Terrible receptionist there. Very very rude person.
I called to tried to get a earlier appointment (if possible) because I was feeling very bad. My head and ear hurted à lot. She didn't really wanted to understand anything.
Telling me that I should go through my doctor first.
"Well my doctor gave me your number and that's why I'm calling "

She kept me less than a minute on phone Didn't helped me at all, and was yelling at me half of the time.

Im trying to get another referral. I will take advils for months if I have to but i don't want to deal with this place especially after reading all the bad reviews.

The doctor was great but the receptionist gave me a lot of attitude right when I said "good morning". Have never met such a rude secretary, someone needs to have a chat with her, there is no reason to treat people with such disrespect and reading all the reviews. I guess I'm not alone. Disappointing.

My parents went to see Dr. Man and have said positive things about him. However, the receptionist is very nasty and has a major attitude problem. The other negative reviews about her are absolutely true. You better be a tough-skinned person because to see Dr. Man, you'll have to go through his vindictive receptionist.

Dr Man is very a professional doctor, he takes his time to do every check up carefully to make sure there’s no other problems. There was once I went to see him for my tinnitus and he told me I have hearing loss and that I should wear hearing aids. At first, I was disappointed with the answer since tinnitus has been already torturing me for 7 months. My ear was ringing all day long and it had affected my lifestyle dramatically. I didn’t think hearing aid would help with my tinnitus at all but I still tried it and it actually helped me! He is definitely a great doctor.

If only I could give a negative rating on the receptionist, I would. She is rude, unprofessional, impolite, barking at people like they are nothing - an absolute horrible person. If you believe you can tolerate with this behaviour every time you make an appointment, showing up for your appointment and make subsequent follow ups, sure go ahead. You've been warned.

Dr Man is pretty good. My mother has ear problem. Dr Man removed the ear wax many time for her and check very clear. I recommend this doctor.

Very rude receptionist, didn't listen and just hung up. Unacceptable professional behavior.

Dr. Man is a wonderful and humorous doctor and I would totally recommend seeing him. That is, if you can tolerate his receptionist. She is rude, clearly over worked and shows no kindness to the elderly. Not a single ounce of patience whatsoever and constantly tells people she's busy and to not bother her.

An elderly couple asked her to call a taxi and she flat out said " does it look like i have time, I'm too busy". I ended up jumping in to help the elderly couple. It's fine to be busy but don't speak to people like that.

The worst experience ever! Not kids friendly, very rude, dirty and outdated. Wait for better doctor!

The lady at the front desk is very rude. There was a sign saying lunch time till 1: 00pm on the door. I arrived at 1: 00pm and waited in front of the door. She open the door at 1: 05pm and start yelling at me and another patient saying stop knocking the door. I said okay. Then she kept going on and pointed at the sign and kept yelling. After yelling at me, she yelled at another elder. The point is, we were not even knocking the door. Couldn’t understand why she was so mad and rude to patients and elders. Dr. Man, come on, we respect and appreciate healthcare workers; however, please also respect others. Your time is valuable, so does other patients’.

I went today, the receptionist was very polite, she was very busy, she answered the phone and greeted me, waited for half an hour and saw the doctor DR Man, he patiently listened to my description of the condition, and gave me another treatment After the inspection, some medicine was given to me at last, and the time for the next review was determined, which took 20 minutes. The doctor is very patient and polite, and I will go to him again next time.

Dr Man is the best! He has been seeing my husband for 30 years. He has taken very good care of him. Every time we go visit him he always takes his time and never rushes.
