I want to thank Dr Andreou for being so kind and helpful with my Prostate cancer and upcoming surgery, his staff are extremely helpful especially Sue who fought to speed up my CT scan

I was diagnosed with kidney stones and had been in and out of the emergency almost 9 times in 4 weeks. Dr Andreou handled my case once I was admitted. An extremely knowledgeable and kind gentleman who genuinely treats you like it matters to him. Very very respectable and caring and knows how to calm down his patients. Thank you for taking me out of my misery and being so thorough.

Dr Andreou is absolutely great, he is an amazing doctor! But unfortunately, his office staff is very rude, very unprofessional. This lady sitting at front yells at me every time I call, she also look into my personal information, asks me questions about my condition, checking on which doctor is giving me what medication, passes her own judgment on if I have any infection, takes her own decision telling me "You dont have any infection" inspite of my test results showing positive she refuses to give me an appointment. I tried saying I am sick I need to discuss my concerns, she hung up on me. She doesn't let me speak at all (finish my sentence). This is happening since past 3 yeras. Twice my husband has to call to book an appointment. After 10 years of history with Dr. Andreou unfortunately I would like to move on only because of the office staff. Speaking to that lady trying to get an appointment is not worth my time. Wish I knew her name to be more specific.

My experience with Dr Andreou and his staff have been very good. I have found them very easy to access and very prompt to answer my questions (especially Sue). It has been almost 7 weeks now since my operation and I feel that I am right on track with my recovery.

I met with Dr. Andreou, to plan a surgery for my prostate. Dr. Andreou is fantastic. He was so personable, thorough and answered all my questions. His explanations and advice were spot on. Currently the surgery is on hold as I have a supplement that is helping control the issue. My experience with this office has been excellent. 5 STARS. The entire staff has been excellent.

I have been suffering from prostate problem for long time, 2 years ago I found the best urologist in Canada Dr Cal Andreou. Few weeks ago I got my surgery done by Dr Andreou's. He's very caring and kind towards to his patients Thank you Dr Andreou and his staff especially Sue for being so kind and caring to me God bless bless you all.

Dr. Andreou you are amazing and the best dr. In the world i whish that i met you before many years ago.
I recommend him if anyone suffering like me from his Bladder at least I feel great after his surgery that he do it to me

Dr. Cal Andreou (Dr. A) saved my husband's life! Although still in the throes of cancer treatment, without the skillful surgical intervention of Dr A, my husband would not have been able to tolerate needed radiation therapy. My trust and faith in the medical establishment has been rekindled; there are knowledgeable, compassionate and caring medical practitioners in BC who can deliver difficult news in a gentle way, and suggest with honesty a way through it. Thank you Dr. A.for your guidance, generosity of time and humility. We are also deeply appreciative of the diligence and responsiveness of your office staff who have the daunting task of maintaining order in your extremely busy office.

My experience with the doctor has been perfect all along. Special mention must go to Sue who took my calls and answered all my questions when I was a bit worried. She is very knowledgable and very compassionate. Thank you Dr. Andreou and thank you Sue.

Office staff is always very rude and not letting you even finish your sentence when you talk. They interrupt all the time with a very irate tone. It is always a service we get on the phone and in the office. I've been there with my family members there on and off for the last 3 years. Dr Cal is polite and helpful, though.

Unfortunately over the years things didn’t get better I was so disappointed about the medical assistant (at the front desk) she is so rude and has no respect whatsoever, dr Andreou is a good dr but has a sarcastic side and you can feel he doesn’t either like you or despise you so when you are a dr you have to put your judgement aside and help people the best of your knowledge so sad I felt like getting dragged in the mud. I believe I won’t find anything worse than that. Dr Andreou do yourself a huge favour, get rid of that wich on the front desk

Very busy office but staff especially Sue is perfectly organized in handling patients and probably one of the only Doctors office where phone calls are answered without any delay. Theres no comparison to Dr Andreou's professionalism.

Dr. Andreou himself is so nice his staff In the office has so much attitude towards you just like they are giving you a big favor. Not realizing they are there to help you, not to give you more pain. Dr. Andreou if you are reading this please overlook at your staff as well and see how your staff is behaving with ppl the one you are working hard to save.

I want to thank his life changing operation and even life-saving operation he performed on me several months ago! Yes Dr andreo performed a t u r p on my prostate and it turned out fantastic. I had the wost vase of BPH ever! Imagine dribbling 100 times a day and that is not an understatement stopping at every gas station I could find! I know it's too much information but now I have powerful long satisfying streams that I never thought would again be possible. The sad thing is I had the same operation done by another doctor a year before and it was a disaster I will tell you that not all urologist will do the same work for you my health was declining because I just couldn't urinate at all after the the operation a year earlier. After many catheters and numerous trips to the hospital at 3: 00 in the morning a wonderful nurse gave me Dr Andreos number. I am so very grateful that my health has improved in my life is great again and I'm able to do all the things that I wanted to do before all the things that were taken away from me thank you thank you thank you for your care and your concern and for going overtime for at least 30minutes to help me I really really appreciate that doctor! Alsohisn entire staff were more than the wonderful and supportive and I thank you all.
