I have visited Dr. Monam for 3 times, and every time her staff and herself were very so friendly, helpful and kind.
In my last visit, I had to have a biopsy, and so during the time, Dr. Monam shared some sweet memories of her life with me, and I didn't even notice how it was done. I am really thankful and suggest this Clinic to all of my friends and family.

Dr. Monam, who is amazing at what she does, is hands down the kindest professional I've ever had the pleasure of seeing. She exudes warmth and friendliness, instantly putting you at ease. Dr. Monam is absolutely phenomenal. Her fantastic skills aside, she is genuinely caring and thoughtful with all her patients. She takes her time to answer your concerns and go through all the options available to you to meet your needs. She takes her time with you at your appointment, I've never ever felt rushed or like she is in a hurry. She does phenomenal work and believe it or not every visit has been practically pain free! She has the most gentle touch.

Been here before and would like to keep my name anonymous.

I wanted Jaw fillers but the receptionist or Dr assistant kept saying Dr Monam only does jaw fillers in combination with cheeks. I said I don’t want cheeks cus it’ll make my face wider. If anything I rather do chin and jaw. The lady said no. It has to be cheeks and it’ll make my face look more sculpted not wider. So I obviously trust them cause they’re the “experts. ” So after I let them do cheeks, they didn’t even do jaw. They also used Restylane so it can’t even be dissolved. Now I hate my face. It looks so wide, something I specifically said I didn’t want.

Was seen very promptly about a lesion on my leg. Dr Monam was very proactive in following up on biopsy results and then making the required referrals. She is a very caring person and I am very grateful that I was referred to her by my GP. The staff and clinic as a whole are worth five stars.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Monam for a few months now for my Botox and Lip Fillers. Not to mention I had my doctor set up a referral appointment with her to check my
moles as she is a Skin Specialist as well. She is amazing. She is friendly and funny. Just a beautiful person inside and out. It’s like home when I go see her. Her staff is amazing and warm. They are all so knowledgeable. It’s just a lovely place to go.

I was referred to Dr. Monam for alopecia & a separate skin issue. I was terrified I'd lose all my hair (I'd never had this before). I could not have hoped for a more knowledgeable, supportive, & relatable doc. One year later, & because of her injections, my hair has grown back & is 6" long. She is proof that doctors can be really great doctors AND great humans. She's amazing.

That clinic is superb! Jasmin, the medical office assistant, was very professional yet very friendly and knowledgeable the way she checked me in. Dr. Monam was amazing too; she explained everything to me in details, what to expect and what to watch for in case of any minor side effects (which in my case none occurred). I had chin filler done, and as someone who is afraid of needles, I can say this was the best experience I've had. I feel some other places, injectors have been doing them for so long that they become very jaded. But Dr Monam truly loves what she does, she is super sweet and I can see why she has the reputation of being the top injector in North America. I wouldn't want to go to anyone else. Dr Monam and her team are very warm and caring people, I would hope any needle virgins should all experience this kind of care that I received. Achieving beauty doesn't need to be scary. I'm so happy and obsessed with my results.

I moved to Vancouver around a year ago and I was so nervous finding a good doctor since I am super picky and love to see the results very nice and natural. Dr. Monam is super professional, patient and friendly. I fell on my face about three weeks ago. And now, my face is pretty much recovered due to her advice. I have been a patient of Dr Monam for 8+ years ever since she first opened her clinic on West Pender St. There is a reason for this… she is as skilled as she is kind (10/10 on both points). Some people you feel immediately comforatable with and Dr Monam is one of those people; this also extends to her staff. Always a wonderful experience and I highly recommend!

I was referred to Dr. Monam by a friend who has lived in Vancouver awhile and has gotten cosmetic by her and highly recommended her. I had to wait a bit when I arrived due to them being a bit behind schedule, but well worth the wait. They were very kind and accommodating when I had my appointment, and took just as much of their time with me to make sure nothing was rushed. I felt heard about what was bothering me with regard to my skin, and I felt informed and good about their recommendations of what would best meet my goals. I am very pleased with my results and will continue to follow up with her and her team in the future.

Dr monam and her staff (especially elaine) are so friendly and welcoming. I have personally gone to her for face fillers and botox and I am amazed with my results each time! She will only recommend natural results and is very contentious of the clients opinion prior to any injectables. If I could give her a higher review I defs would! Will always return!

I found my experience with all the staff was very personable and was pleased how dr Monan and her nurse wanted your look to be natural.

I am not sure why my review got removed, so here it is again.

I'm a bit torn on writing this review but I feel like it should be mentioned. I have seen Dr Monam's office change over time and not for the better. She has tried to make it a "high end" practice by hiring assistants that in my opinion are NOT needed and really annoy me. Plus the staff turnover is so high I never know who I am going to waste 15 minutes of my times with. I go for simple procedures I don't need some assistant coming in and telling me what she thinks I need and recommends and talk to me about pricing. I feel like I'm at a car dealership at times, I am not there to see an assistant I am there to see Dr Monam, a medical doctor. I have gone to other places for the same procedures and I speak directly with the doctor, there is no assistant trying to upsell me on stuff. I really wish my trips to the office didn't require an assistant to give me some talk about this or that, it really just makes me cringe. Pus, I'd rather hold my own ice to my face or have the doctor do it so I know that it's hitting the right spot, their lame attempts don't do anything. I do like Dr Monam but her office has changed a lot and has quite a pretentious feel to it now. I think she should ditch the so called "sales" assistants, plus they come off as really fake. I'm there to see Dr Monam not her assistants who are not doctors or nurses. Keep things simple

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I went to Dr Monam to have some moles and skin tags removed. Dr Monam was very kind, professional and considerate. She offered me a few options and removed the moles in just a few minutes virtually pain free. The staff are also very friendly and accommodating and I was offered refreshments while I was waiting. This clinic definitely deserves 5/5 stars.
