Great store, friendly owner/employees who are knowledgeable, attentive, and not pushy with their merchandise. Bought a cute little knife here for utility purposes. They also have a phenomenal selection of samurai swords and other medieval looking swords, knives, and other weapons.

When I was a kid, I always wanted to have a room/place where I could afford to adorn my walls with a bunch of cool swords and other weapons.for decorative purposes, of course.and perhaps in case of an emergency. They never gave us the right to bear arms here in Canada so we gotta stay in shape so we can effectively wield our other weapons of offense/defense.

Never had a negative experience the staff and owner are friendly and very knowledgeable no beating around the bush straight to the point which I like Excellent variety of blades and prices are nice.

Been coming here for 6+ years. It’s a one stop shop for almost anything with a blade, i can’t bring myself to buy my knives & others of the sort from anywhere else, best deals around, and a very well run business! Massive selection of high end knives, and huge stocks of Spyderco & Benchmade products. Even brands like QSP Knives, Civivi, and Ruike Knives. Highly reccomended, even to just have a look around!

Amount of stock on display has gone down significantly, and displayed products are a bit tacky in most cases.

Went in to buy something. The owner wasn't interested in discussing any finer points and for the most part ignored me. I'm a former military police officer, and I don't think much of the owner. I asked about a military discount, at which time he informed me that his prices are already discounted. His prices are higher than Camouflage the surplus store around the block. Yeah, the owner does not present as a very happy individual and as a person who has battled depression/anger he may want to seek some professional help.

Super friendly service! They sell colorful smoke bombs which I was looking for! Great selection of colors all at a really good price!

My son (13 years old) and his friend were able to purchase an 8 inch knife with no questions asked about age. I understand this type of weapon, and yes it’s a weapon, is not prohibited but at what point do we rely on a business owner to do the right thing and not sell these items to our youth. Trying to make a quick buck can result in a horrible situation that cannot be undone. It goes to show the type of business this is as they don’t have a phone to reach them and the owner hides behind a website. I have to ask the question if Alex is a father? Thankfully we found the knife and took it away but honestly, these places need to be held accountable and I urge the public not to shop here. Do not give this man your business as he does not have your best interest at heart.

This place is my go to, it's got knives, daggers, swords, and pretty much everything. I've bought several knives and 2 kendo swords from here and they're great, definitely recommend.

Great place! At the risk of sounding misogynistic it's a real " man cave ". My wife loves shopping there, is treated with respect and dignity. Good place, except my Visa card gets a little beat up. Only " need " that one item, oh, and the one beside it, and also that one second shelf on the left.

Super cool store! Lots of inventory. They carry smoke grenades for parties and photo shoots. They have mini burst ones and others that last longer.

Went in to buy smoke bombs for a photoshoot and the worker was really rude when I was asking about colours. When we did the shoot a few days later every single bomb they sold me was expired in 2017 which resulted in one not firing at all.

There is a 10$ charge fee to see items on high shelves and the sales person was inexperienced in retail at best but polite. I even offered to pay this fee or to buy something but she said that I would have to come back tomorrow because she cant reach the item and her manager is sick? ! Its a tourist trap looking to make money.

Order 2 baton tazer online they came in one was broken and the other one worked fine emailed them and let them know what happen doesn't seem like there customers service is very good as they dont really reply back to your messages also said on the box that returns are not accepted and all sale are final which if it is the case they should at least check there equipment before sending out items that dont work my first time buying something from them as it will probably be my last

Nice pretty packed i can't say the customer service is the best but alot of over priced items but i only bought a naruto set from the back i was not expecting them to have naruto weapons set or even sao swords but the staff are very unwelcoming so its best to just ignore them as much as possible

Brutal customer service, passive aggressive signs plaster the store and the atmosphere is generally uninviting. Products are of average to sub par quality (aka doomed to break) and returns are not accepted. Upon asking questions I was greeted with unknowledgeable staff who seemed neither interested or comitted. Overall horrible experience.

The staff are uninformed and rude. They sell low quality items for ynreasunreas prices. The guy behind the desk had zero knowledge. Amazon is a better deal where the reviews offer actual advice.

Very neat place, everything you need for a wide variety of hobbies and interests. Friendly staff and prices seem reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The staff treats customers as a nuisance. I walked up to the counter where two staff were standing idly by in a store full of customers. I asked to see several rather pricy LARPing sports items that were hung on the wall. The staff looked at me like i was making a ridiculous request. When pressed i insisted that i wanted to hold and feel the items, each of which were over $100 and designed to be held and wielded. This was greeted with consternation and I was informed that store policy required a $10 non-refundable deposit for any item hung up high on the wall. The staff spoke in an accusatory tone as if it was absurd that I should expect to hold a $100-200 item before committing to buying it. Don't waste your time at this horrible excuse for a store, simply go to Amazon which is cheaper, and where no customer service is better than the customer disdain you will receive at this store.

I just left this store and felt almost a bit uncomfortable? I bought a cyote spray a while ago and returned to the store just to ask how long the spray lasts. The sales manager, his name was Francis and had a thick European accent, and he just kind of made me feel small when I asked him a simple question. He basically made the question sound stupid by saying the question doesn't mean anything and started lecturing me about what it is I could be doing to make the spray last long or short. And he went on and on until he read up the product information and said it lasts 14 seconds of consecutive spraying. That was all I wanted to know, but definitely felt kind of disappointed in his level of service since he is a 'sales manager'. Hopefully it's not because I'm a small female that he felt superior to me right away and started lecturing a paying customer.

Bought my walking stick here yesterday. Needed a good solid walking stick to work out my flabby arms. My Sensei suggested a Bo/Jo to strengthen and tone. I got the Oak, rather than the Rattan. Has a really good heft to it. I can already feel the difference that this will make on my daily work-out, (Walk-Out) routine. My only complaint about your store is that I've been in twice now, to shop for a stick.and when I asked about the availability of Kirpans - there was "no joy" on either occasion. If I were running a weapons store here in Victoria, I'd make sure to have Kirpans in inventory AT ALL TIMES. Warriors always need to be prepared, eh? Just like the Boy Scouts. Also. I did not see whether or not you had swiss army knives. Do you? I think next month I'd quite like to buy one of those for my stone working.
