Sub par. Do your best to try to get the other specialist in the lower mainland. Communication is below acceptable. It took over 8 hours to get a call back after sending pictured of possible blood clots and an open wound. They ended up putting bandages under steri strips so we had to cut and remove steristrips to get bandages off. Wounds were not properly closed off. The MOA is the absolute worst. She ended LAUGHING at me after explaining to her that no bank does cheques for payment anymore after standing in a line up on a surgically worked on leg for over half an hour. She said I could mail cash if I wanted.
