Their receptionists are very nice and polite. Dr. Yu is very gentle, in detail in checking my eyes.

We took our children here for eye exams. The doctors and clerk was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, our children’s has developed near-sightedness and will be needing Glasswares. The doctor has suggested a few options on ways to maintain the eye vision and how to keep eyes healthy.

Strongly recommend for family with children.

I came for prescription safety glasses. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even adjusted my old glasses to make them fit better. Dr Yu was very thorough and professional. I'll definitely come here again.

My father and I have been seeing Dr Yu for the past 15 years. We highly recommend her, especially for mandarin speaking people.

The assistances of Dr Yu office are very helpful. I wasn't able to stop blinking when they took some computer scan of my eyes. They rescanned patiently and also suggested some methods to help until they got some pictures of my retina. The whole eye exam was thorough and Dr Yu explained in very good details.

Dr Yu is very thorough. I went in just for eye pressure, but she spent time checking my eyes, and gave me many good advices of eye care.

Been around 3 years since I had my eyes checked, noticed that student insurance covers a bit for vision so I asked around and got referred here by a friend. Good organization, lots of ways to pay as well - debit card, etransfer, wechat pay. You'll have to manually make the claim yourself via Blue Cross or whichever app your plan is under, but it is a easy process. Would recommend, good experience.

I had great experience at Dr Jennifer Yu clinic. I had an eye infection and Dr Yu saw me on Saturday without appointment. Saturday's are normally busy and I appreciate Dr Yu gesture to entertain me at the last minute.

Friendly front desk staff and they are really professional as well. Always confirm in advance for any service. Moreover, Dr Jennifer Yu is really knowledgeable and patient when performing the eye vision check up. The Doctor will also take picture of your eye for further explanation so you can visualize about its condition and also how to maintain it better in the long run.

I've had multiple eye exams with Dr. Yu over the years, and it's been a smooth experience each time. I also get my prescription lenses here, since it's quick and efficient to do so for me. Highly recommend.

Dr Yu is a very experienced and patient optometrist. Been coming here for 10 years and my experience had been very consistent.

Receptionist is quite busy, so it's important to be to the point when talking to her.

TERRIBLE front desk receptionist. I told her to open my file since I'm an existing patient and needed trial lenses. She got annoyed and instead of opening my file said that the lens fitting (which I've already done) is another $50. I just hung up because obviously she didn't know what she was doing. Just FIRE HER Dr. Yu!

Left the measurement of my PD on purpose, have to go back to get that. Does not recommend this place

I've been coming here for years and they were able to give me a reference and follow up appointment for my high eye pressure.
