen, they help, they are professional and uber supportive of what I want to achieve health-wise. The front desk staff is organized, which isn't always the case at other medical offices I have visited. Thankul for such a great experience, and definitly will recommend to others looking for an Integrated health centre

My husband and I have been experience chronic pain for over 20 years, and it has never been addressed the way it has been by the wonderful doctors at Polo Health. I was seen by their MD, who sent me for X rays and a CT scan privately, and then the ND's took those reports and did Prolotherapy for us, along with their Acupuncturist who came in on the treatment plan as well, all with wonderful expertise, professionalism and knowledge. I can't thank them enough mainly for getting us in so quickly with all the appropriate tests and referrals, and the results we have experienced in such a short period of time. Just wow. Anybody who is in pain or agony, please go see these wonderful doctors. Top notch.

A wonderful wonderful experience! I highly recommend visiting this clinic for all your health concerns, they are very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I am pleased with my results, I am menopausal and have recently been placed on hormonal support which already after 7 days, my night sweats are gone and I am sleeping like a baby! Menopausal women need to know there is support out there, and It's right here.

Their Pound a day program is the most effective weight loss program I have ever done. I have been a long member of Bernstein and Weight Watchers, but man I wish I had known about Dr. Polo years ago. She is so motivating, her program is easy to follow, it works incredibly well. I wasn't hungry at all, and I lost a whopping 60lbs in a few short months. Dr. Jamieson is amazing! After 15 years of injuries, he was able to make such a night and day improvement in just 4 sessions. He is phenomenal at what he does and I would recommend him to everyone.

BE AWARE: the supplements they sell in the clinic can be found in regular stores for 1/4 of the price they charge at Polo Health. The doctor visit is also highly over-priced compared to other naturopaths in the area.
I personally was duped into spending $250 there (on top of the $150 that were covered by my insurance), and I can't even use any of the stuff I got, cause it made me sicker than I ever felt before.
I find it very suspicious that all the medicine and treatments that were recommended by the doctor were only ones that are offered on-site. That makes me question the credibility of the medical advice and the hidden agenda the doctor might have

Dr. Polo and all the staff at the clinic are amazing! They take the time to really listen to your concerns and go above and beyond to support you in all areas. Dr Polo is so amazing! You don't know it yet but I am telling you, you need her in your life! She's so knowledgeable, realistic, cuts the BS out and super efficient. I have been to Naturopaths that I have come to realize have a bit of a 'once size fits all' and this is nothing like it. I cannot recommend her enough and have to friends and family. Great experience coming to Dr Polo. I wanted to lose weight about two years ago for an elective surgery. Dr. Polo was nothing but encouraging and supportive. I lost the unwanted weight and she continued help with me with other health issues after. She and her team are amazing. I would never go anywhere else. I look forward to trying their IV therapy as well. I just keep going back. Our health care system needs to add more coverage for naturopathic care. Dr. Mawji is an AMAZING naturopathic doctor. I was referred to her after going to many specialists of which none of them were able to diagnose my health issues. She knew how upsetting it was for me to go through this experience and she made my health and recovery her top priority, even emailing me on her days off to check in. Not only was she able to finally diagnose me, but with her guidance I made a complete recovery within 6 months, something that seemed impossible before meeting her. Dr Polo has become my main doctor in many ways. I was experiencing hormone imbalances and she helped me regulate my body and my sleep and ultimately improve my health. I'll keep this very short and honest: For years I've been dealing with health issues that have been debilitating and painful - a chronic issue that doctors have been perplexed by and, if I am truly honest, have not offered much hope for present or future solutions. Meeting and discussing the problems with Dr. Drew Jamieson and following his advice has yielded the first week where I have truly felt better in over 4 years. I intend to continue down this path in the hopes that it will only improve with further guidance from this knowledgeable, personable, and intelligent person. I would definitely recommend giving it a shot!
