Dr Michael Gottner

Today I took my 82 yr old grandmother for a minor procedure at the Langley office. The procedure was scheduled for 3: 15pm and after initial check-in everything seemed fine although this Dr never had good bed side manners. We were told to wait in the room. Another patient arrived after us and her consultation with the Dr ensued for over 30 minutes completed neglecting and disregarding my grandmother and her appointment. I could see she felt horrible and after I voiced my concern with the staff we left the clinic at 3: 50pm. This Dr was still talking to the other patient about eye drops etc. What a horrible experience. I am so dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and will speak to my family doctor to stop referring patients to this Dr. I almost never write reviews but I wanted to save someone from similar experience in the future.
