Dr. Andrew B. Denton

I know I only had my rhinoplasty a week ago, and the cast removed today but I had a great experience, im thrilled. Dr. Denton and I agreed to go conservative - my nose, but more refined. As soon as I got home from surgery I knew I made the right decision.

I can’t wait to see what it will look like in six months. Staff is amazing. Price is fair. I have had no pain and didn’t take painkillers.

I saw 4 surgeons for consults and at my initial meeting with Dr Denton he picked up on what I didn’t like about my nose and gave me his thoughts on what would suite me which confirmed my thoughts as well (that I don’t need a ski slope or any major adjustments) as I very much value a natural look and I definitely look like I was born with this nose and im stoked!

Note: Dr. Denton performs rhinoplasty under twilight sedation, so you are not fully asleep. Not only does this keep the cost low for you, but it’s better for healing because there is less bleeding and less complications that are associated with general anasthesia. I felt no pain, but in hindsight, it would be nice not to remember parts of the experience:)

Avoid this surgeon for rhinoplasty! I had a rhinoplasty with him 5 years ago that left me with multiple deformities. I have also met 3 other girls in vancouver that all shared the same deformity as I. Very traumatic experience and I was only just able to have my revision done which costed 25k and a trip overseas to seek a professional to do it. I was rejected by many revision surgeons in Canada due to the complexities that Dr Andrew Denton created. When my revision surgeon saw my nose, he literally felt so bad for me and asked me what surgeon did this to me… when he opened my nose in the OR he said dr andrew denton’s work could have taken him 10 minutes to do. Which makes sense because dr Denton runs his practice like a chop shop, multiple patients in one day one after another all under conscious sedation. NO rhinoplasty should be done under conscious sedation. I feel so sad and naive that I trusted this doctor to operate on me at 20 years old. I thought he was the supposed to be the best in Vancouver… it is clear to me after gaining knowledge about the industry that Dr Denton is not passionate about plastic surgery with the careless work he does.the way he runs his practice is a clear indication he got into this field to have more of a business and control over income over passion for rhinoplasty. If you do something, do it well or dont do it at all. Rhinoplasty is a very complex surgery and should not be done by people with as little care as dr denton. Completely unethical. Thank you for ruining the last 5 years of my life Dr Denton, for all the money I spent on fixing your horrendous mistakes, and the pain and suffering you caused me.

It's been a year now since my rhinoplasty and my last check up is coming soon. Perfect nose. Thank you Dr Denton and the team. It's human nature for some being nervous going in but the team are on it and make sure you feel comfortable. 12 months now, everything just healed perfectly over that time and I am extremely happy with my new look.

Dr. Denton and the team are amazing! Not only did he do an amazing job with my rhinoplasty but it was a pleasure to go in for my check-ups. He was also patient with any and all questions, professional while making me feel very comfortable. It’s been about a year and a half since surgery and I am a very very happy camper:)

5 star experience. I have been looking for the right surgeon and the right place to do my Rhinoplasty and nasal deviated septum surgery. It has been affecting my breathing and I snore at night. I wake up tired and not refreshed and poor husband has been putting up with my snoring for years. I had 3 consultations with best plastic surgeons, I also had consultations in LA and in Istanbul. I never felt good after my consultations with all the surgeons, either bed side manner, personality or perhaps chemistry, just never felt right.
Until I looked further and googled best plastic surgeons in Vancouver, Dr. Danton came second in the list as I already went to the first according to reviews. I called and his office and the wonderful Kristal answered my phone, I was blown away with her communication to me, I felt like talking to a family member, her care and compassion made me feel so comfortable to book an appointment with Dr. Danton. It was only 2 months ago, I met him and I met Kristal in person for the first time. I was so happy and so impressed with their warmth and their professionalism. I had my surgery yesterday, today is my first day recovery and I feel amazing. Thank you so much for your care. I want to share this so people don’t have to be scared and wait for years to find the right place and right surgeon and right MOA. Thank you Dr. Danton and thank you Kristal.

I had a phenomenal experience from beginning to end with Dr. Denton's entire team. I spent a long time looking at a lot of plastic surgeon's before and after photos, and I finally came to the decision to have a consultation with Dr. Denton. Any apprehension I had was gone after that appointment, and I felt confident I was in capable hands. Dr. Denton and his entire team are skilled and kind, and I felt quite comfortable. I am currently almost 4 months post-op rhinoplasty and otoplasty, and I couldn't be happier with my results! With their detailed pre and post-op information I feel that I healed quite quickly and with no complications. I couldn't recommend Dr. Denton and his team more!
