Dr Neal Shone and Dr Adrienne McKercher

I had a laparoscopic hysterectomy with Dr Shone, the surgery was a success and I am recovering without any pain.
He always explained everything to me directly and clearly.

Grateful.

There is no voicemail when trying to call them in days off! For a busy specialist's office and all of the reviews that sayThey end up having to reschedule and that the reception is a nightmare, you would think they would have at least an answering machine!

Multiple appts canceled with Dr McKercher within the last few months. I don’t know how this is unacceptable. My last appointment was cancelled once again after being informed the doctor has picked up a shift at the hospital. So apparently it’s acceptable to cancel a full days worth of clients to take a shift at the hospital. And let me stress, This was my fourth appointment canceled, how am I supposed to explain this to my employer? I prebook months in advance to get cancelled a week in advance. This doesn’t help me pay my bills as when I request a day off, I still have to take it off and I don’t get paid days off. I wish this doctor would take her clientele seriously bc some of us are coming in due to major issues

Dr shone wasn’t my doctor during my pregnancy but he ended up delivering my daughter at abbotsford hospital. Thank god for him and his team. I wish i knew the rest of the teams names as well especially the doctor that got my daughter breathing again. Forever grateful to them all. My nurse Sefora was amazing as well
