Dr Clark Bartlett

A terrible experience. I was rushed out after a brief look in my ears with the advice to "keep doing what I'm doing"-despite having several nose and throat issues I wanted to discuss. None of my concerns were taken seriously. Google has been more helpful. If you have issues other than hearing loss, I suggest finding a different ENT.

Dr. Bartlett was so kind and thanks to him I was referred to the cochlear implant team in Vancouver. I have had my implant for 3 years now. Thank you Dr. Bartlett!

Dr. Bartlett was completely disrespectful. The doctor misgendered me numerous time including in the letter sent back to my GP. After the initial appointment I opted to not be subjected to further discrimination or disrespect and did not return.

I've had ear problems for 20+ years. First of all, ENT's are hard to find, they move around often, and I've moved around myself. As a result I've had several ENT's in that span of time, and had surgery on my ears 4 times in the same. Dr. Bartlett is by far the best ENT I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. First and foremost his exceptional ability having been highly educated and mentored by Dr. Noel, but also he is rare in his bedside manner having both kindness and empathy. Victoria is lucky to have him. All that said, I know it's hard to get into an ENT without a direct referral, and you don't often have a choice when you do, but if you are lucky enough to get him - congrats! To the negative reviewer: don't judge a doctor by a bad experience with an office worker - they come and go, we need our doctors to stay, especially the good ones.

Dr Bartlett's receptionist is not very helpful. She is argumentative and condescending, and has no empathy for sick patients that call in. Basically she is on a power trip. My wife's MRI will go unseen because of the receptionist.

Dr Barlett is one of the best! He is thorough, accommodating and very kind: as is his receptionist Lisa. (Doing triage for a busy office is a tough gig especially when dealing with folks who don't or won't appreciate that they are not the most important/critical patient on the roster). I have nothing but praise for both of them.

I assist a senior who is hard of hearing to her visits. Dr Bartlett is very patient, kind, thorough, and informative. Very impressed and highly recommend.

Great doctor. Kind, thoughtful, listened to my issue and seemed genuinely interested in trying to figure out what the problem is.
