Dr. Christian Guenette / Happyness Unlimited

Living in a city can make it hard to create a community that supports you in your efforts to be the best version of yourself. For the past few months, I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Christian Guenette. He has helped me in two ways. First, he has provided extremely thorough evaluations of my body at each session to ensure that he’s addressing the key issues that affect my ability to keep doing terrible things to my body (you know, like running 18k on a Wednesday morning without stretching afterwards). What I didn’t expect when I first met with him was his specialization and enthusiasm for the mind-body connection. In a supportive and thoughtful way, he has had me reconsider how I treat my mind and my body, and I have already benefited from a new mindset. The injury that brought me to him is now gone (thank you Dr. Guenette!) and has been replaced by another self-inflicted injury (my bad), however I am far less stressed and disappointed in myself. I now know that I CAN stop and I CAN take a moment for myself and not only do I appreciate that, but so does my family.

What inspires me the most about Dr. Guenette is that he cares hugely in helping people feel better. Very positive and excellent at his craft.

I tore my Achilles tendon and it was a painful road of recovery. Dr. Guenette helped me with my post surgery and sped up my recovery with his laser treatment as well his holistic chiropractic skills. Thank you Dr. Guenette!

When I went to see Dr. Guenette, I was suffering from ongoing pain behind my knee.

Dr. G, who is both friendly and knowledgeable, used a combination of techniques along with a body/mind philosophy that was highly effective for me. After three sessions, my entire body felt more comfortable and my leg was pain free. It's stayed that way, too

Now I book maintenance visits, which keep me feeling well and flexible.

I began seeing Dr. Guenette for my lower back pains and his techniques are by far some of the best that i have seen. I have tried many different chiropractors and they have used machines, or just a quick crack and see you later, but Dr. Guenette took his time, asked the right questions and really worked on the spots that needed care. When my wife had our first child, we brought him to Dr. Guenette since he also specializes in new born babies! Amazing! Highly recommended!
