Dr. Gafur was extremely thorough, performing extra tests that I needed and explaining everything to me. I feel my eyes are in good hands with her. And her really kind assistant made me feel very comfortable and relaxed through all the testing. An excellent experience!

Very welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff. The process was carried out with ease and guidance along the way. An enjoyable experience all-around!

Dr. Gafur is great, she's very thorough in her exams, she detected I Had cataracts a few years ago, I just had one removed and see better than before

My experience with Dr. Jasmine at Dr. Rick Wong was stunning. She is so friendly and calm and professional person. She explained me everything very clearly as well as receptionist was also very nice and helped. You are my doctor from now on.

We had a wonderful experience during our visit thanks to the staff's competence. The process for the eye exam was quite smooth, and the results were explained clearly. Highly recommended, especially for families with young children.

Dr Wong was excellent! We have never had any issues with him! The admin staff I will say were incompetent! I had on 2 occasions last week advised and in fact instructed that my file needed to be requested from the Guildford location however that never occurred! Highly disappointed with the admin service and therefore at the moment I will keep my file at Guildford location! Like I mentioned my mom’s (VD) her appointment was excellent but I cannot say the same about my (RS) appointment!

Seemed was my appointment time but people jumped ahead of me no consideration of my alotted time.
Was to have more tests but others were more important so left.

First time seeing Dr. Wong and it was a great experience. May be my best optometry appointment to date in my life and there have been many before.

Dr. Wong was very thorough and friendly. He listened patiently to my medical history and gave me clear instructions for the eye exam. I had a great experience at the Guildford Mall Optometry Clinic today. The receptionist was very helpful and kind in preparing me for the appointment. Dr. Dhaliwal was really great; she took great care to do a very thorough assessment of my eyes and explain to me what she saw. She was very patient with me and answered any questions I had about my eyes. I really appreciated her help and expertise. Great clinic with great service overall. The only bad review that I can mention is that they do not respect their schedule. So you might arrive at 5pm without anyone to deliver your order, even if the clinic close at 6pm.

From online booking, exam and billing. Everything was seemless and a pleasure. The Dr.even took me over to the are on pearl vision wear I could purchase prescription sunglasses. 100% Recommend.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. The receptionist lady at the front desk was super nice and helped me right away. My eye exam with Dr. Orendain was awesome he’s a really good optometrist. I felt very comfortable getting my eyes checked by him. He’s really good at what he does and super friendly. Rose who helped me picked out my beautiful glasses was very helpful. Her customer skills is 10/10 as she never once left me alone while picking out the glasses I wanted to try on. I’m so glad i went to this place! I highly recommend for other people to go and see them you won’t be disappointed. Great experience and amazing people for sure!

I did my first and second visit at Guilford mall branch and my first time here at Surrey Central branch. The lady front desk staff (Preya) provide informative and excellent costumer service. I’m glad to have this eye drops in this location.

I have been going to Dr. Rick Wong’s optometry clinic ever since I had my first sight test. They are a very professional and friendly service. They are apt at following through with appointment times and with helping with direct insurance claims. Dr. Han is amazing and makes the appointment comfortable and enjoyable.
