I found Dr. Warner very professional before, during and after my surgery. I advised me of the most important things to lookout for and told me what to expect in the next 2 months. My scar is super thin and tidy. So happy with the results

This type of doctors should be banned! I have waited 4 months for his appointment. 5 minute before appointment he called me its not necessary to do in person, looking at my 1.5 years ago test results. Still I went to his clinic saw him in person, all he tried to ignore me and didn’t listen what issues I had. I have constant pain on my prostate! According to him its normal and he can’t help and tried to do another appointment with different urologist! Its so easy to get cancer through this doctors. He is more butcher than a doctor!

If you are having a balanitis issue, look elsewhere; dr.john isn't offering modern medicine for that, only butchery from ancient egyptian times.he was quite dismissive of my concern and seemed to want me out of the office as soon as possible.great 4 month wait for that

Stay far away from this money grabber, worst Dr ever made a prognosis with no testing and no way forward just left in the dark.this guy is a joke and should be under investigation!

I've been dealing with Dr Warner for several years now. He is always proficient and efficient. His office staff is lovely to deal with. I recommend him highly.

Great doctor but whenever I call the office, there is no voice mail and says "The person you are calling isn't taking any calls at the moment. Please try again later. " It needs to be improved so the patients can leave a message for call back.

Absolutely impossible to contact. I've called numerous times and no voicemail option, just immediately says the line is busy. I'm trying to confirm a surgery date from a missed call I got. Dr. Warner himself is an amazing man who really patiently explains things and made me feel very comfortable when I'm usually anxious. The reception just needs work. After seeing other Urologist in White Rock and then being referred to Dr Warner. Wow, he is quick efficient and knows how to diagnose complex issues that other doctors seem to miss. Only downside is he is very busy but that usually shows a great doctor.
