We worked with Tanner and Joe recently in applying for a mortgage on our new home. Tanner was extremely quick in responding to emails and ensured that he gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision and answered all of my questions, no matter how "obvious" they seemed. We never once felt pressured to go with their team, and even shopped around a bit for brokers that we felt worked well with us. They were able to lock us onto a great rate, and when we have an accepted offer on the table, they worked quickly and diligently to ensure we were able to remove our subjects in time. Not to mention they were able to get us a phenomenal rate, better than anything else we were quoted/pre-approved with other brokers. We felt extremely taken care of, emails/phone calls were answered very quickly, and the team felt knowledgable in all aspects. We will for sure be using Tanner and his team moving forward and suggesting him to anyone we know looking to renew or apply for a new mortgage. Highly suggest them if you're on the fence with brokers.

Dryer Group and Tanner, came through for us yet again. Recently I used Dreyer Group for a brokering a mortgage. I was very pleased with the service provided by Kelly and Tanner.

The Dryer Group is a absolutely fantastic team to deal with. We are on our first re-finance as we purchased our home a few years ago. Not only did we add funds to our mtg when re-financing the Dryer Group managed to drop our bi-weekly payments by $208.00/m as well my mtg rate. The only reason I'm giving a 5 star review is because I can't give it more. We just completed our second mortgage using Dreyer group and I cannot recommend the team more strongly. The rate we got was fantastic and the support and communication we regularly received made the process very comforting. The best part of our recent mortgage was that on the final day, just as we were closing, a mistake had been made by the lender and the Dreyer's team completely took over and handled the situation. If we had to do that ourselves it would have been painful. You cannot go wrong with this team! 10 out of 5 stars!

Well, according to my wife at least. I never actually spoke to anyone from the Dreyer group, but my wife (who basically bought the house single-handedly by wheeling-and-dealing with our realtor and these brokers) dealt extensively with Joe, who was super on-it! Quick to reply, professional and will try their best to get you the best rate. They helped me with my first mortgage and explained terms and options unfamiliar to me with a high degree of professionalism but still in a friendly and personable manner. All in all I would highly recommend this group for anyone looking for a mortgage.

As first time home buyers it was an exciting but daunting road to start walking down. However after our first conversation with Tanner, and following conversations with Casey they were able to answer any questions we had. They kept great open lines of communication and ensured we were fully informed on the entire process. We live in Victoria, never met either one of them.
