They make sure you understand everything about any procedures discussed and give you time to make decisions and arrangements for everything you may need. Informed consent and follow-up before and after the surgery were appropriate and I was able to undergo the surgery with peace of mind.

Super disappointed with the communication of this dentist. Paid 200$ for 25 minutes. Waited 20 minutes to see the doctor. Suppose to have a full exam as per the conversation when I booked hence why it’s 200$ but I received a ‘limited’ exam and the price doesn’t reflect the consultation. Disappointing, I’d recommend somewhere else.

Update a few hours later; I received a call from reception requesting me to take my post down because they don’t like to accept a bad experience. I was informed a response would be made, which is okay. What I don’t appreciate is the lack of communication and ownership over the situation and progressing it further.

Had two implants put in after a workplace accident. Everyone was friendly and explained the procedure throughly. Everything was stress-free and pain was nonexistent during the procedure.

This clinic is highly recommended. Excellent service and nice, friendly and patient Doctors and staffs. I had a gum surgery performed by Dr. Yee and had been coming back numerous times for follow ups. Dr. Yee had been patient with my concerns and I felt that she and Doctor Jang were about resolving the issue and not just about anything else. Very professional.
