Every time I visit Kelowna I HAVE to stop at Dragon Cards. Steve has an excellent selection of toys and games and has the knowledge to back it up. My girlfriend and I have gone in multiple times just to browse and always leave happy with our purchases. This is without a doubt the number 1 game store in Kelowna and I look forward to the next time I visit.

First time ever in the store today and it was awesome! Steve and Josh were very friendly and helpful. So much cool stuff to see while inside the shop! Loved it all. Will definitely be back for more.

NEW OWNER NEW VIBE! Came in to see what was up after hearing the ownership had changed and wow I'm really impressed! Store looks great! You got some iconic mtg items in a case as soon as you walk in that alone had the nerd on me wanting to sit and chat for hours lol The new owner and employee he has working there are great chsted for a bit learnt some new things I will be back for sure.

The new owner Steve is stellar! Knowledgeable and great to chat with, was awesome seeing the new set up and how much its improved since my last visit years ago. I’ll be stopping in way more frequently now. Would definitely recommend this shop

The new owner Steve and his staff are very knowledgeable about games for every type of gamer. Since taking over the store it is now clean/organized in a manner that makes it easy and fun to shop in. Highly recommend for all your game purchases that you go to this great independent local store to support them. They are awesome at what they do. Also a big plus their pricing is really fair for the market value of games.

New owner Steve is fantastic. I've been a local TCG player for over 20 years, and like many had avoided the shop for a while now. Went in specifically to meet the new owner, and he seems great. Has really cleaned the place up! If you had a bad experience previously, absolutely recommend giving it another shot!

Steven (Stephen?) is awesome and very knowledgeable about his products. Lots of selection crammed into a small space! I'm excited to see what he's going to do with the store in the near future! Store is under NEW OWNERSHIP and he's great!
He spent an hour with me showing me various games I would likely enjoy based on games I've played. It was awesome that he had a few of his own opened games for me to look at before deciding to buy one. Based on his recommendations, I bought "Unmatched". We really enjoy playing it and can't wait to be back in Kelowna to buy one of the expansions.
It's a totally new store experience and worth coming back to check it out.

This shop is a treasure trove for game enthusiasts. But be prepared to wade through aisles of treasures to find what you are looking for. The shopkeeper wasn't particularly friendly or helpful.

Good selection and the guy was great to deal with. A little organization is needed but got all the help required to find what I wanted.

This store has the potential to be one of the coolest shops in Kelowna - Lots of really unique and hard to find items. But.you have to wade through piles of garbage to get to anything, half the merchandise isn't even priced - and the owner seems very disinterested and perturbed by the customers. Really is a shame. I do suggest checking it out - if a mountain of trash behind the desk doesn't bother you.

Good selection of games etc. Great for hard to find or rare games but store is very over crowded and messy.

It's a good little store, crowded and cluttered with lots of interesting stuff. It was fun looking around. Too bad they don't have a public washroom though.

I had very poor customer service. As a customer who was going in to buy a gift for someone else, I felt judged for not knowing exactly what I was looking for. The game I purchased was over priced as per my research and the staff had zero desire to help nor appreciate my business. I would look elsewhere as I know now why people buy online.

Store is a dirty grunge pit, the owner is a very short and intolerant man and when I went in to sell Pokémon cards he tried to short me massive amounts and isn’t very knowledgeable as well as he uses inaccurate sites to value. He doesn’t appraise or know the appraisal system, or value of things by that. My mint sandstorm aerodactyl ex he refused to have appraised and told me was trashed, when people sell 9/10 mint for $70 dollars and up American. And on top of offering $10 he was looking to take 30%. Sadly a poor experience for having to travel an hour to meet because he wouldn’t give information online. They might have good things in their store but you can’t expect them to sell yours because it’s impossible to browse through the mess, it’s awful service to buy or sell:/ big bummer there.

Tons and tons of different items available, and reasonably priced. The only complaint is it's a bit hard to move around the store.but understandable given the amount of stock!

Me my frieds got pokiman cards and we got gx ones yuppy! Still on the search for the golden pikachu. He also has fornite loot lammas inside

Selection is good and they have a lot of things no other place in kelowna has but it can be very messy and only some places are organized. It can be jarring to new people. Expect minor inconveniences. I have not been there in just over a month.

A disgusting mess like something out of an episode of Hoarders. There might be some cool stuff in there, but you're not going to find it climbing over, under and around the piles of "treasures" strewn all over the store.

Don't sneeze, or you'll get lost forever in the hurricane of dust.
