Dr. Mark Cseszko, N.D., R.Ac

My family and I have been seeing Mark for acupuncture and naturopathic treatment for multiple years.
He seems to have an uncanny ability to instinctively understand and see a 'condition' or 'un-balanced' part of the body before being told.
His treatments deal with the causes of a condition rather than the standard family doctor's method of prescribing tablets that often times have spin off side effects that can cause further issues in the future.

Mark significantly helped my daughter who was having reoccurring colds, flu and ended up with strep. Her immune system was in distress! Acupuncture, tinctures and dietary advice all given. She released the infection residing in her body and hasn’t been unwell since her first appointment 8 months ago. Mark’s knowledge and intuition picked up on things that the GP was unable to. He treats the body as a whole system as opposed to a symptom to be treated.

$295 dollars down the drain for an hour of "naturopathic session" which consisted of a 10-min conversation that was a repeat of questions previously answered in the evaluation form and a 40-min acupuncture session never requested by me.

Felt very frustrated by the overall experience as I felt like the acupuncture performed was a way to spare some time that could be spent on the actual evaluation, diet discussion and regimen development and the "personalized plan" I have been presented with was a way to upsell an already very overpriced session. (included a tip to avoid dairy, white starches and 3 supplements carried at the clinic)

My work benefits didn't cover the expense either, as a maximum spend for an hour of naturopathic treatment is set at $190/hour.
And for reference, in BC - an hour of acupuncture which I received instead of naturopath's service is averaging at $120 including consultation.

I have been seeing Dr. Mark for over a year and the shifts have been enormous. His intuition is sharp and his knowledge and wisdom is extensive. Mark has a keen ability to see the roots behind an issue on many levels, mind, body and spirit. This combined with being a compassionate person makes him an outstanding Naturopath and Acupuncturist. As an RMT I have referred many clients to him who have similar experiences. Mark's ability to hold space for your concerns is what sets him apart from other practitioners. I highly recommend him!

Very pleased with my experience seeing Dr. Mark Cseszko. He is very easy to talk to, does not try and sell you products you do not need - actually the first natural path that has told me to send him a list of products I already have to see what we can utilize! Amazing. He is a great person to see if you have't had acupuncture before. I hate needles, but my experiences with Mark have always been positive. Also, for someone who has anxiety, and then has added anxiety with seeing a male doctor, it has been a positive experience so far.
