Had an RMT massage yesterday by Kiana M and it was amazing! I feel like a whole different person waking up this morning! Their facility was nice, clean and modern. The vibe was very welcoming and warm. Highly recommend going to Driftwood for all your needs!

Kiana is very detailed in her massage therapy. She identifys the issue and works to relieve the pain as well gives you stretches to take home with you so you can work at it at home. I always leave feeling better than I did going in to the appointment I would highly recommend her or anyone at driftwood they are all amazing at their jobs.

After almost two years of constant neck and shoulder pain and countless attempts to fix the problem, I was about to give up hope, and then I met Huy Nguyen at Driftwood Sports & Wellness. Huy took the time to hear out my situation and then got to work. I noticed an improvement after my first session so I kept it up. Huy gave me some relatively simple at home exercises to supplement the sessions and I just felt better week over week. My strength and balance has improved and so has my mood. I would highly recommend Huy to anyone experiencing neck, shoulder, or back discomfort like I was.

I’ve been seeing Pat for many months now as he’s taken on the difficult project of fixing the years of abuse I’ve done to my body through sports and work. The amount of passion and care he puts in to diagnosing and treating is amazing. He doesn’t just “crack” your back and send you home. You can tell he takes pride in being able relieve pain and I highly recommend going to see him.

I was referred to Tessa by a naturalpath to assist with Sibo and digestive issues. My health wasn’t improving until I started seeing Tessa. She has been a game changer! She is knowledgeable, not afraid to try new things, she listens and truly cares about her patients. Tessa is a fantastic Acupuncturist and an absolutely wonderful person. I feel so fortunate to have found her, and I don’t know where I’d be today without her!

Katie was pleasant and professional. She was very knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue quickly.

I've seen both a Physiotherapist (Katie) and a Chiropractor (Daniel) at Driftwood and I can't rate them highly enough! Not only did they listen to me and give me advice as well as treatment but they're connected to each other through the practice which means my care is coordinated! The hours are great; open on weekends and later in the day during the week (i.e, 7: 30 pm appointments), friendly staff that listen and have great sense of concern and patience. I will be returning and referring people here one thousand percent.

After suffering through a serious elbow injury and subsequent surgery I was left with pain not only in the affected arm but also in my neck and shoulders. I happened to find Driftwood Sport & Wellness via Google search and then found Jess, an RMT student. What a CATCH! Jess is very knowledgeable and I could tell right away that she really cares! I can't even describe how much the treatments I have received from her have helped me! Thank you so much for all of your help and for getting me through some tough times!

Tara was so informative and explained things so well. I feel like I learned so much in my initial visit and was able to start making little connections as to the how /why followed with what we can do to get things back to optimal functioning. I feel confident in what we talked about and the plan/path she sees for us in my rehab journey. I look forward to my next appointment, learning more and making progress.

I have seen both Kiannas at Driftwood and both are amazing! Super strong and can do deep tissue massage which is my favourite! Also both just very professional yet friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend!

I’ve been working with Dan and Tessa for chiropractic and acupuncture care for a couple of months now, and they’ve been extremely attentive and caring with each of their treatments. They’re both very knowledgeable and present with you during each session. I particularly like their mindfulness approach with focus on the breath - during adjustments, acupuncture and cupping sessions. I’ve seen great results so far and highly recommend them both!

Very happy with how everything turned out. They fit me in less than 24hrs, so it worked out perfectly. Dean is excellent, has a lot of passion and pride in his craft, and wants people to recover unreturned to their old fitness levels! This was my first ever experience with Acupuncture and Jacqueline was wonderful. She made me comfortable prior to treatment by explaining what the treatment could/would do for me and what sensations I would experience. Very thorough in her explanation and she was compassionate and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her.

Patrick Paolini is a fantastic chiropractor and always gets my pain resolved quickly and provides clear and concise exercises and stretches for home care. I have also worked which Kara to develop a personalized strength plan. The clinic has a modern feel and I have never felt judged or uncomfortable if life has come between me and doing said exercise plan as much as intended. A great, friendly, supportive clinic with a variety of practitioners for comprehensive care. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my session with Dr. Patrick! He was very knowledgeable and thorough about what needed to be corrected. He was also very personable and made me feel taken care of. I also left with my back feeling better than it ever has before! I would highly recommend booking your chiropractor session with him.

Very welcoming, felt totally comfortable and got an excellent massage after a solid consultation. I have already booked 2 more appointments with Heidi after an initial very positive experience which provided much-needed pain relief.

Patrick was very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and detailed throughout the entire process, taking the time to fully explain how things work and answered all of my questions with clarifying answers. He did a great job to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. Will be back.

Patrick is a gentle giant (as I’m 5ft nil), and only creates pain as necessary, to combat the pain you go in with, then walk out without. I was scared to go to a Chiro, but he listened to my concerns, and continues to do so, which I respect and I feel comfortable to recommend his services.

Nicole is an amazing RMT! She's so passionate about her work and will bring the pain when you need the tricky muscles beaten into submission. 11/10!

Driftwood was an amazing experience. I was experiencing incredible pain from a workout injury and I was quickly given an appointment with Dean Sipos. Dean was able to diagnose and locate my pain and get me feeling back to normal within a few weeks of the injury. Would highly recommend Driftwood and their amazing team of therapists!

Patrick is amazing! After a couple months on chronic back pain, I saw him, and I walked out feeling new again. So appreciate his knowledge, and getting me back to my self, along with his take home exercises and recommendations.

I had the opportunity to have an RMT session with Kianna. I’ve been to many over the years and found her to be knowledgeable, attentive to my needs and excellent with her technique. I prefer deep tissue massage and she was spot on. She also made sure I was comfortable at all times. Patrick was thorough, polite and professional. I am having issue with my back and a rib due to pregnancy and Patrick was accommodating and knew how to work around my 6.5 month pregnancy belly:).

Dean Sipos is very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He is very thorough in his assessment of your injury, he does all kinds of checks and balances to determine what is best for you, shows you appropriate exercises. And he sends them to you via email. I highly recommend Dean as he is amazing.

Heidi made me feel very comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. I have been worried about finding a new RMT without having any way of knowing if they will use enough pressure or not. She definitely used adequate pressure. I generally need a massage very so often due to the fact that I sit at a desk all day for work. My neck, shoulders and back feel great after my massage.

Seen multiple RMTs at driftwood and all are so lovely. Friendly to chat with and always listen to my concerns. Every time I leave there I feel so good!

Pat is an excellent Chiropractor. He is very knowledgeable and conveys what he knows in an easy to understandable manner. He is friendly, empathetic and very efficient on the delivery of home care exercises. I highly recommend Pat to anyone who is new to Chiropractic care or looking for a Chiropractor you can trust.

Had chiro by Dr. Patrick Paolini and left with a better understanding of where my neck discomfort is coming from, along with some practical stretches to do at home. Also had a massage appt with Kianna- by far the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever experienced! Clinic was clean and very welcoming. Looking forward to my next appointments & feeling better!
