Dr. Pargat Bhurji

We had a great visit and he was kind to my son. He is very experienced and knew what he was talking about. My son is usually scared to go to the Doctors but he told me he really enjoyed the visit with Dr. Bhurji

The worst physician I've ever met
Extremely impolite and disrespectful toward me and my child. The meeting barely lasted ten minutes since he was rushing.
Don't waste time visiting them.
As many children do, my child was making noise, and he said, "Why don't you bring someone to take care of your baby here? Bring someone next time. "
There are numerous ways to express how awful his method is.

Before seeing him, I read reviews from other people, and I now believe that reviews were true.

Unprofessional doctor, wish he focused on medical diagnosis of patient rather than discussions about random things.

Worst doctor ever! I myself a physician took my son to this horrible doctor, totally unfit to be a paediatrician. He keep on interrupting, never heard my concerns. Didn’t examine my child. Failed to even recognize the medical term I was using. He told me that he never heard to the medical term, which is shocking! It’s a warning to all parents out there, please don’t take your child to this completely horrible doctor. Don’t make the mistake I did!

Today i had a worst experience with this doctor. A disrespectful unprofessional and never explain clearly very sarcastic. As a parent i want my child to be treated better. Our children deserve to see a doctor who have a compassion with kids. He didn’t even check his vitals and height he didn’t go thoroughly.

He is very nice and knowledgeable.

Dr. Pragat Bhurji is amazing! The experience we had with him was extraordinary. It felt like seeing a family doctor back home. He was very warm and welcoming. We exchanged pleasantries on going inside. Unlike your usual doctors, he talked with us about general things before diving into the issue. While taking a look at the baby, he was very patient and very informative. Gave us detailed explanation in the language that we would understand. The receptionist was also very friendly. Google took us to a wrong address and she patiently stayed on the call until we got to the correct address. I am very happy and I am glad that my family Dr referred us to Dr. Bhurji!

DON"T VISIT! Highly unprofessional, doesn't allow to convey the problem, terrible sense to answer a question (if you are able to ask). Asks you questions like - do you want a heart problem or skin problem for your child? As a doctor, he must be knowledgeable - but not someone who anyone will want to visit again

His experience speaks. My 6 week baby had 6 different doctors visits bcoz he was constantly crying for last 3 days. Other doctors could not find the problem but Dr. Bhurji found that he is having Cow milk allergy. He gave me a sample formula as well. He saved really. Now me and my baby can sleep for few hours in night.we were very depressed befored. Receptionist is bit Rude but who cares.we are happy with Doctor.

I want to give less then one star. He is very rude, unprofessional, very misbehaving doctors ever. He did'nt even touch my daughter and did'nt do any test either and told us she never gonna walk and eat by her own. He dont know how to treat parents who are already suffering alot. I am never taking my daughter again and would never ever recommend anybody to go there.

He is our son's paediatrician, we find him to be highly qualified, well spoken, knowledgeable, does give us time and guides very well. We think the receptionist is helpful as well.

We had an amazing experience. Dr. Bhurji is polite, very inviting, and knowledged. We went there for the first time for our newborn and I can't say enough about how we walked out feeling much more relieved and content. We also received an appointment a lot more quickly than expected. We highly recommend Dr. Bhurji as your child's pediatrician.

GREAT DOCTOR.
I have been to a lot of different doctors in my last 5 years. This was the first doctor who was on time. We went to him for my daughter, He explained the issue pretty good and resolved it. We need more doctors like him in Canada. Otherwise most doctors in canada are just for telling us to go home and have some tylenol and advil.

Very annoying doctor never listen to you I always wonder how he become doctor he doesn’t even deserve to be at receiptionist, I don’t recommend anyone to go to him please read reviews before making him ur Pediatric, very unprofessional

Dr bhurji has great bedside manner and is incredibly knowledgable. He listens to your concerns and goes above and beyond to make sure you get the right care. The front staff are kind and get you in quickly. I am above happy with my choice of Dr.

I am never one to leave a negative review, I understand that most of the time employees are simply trying to do their jobs! However my experience with this Doctor was rather unpleasant and frankly I found him to be incredibly incompetent in dealing with what I was sent to him for. He was not a good listener, and unbelievably patronizing and condescending.

He consistently told me that my problems were not real as my blood tests were clear, and I didn’t show signs of Fibromyalgia. He told me that if in the morning I tell myself “I will not feel pain”, I will be cured. I have been suffering for years, my pain has rendered me disabled. A change in attitude has never and will never fix anything for me.

On multiple occasions he dismissed my concerns, and did not seem at all informed on anything I brought up. He also clearly has zero understanding of what to do when a patient actually knows their own body.

I left his office with a prescription for something that was essentially an extra-strength Advil I could have found OTC (And he didn’t even write the prescription properly. Pharmacy has to fax his office for more info), tears in my eyes, and hurt in my heart from being shut down whenever I brought up valid concerns. He was unprofessional, and did not give me the care I was promised.

I will be in contact with my General Practitioner and her office to let people know how dissatisfied I was, and suggest nobody else in that office gets referred to this Doctor.

Dr.pargat bhurji is awesome. My son been a regular patient for 3 years now and I find him very relaxed and concerned of his health. Dr Bhurji is very personable and I think that Surrey should be proud to have him care for their community.

He is the most rudest doctor ever I have seen in my life and the most of it he did discrimination

My experience is only from hearing him talk, if he wants to impress people by saying Hello in many languages, it is not going far. It is showing how shallow he is. Greet in one language, be sincere and impressive not boring. I commend him for his research on the topic he speaks.

I had to cancel my daughters apt because my other daughter was having serious medical issues and was called in to childrens hospital, I called giving 24 hours notice, and they told me that it didnt matter why, I had to pay $75. I understand this is their practice but they could have given me a break due to the circumstances. I will not be going back.

I was really happy with the doctor really he does his job very well and he is conscientious.only I had to have an appointment with him and I just had to change the appointment; I have tried to reach many times without success.the respondent then say they are open 9 and have a break and resume after lunchtime.they then called me I could answer their call because of my work. I then phone quickly to tell them that I could not make my return.it is necessary to prevent 48h in advance what I tried to do the secretary told me as it is the 2nd time that it happens you are removed from our files without the possibility of making an appointment or coming back. I am really disappointed because my daughter liked this pediatrician. I did not know that the secretaries had the right to decide at the doctor's place or keep this policy of not returning home.thank you bye.
