Dr. John Kwak

I had a referral from my family physician to see Dr. Kwak as a ENT Specialist. Originally I went to see my physician with regards to breathing issues through my nose.

Dr. Kwak was able to confidently diagnose the problem and instantly suggested nose surgery to correct my deviated septum. (Septoplasty).

The process made me nervous and the wait time was well worth it. This review may be a bit premature, but after the packing was removed from my nose, I was able to breath properly and the operation was life changing.

I am not discounting others reviews, but Dr. Kwak was excellent with me. He explained the issue with my nose and performed the surgery with great skill. He was personable, funny and always on time.

I just had an appointment with Dr Kwak, he was friendly, very attentive, had asked a lot of questions regarding me issue, I had spent some time in his office, the only negative I could mention is parking, and elevator line up was horrible…that’s why I gave 4 stars

Worst doctor experience ever. Less than 15 mins and was very inpatient. Reviewing my CT scan which I saw him in 2021 for! He said that I need a surgery and of course as a patient I asked what do you recommend? He got very frustrated and started telling me that this is my decision and I am independent adult! Seriously doctor? I know that and I know it is my decision and I am pharmacist by the way but you are the specialist and came to see you after 2 years! Very disappointed. If you are tired take some time off better for your career and your patients.

Rude, didn't look into my history, very uncomfortable, incompetent, I have decide not to work with him and will be getting a second opinion.
