Friendly service. I just went to pick up a simple low-end wireless network adapter for my tower and I could not believe it cost me over $50! It used to be that you could get them for around twenty bucks.

Amazing service! And so quick! My daughter broke the charge cord tip of our iPad off in the charge port. I called a few places to ask for quotes and how long and everyone wanted a lot of money and time (sometimes weeks to take a look at it!), so I decided to go to a local place and walked in told them what the problem was and they fixed it right then and there for a fraction of the cost! Amazing! Highly recommend!

While visiting in Mission this week, I had need of a larger monitor to connect to my laptop. Keegan at Dr Fix Computer very quickly set me up with a used unit for a reasonable price.

Try as I might to get it working with my laptop once I got back to my suite, the monitor refused to stay powered. I took it back to have the store and Keegan confirmed a defect. And he apologized, though it wasn't thru any fault of his.

Though he had another monitor as a replacement, he didn't have a proprietary power cable for it.

Luckily, however, he had the presence of mind to call a neighbour computer repair shop. Keegan popped out for 2 minutes and, when he returned, handed me another (working) monitor. And he wouldn't let me pay anything extra $$ for it.

Additionally, I mentioned to him how slow my laptop was (to the point of it being unusable). He suggested replacing the mechanical hard drive with a new solid state drive, at a very reasonable cost, which I paid him to do, and now the machine operates much faster!
