Great Doctor (Dr. Kanani) Best place to go for ortho treatments. My son loves to go there! Friendly and kind staff!

I LOVE this orthodontics place! They really know what they're doing. I know some people who went to different ortho places, and they've told me stories about how other places don't really care about their clients and don't adjust their braces as often as it should. But, this place keeps everything professional, with such a welcoming environment every time. I had my braces for about 3-4 years, and I love my results. Sometimes, I start to miss my braces I've already recommended a lot of my friends and family here, and they all love the facility and staff- as well as their results! If I decide to get braces again in the future, I will most definitely go back to Guildford Orthodontic Centre!

It’s hard to give them even one star after the terrible service I have received from their end. I am having this dental issue for a long time, and went to them hoping that they will be able to fix it as they had promised. They referred me to this another Oral Surgeon for further examination of my situation, note that they never said that they cannot do anything about my dental problem. I did everything according to their instructions and went to the oral surgeon’s office. The referred Oral surgeon was experienced and very prompt, he saw my x-rays and right away sent out his observation in a letter to myorthodontist’s office right in front of me. He also ensured that they have done their part and myorthodontist should pick up from there. I waited for 10 days to hear back from myorthodontist. Nothing came in my way from them. Hence, I emailed and called them. One of the assistant orthodontists replied me back that they are waiting for a specific report from the oral surgeon’s office which has been sent to some other place, which I later found out is a false statement as I had to call to get a soft copy of the invoice from the Oral surgeon’s office and I asked them about this further report that myorthodontist mentioned me in the email. Surgeon’s dental office confirmed that they are not waiting for any report or have nothing to do with my case anymore. I tried to reach out to myorthodontist after this, I haven’t heard anything from them till the date. So basically, they took me as one of their clients and referred me to some other place for further clarification and I have never heard back from them since then. If they don’t have the expertise to deal with my dental problem, why did they take my case in the first place, on top of that referred me to some other place and made a false statement? Is it a way for them to make some money in the process, some kind of scamming by making referrals when they clearly are not interested to take care of the matter? If you don’t have the expertise you don’t take that patient, you are not supposed to refer the very same patient to somewhere else and go silent for months. I still have all their emails and I cannot explain that how disappointed I am at this place. Don’t waste your time and money here, go somewhere else.

Overall, we have had a good experience with this office (one bad appointment that they apologized for). I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars because of the hours. For a place that deals mostly with kids, you'd think they'd have some evenings and weekends available. For the amount of appointments needed for two kids, if I had realized this, I probably would've chosen somewhere else.

I regret going here. The new doctor has re scheduled me so many times and delayed my treatment plan with my surgeon. I’m so disappointed. They been saying the doctor has some family emergency from how many months now. Go somewhere else

DO NOT GO! I had braces put on in April, and the wires broke or snapped out 3 times, leaving me in pain! When they fix it, it just pops out again and the end of the wire is digging into my gum, leaving blood. I don't recommend going here, they told me to fix it myself with a nail clipper, until they can see me after the weekend! My parents have had to made repairs sooo many times using random objects like tweezers. Very bad service. Defintely do NOT recommend.

I called to cancel my daughter’s appointment because she was sick. I was trying to re-book an appointment but the lady who answered the phone (oct 3 @ 9: 40am) was not very helpful and she sounded like she cannot wait to hang up the phone. Please do not tolerate employees with bad customer service. Parents are paying thousands of dollars to get their kids braces to be treated like you’re a burden to her.

Really appreciate all the support I have when my child needs an emergency removal of his braces for his MRI. The orthodontist looked into the possible cause of his locked jaws issues while waiting for Children to come out with a solution for his JIA medical conditions.

We got a MRI appointment in 6 days time, they arranged for the removal on the same day to help us. In addition, a retainer while waiting for the MRI to take place. This is beyond what I can expect, and I am so grateful for all the help.

I had a wonderful experience with myORTHODONTIST. I have been with them for 4 years and counting and am almost done with my treatment. I am looking forward to a shiny Hollywood smile soon. Cannot recommend it enough!

