As well as the receptionist, Caitlin, who is extremely helpful and welcoming. Their team is great at communicating quickly via email and phone too.

Dr. Kwoo skilfully practices pain free dentistry. He is very professional and pleasant. His staff are skilled and empathetic. The latest equipment improves the experience of many procedures. The view from the dental chair is an added bonus. I could not recommend this practice more highly.

The precations he made in the office during the pandemic are top notch. It has relieved all anxiety and stress of going to get my checkup. I refer everyone i know to go see him.

Calm, gentle, listens, takes time to explain, personable. Best of all, crowns and fillings fit perfectly! No bite issues at all! I have a tiny mouth and am nervous, so not an easy client.

The best Vancouver dentist there is! I live close by so I was looking for a Broadway dentist and I'm so glad I found Dr Kwoo! He is very thorough, patient and caring. He takes a lot of time to explain everything that's happening in my mouth. He took a bunch of photos so I could see exactly what he was talking about. It's really nice to actually have a dentist that will show and explain things to you! I highly recommend, plus the view from the office is amazing!

Dr. Bong Kwoo is the most gentle and thorough dentist I've ever experienced. I'm an anxious dental patient and he's always been considerate and accommodating. I recently had a cycling accident and chipped one of my front teeth down to the inner layer. I left a message Saturday morning, hours after getting out of hospital emergency, and Dr. Kwoo responded almost immediately. He made time to see me on a Saturday morning, despite the office being closed. I was both impressed and incredibly thankful for the level of care he provided. I highly recommend Dr Kwoo!

I’ve been going to Bong for a few years now. My orthodontist, Dr. Charity Siu, recommended me to him. After I finished my Invisalign I wasn’t happy with the way my 4 front teeth looked (because they were chipped and bruised from wear and tear pre Invisalign) so I was interested in veneers. I talked to Bong, and he told me all about it! I went away before Christmas and booked some Appointments to get the ball rolling for the New Year. In 3 weeks time I had my teeth shaved down, temporary veneers on, and permanent veneers bonded on! I’m so happy with them, they look amazing, and I finally have a confident smile I’ve always wanted. Unfortunately due to my mistakes and eating things in a wrong manner I set a record and broke my temporary veneers 3 times during the process. Absolutely my fault. (Forgetting you have temps shouldn’t be an issue, however, for me, always in a rush, I would bite into foods that I shouldn’t have, obviously by accident). Every single time that happened, Bong was right by my side, over text or phone call, there to fix them without hesitation. He is so friendly and kind and is an amazing Doctor! I would highly recommend Dr. Bong Kwoo. As well as all the friendly ladies in the office and hygienists!

Dr. Kwoo became my dentist when my previous dentist retired and sold his practice. He did a very warm and friendly handover with me and my old dentist so as to be caught up to speed on my dental history. I was immediately impressed with his demeanor, compassion, and ability. This was nearly ten years ago! Bong and his team are incredibly professional, calm, easygoing, and talented in their work. They run a tight ship; I get two reminder emails in advance of appointments, I'm always asked into the chair at the time of my booked appointment, and they do direct billing through my insurance, so no filing hassles for me. My teeth and mouth are doing well in spite of a complex facial and dental injury history, and THE VIEW IS UNBELIEVABLE.
I recently brought my nervous-type two year old daughter in for her first solo appointment and Bong and his team were able to provide her with not only an exam but a full cleaning, and she left excited and proud, and with a nice prize. My whole family now goes to Dr. Kwoo. I couldn't recommend him more enthusiastically. Go for the view of downtown and the mountains, stay for the immaculate health care.
