I had an unexpected dental issue, a broken tooth, that turned out to be an old "white filling" that popped off a few days after my regular cleaning, and x-ray session. I was fortunate the dental office could take me early Monday morning, so it could be fixed before I fly out on a two week work-vacation the next weekend. I was well taken care of by the new dentist and was in and out within an hour. Thanks for your great service.

Dr. Alan Yang and his assistant Angela was amazing! I went in for a check up and found out my front tooth was dead. Dr. Yang said that it was caused by an impact to the tooth and quickly identified the solution. His assistant, Angela, was able to book me in right away for a root canal and was very comforting during the process.

During the root canal process, I was nervous at first as doing a root canal is a very long process but Dr. Yang and Angela made sure I was very comfortable. Down to the numbing needle! I'm usually terrified by needles but Dr. Yang used his skills to make sure I didn't feel any pain what-so-ever. You definitely can see that this is his bread and butter.

I HIGHLY recommend both Dr. Yang and his assistant if you visit here. I am glad I was able to find such an awesome dental clinic!

Also the front desk staff were very patience, nice, helpful when dealing with my insurance policy!

Due to a sudden broken molar, I quickly made an appointment and received an examination. After initial appointnent, I made another appointment and got my tooth filling by Dr. Kim today. Dr. Kim, her assistants, and the reception staffs were all kind and professional.

The environment is very quiet, the service is friendly, and the medical technology is very good. I highly recommend this dental clinic

I recently visited the dental clinic, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The receptionists, Gilmar, Victoria and the office manager Susie were helpful in scheduling my appointment and answering any questions I had.

The dental hygienist Diela who worked with me was incredibly professional and skilled. She took the time to explain the procedures to me and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time.

The dentist Dr. Stephen Yoon and his both assistants Brenda and Leah were equally impressive. They were thorough in the examination and took the time to answer all of my questions. Also they made some recommendations for improving my dental health, which I found very helpful.

The clinic itself was clean, modern, and welcoming. The waiting area was comfortable and had plenty of reading material to keep me occupied.

Overall, I had an excellent experience at the dental clinic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of dental services. The staff was friendly and professional, the facilities were top-notch, and the service was exceptional. I will definitely be returning for my next appointment!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this office. I have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist, and everyone (the receptionists, the hygienists, the dentists - EVERYONE) is so accommodating and nice.
I had an appointment today and unfortunately ended up having a panic attack during and after the treatment. As I was paying, the receptionist was SO kind and gentle with me - she didn’t make me feel bad or guilty over the fact that I was flat out sobbing in their lobby and she went above and beyond to make sure I was alright before heading out.

Staff are always welcoming and positive, and are quick to rebook you and confirm your insurance. It’s a pleasure to go here, never mind it’s the best dentists in New West. I’ve been going here for 11 years now and they always treat me well.

Super friendly stuff and experienced dentists. Been with them for over a decade and had all kinds of minor and major dental work done including implants. They also recently added specialized equipment such as CT scanners that saved me the hassle of having to go to a specialist.

My daughter and I have been going to Dr. Yoon for 3 years now. He is easily the best dentist I have been to. He is highly knowledgeable, kind, and goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

When my daughter had to have a filling done a couple years ago and was terrified of needles, Dr. Yoon spend an hour with her trying to help her with her anxiety. She wasn’t able to do it that day, but Dr. Yoon didn’t charge me a cent. As a parent, I can’t tell you how much I appreciated his patience and understanding (My daughter now looks forward going to see her favourite dentist:) This is only one of the many stories I could tell. Dr. Yoon is always there and actually cares about the people he sees.

Everything else at his clinic is fantastic. The reception team is professional and very kind. They go out of their way to answer questions and always greet us with a smile and hello.

I recommend Dr. Yoon and his team to everyone I meet because I know how important it is to have a good dentist, especially when you have a family with bills to pay.

Dr. Lovely has been my family dentist for many years and his practice is always been very kind, courteous and efficient. They are great with my children who have autism and are working towards being okay with a sensory issues around having their teeth cleaned and maintained.

What a great experience with staff and Dr Yang. First of all the office is so very welcoming and friendly. Absolutely wonderful! Dr Yang was the most thorough dentist I’ve ever experienced. My whole family comes here. Everyone from the receptionists to the hygienists are very welcoming. Dr Yang is my dentist and he is very knowledgeable and patient (with both adults and toddlers). He takes before, during and after photos to show quality of work, and was informative as it lets you see what is really going on inside your mouth. Extremely friendly service and a very happy/positive atmosphere.

Best dentistry experience I’ve ever had. You wont realize how subpar your current dentist office is until you try this one. Very informative and was great to hear everything about the processes they use. Every single person I encountered in the office seemed 10x happier than the average individual. First time I have ever left a dentist office feeling better than I was going in, I am just mad I’ve spent 26 years going elsewhere

The office staff are extremely friendly and efficient. Dr. Yoon is a fantastic dentist- he listens, and answers questions thoroughly. His love for dentistry is clear and the whole practice has a feeling of community and learning. Having had some so-so experiences in my life to date, I feel very lucky to have landed on Dr. Yoon’s patient list.

Frankly seems the practise has gone too corporate for me. Still love Dr Lovely and Heather but the practice has lost its family culture and there are definitely some crack in the new armour.

My dentist was unavailable until after the New Year and I was concerned that the issue might escalate during the holidays. I was pleased that I was able to see a dentist at this clinic. Problem solved, staff and dentist great. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

This is a good dentist. I was with Dr Theriault. I had not been to a dentist for along time, and these folks really made me comfortable. Never any drama with any procedures. Very relaxed. The only reason I switched is because I moved away.

I felt compelled to leave a review because of the hospitality I'v recieved. Every single staff member here is outstanding. It has stuck with me till now since I've been a patient. All the ladies from the front desk are so great at what they do. They're always looking out for every patient in case there's a cancellation to fill in the next person and are always accommodating of your schedule. Dr Yoon is a knowledgeable and friendly doc. He really makes everything fun and his temple and jaw massages are the best!