They make my Son always feel welcome and always are happy to see him which is reassuring when he’s nervous. Love the place. The staff are all kind and friendly. The doctors are very good and the nurses as well. They got me an earlier appointment when no early appointments were available because I only had 2 trays left and needed to be scanned for the new box of trays. Would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.

My concerns were addressed and care was taken with making sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about each step along the way.

My son and I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. They have been patient. I had an issue where my bank card was changed due to fraud, they were understanding and super accommodating. My son finds them to be gentle during the process of changing anything with his braces. They always give me the information at the end and update me as needed during each appointment. I will be going for braces myself at this location once my son is done because it’s been a great experience.

From the very start of my son’s assessment, staff are very friendly. Staff are willing to help all the time and knowledgeable.

There’s one time I was reading a pamphlet at the reception.the contest and a staff named Jeanette approached me and asked if she can help me. She explained the contest rules if I want to join and win the scooter. She’s awesome. Not only her but everyone in this clinic are amazing! Also, we came 10 minutes early and we don’t need to wait for our exact schedule time. They called my son in a few minutes. The place is very clean and cozy. So bright. A clinic that you will feel very safe from virus. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

Three kids in braces, we have been here a few years and during the change of owners. All new staff at front desk are incredibly friendly and helpful (especially Jeanette). All Dr. ’s and assistants in back are also always friendly and helpful and always take time to answer any questions.

Susan did my adjustment today, and it went very good! Overall the staff has been friendly, patient and caring during this entire process.

Staff were really helpful and patient with our inquiries. They provided a structured plan and made it easy to understand regarding the said plan.

Jeanette provides exceptional customer service and support to patients no matter what. She's always attentive and considerate of patient's time and matters. She always ensures scheduling for my upcoming appointments is a seamless process even though I know she runs very complicated calendars and schedules of doctors and their assistants.

One star is at this point a generous review. The staff constantly changes, cannot accommodate appointments, forgets to call you about appointments (you need to follow up) and you see someone new treating you every time you enter. I have never written a bad review in my life.
I have had issues with the service since spring of 2021 and since then staff has changes a couple times since.
If I was not near the end of my treatment I would not be going back at all.
They took off my braces too soon despite what I had advised and now am completing Invisalign to complete the treatment.
I went in the receive my last four trays
And the “buttons” were all to be removed (I had to remind them of this based on my last visits a notes) I noticed a couple days after leaving that my top tray felt off. I noticed the button on the last molar tooth top left had never been removed. I have emailed them contacted them three times in the last five days and I have not yet ONCE heard back even addressing confirmation of my messages or when I can get In asap to have this corrected. Save yourself the grief and go someone professional. Too much turnaround, confusion, and not enough actual care for how much anxiety is caused time and time again.

Janette is amazing every time I come here she has an amazing smile and is so friendly and just the best. Everyone has been great and im so happy Emi has an amazing team helping him get his beautiful smile.

Replaced the glue on the back of my permanent retainer. Filled away enamel on the back of my tooth. Now I have an exposed nerve and need a root canal. They took 0% ownership. Wouldn’t care if I was covered. Thanks a lot. Whoever the doctor was she should train to be more gentle with teeth.

This is hands down of the best orthodontic office in Surrey. The level of customer service they provide is unreal. All my needs were taken care of timely and professionally. Sherri was Amazing she is a true example of what genuine customer service and care looks like.

Don’t go to this place. They do a terrible job and are always in a hurry to finish the treatment even though the teeth aren’t straightened properly. Dr Gibson is always in a hurry to take the braces off before actually finishing the job. Also they only give appointments that are convenient for them. Do yourselves a favour and go to a different orthodontist who can actually see you regularly and get the job done right. These people will just squander your time and waste your money.

My nieces teeth were deformed due to thumb sucking when she was little. But with the help of Guildford Orthodontics, they were corrected. As a mom, I’m more than thankful.
