Dr. Toor - Immigration Visa PR medical exam

Longer than expected wait time. Staff is not promising. I did my wife’s medical from here.

My mother had her immigration medical and we got an excellent service as it was super Busy day and the girl that was helping us was so helpful and Friendly.

Doctor was great, super kind and professional, however my wait time was 2 hours just to see him.

I have been going to Dr. Toor since past 3 years for my aviation Class 1 medical and recently got my PR medical done which went like a breeze as expected. Dr Harshbir Toor is a thorough and experienced professional undoubtedly. At the same time, with his aviation background, meeting him always leads to an interesting conversation which I always look forward to. Highly recommended!

They called me 5 h before my scheduled time to take a travel covid test to tell me that they are not doing test anymore.

Made an appointment for FAA medical and got in the same day. The wait time was a little long (2 hours) but glad to get it done locally.

Doctor is super amazing. Felt very convenient while talking with him. He is pretty awesome.

First appointment cancelled due to “an emergency”. Second appt took 2 and a half hours for a medical, when you see the doctor for 3 minutes. The office is chaotic and disorganized. This place is a money grab. There’s a reason why you can book a medical every 10 minutes. Spend your money and time elsewhere.

Dr. Toor, the nurse and the front desk team were super efficient and awesome, I was able to finish my medical check before appointment time and got my result in just 10 minutes. Will definitely come back again for an annual check up if I could.

Good experience with aviation medical exam. Had to wait a bit, but the exam itself was quick and easy. Convenient online booking.

The experience was positive. I arrived early and was given the forms to fill in. The exam was on time and carried out efficiently and well done. The doctor and staff were friendly and professional.

They don’t respect your time; the receptionist doesn’t know what she does. We went for a medical examination, and after the examination, it took more than 2 hours to do the paperwork. Every time I used how long it takes, she told me just 5 minutes.

The appointment itself was quick but budget at least 1.5-2 hours as the paperwork took longer. Very easy to book with using the online system. Staff are great. Bring a mask and call before you enter the office.

We received a call from the clinic 5 minutes before the scheduled visit to cancel it due to the doctor’s emergency situation

Disrespectful of appointments time: put in mind that they are very disorganized and have no clue about what they are doing!
Inconsistent in sharing medical information!
Low hygiene level!
Disrespectful of clients personal information: one of the receptionists tried to hit on me taking my personal contact info from the file.
It is a circus runned by manipulative and money diggers.
This was a very aweful experience! And the doctor needs to consider hiring a better team!
