They are good at selling stuff but when it comes to the vehicle inspections they are big time scammers. My recommendation is have your vehicle inspected by your mechanic prior to signing anything. They have promised to fix everything that was wrong with the vehicle. After 3 visits at their mechanic I gave up and started doing my own repairs. The mechanic straight up confirmed to me that they did not pay for the new parts. Besides the few things that were not that major, the emergency brake was not working. After they “fixed” them by not replacing any of the parts, my trucks brakes started squeaking and overheating. Took the matter in my own hands to find out that the brake pads were just crumbled. Nothing safe about them.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Jay, The initial impression was positive, accompanied by a multipoint inspection paper that purportedly certified the car to be free of any issues.

Within the same day of purchase, my vehicle encountered some problems. Despite the dealership's assurance of the vehicle's condition, the subsequent issues raise questions about the credibility and thoroughness of their inspection process.

Update:
Today Jay Called me and rectified all problems. He offered me to fix all issues of the car or change it with another vehicle. I decided to get another car from Jay.

Just recently I purchased a vehicle from DriveCo Motors. I had good experience as all the staff members were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable by answering all the questions in a professional manner. While purchasing the vehicle, we were with the general manager, Jay Purdy. We were able to negotiate on the price that we felt comfortable without any difficulty due Mr. Purdy being very reasonable with us.
As of right now, the vehicle is in mint condition with no issues whatsoever as it was advertised.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Driveco Motors and out of every dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from I have never received such great service. I reside on Vancouver Island and due to extenuating circumstances I was unable to attend the dealership in Coquitlam to view the vehicle in person. I dealt mostly with the General Manager, Jay Purdy and we spoke back and forth over the phone. Through conversation alone I knew I could trust Mr. Purdy and he knew he could trust me. We negotiated over the phone regarding the vehicle I wished to purchase and my trade-in vehicle and other than seeing the vehicle on Driveco's website I trusted Mr. Purdy in that the vehicle was mechanically sound and certified and he trusted me the same with my trade-in. I ended up purchasing the vehicle which was delivered free to my home on Vancouver Island and was just as Mr. Purdy described it, in mint condition. As a result, my wife is now the owner of a Mercedes Benz G-Class 550.

Shortly after the purchase of the vehicle the exhaust began having problems. I phoned Mr. Purdy and he apologized and immediately stated that he would pay for the repairs which ended up being simply the mufflers of the vehicle.

I found Driveco Motors to be professional, knowledgeable courteous and understanding and I never felt as though I was under any pressure to buy a vehicle from them. If you are shopping for a vehicle and are looking for a reputable dealership I would highly recommend a visit to Driveco Motors!

Bought this Ford Focus couple years ago with DriveCo Motors. Today, I called them to say this car doesn’t fit my needs anymore. I did ask any money back, just wanted to return it. I was told to talk to the bank and my bank says then I should talk to them. No one really care about it.

They could just take the car back without any cost for it, but no. If they can’t profit on me in a new financing there is nothing they can do about it.

I was wondering why a dealer don’t want back his own product without any charge? Not even DriveCo Motors want DriveCo Motors cars. Nice.

First they held a car for me as it was delayed coming from Mission. I called to check the status and they had sold it. Then found a different vehicle and less than a year later it requires $9000 in repairs. Although they were nice, overall extremely disappointing experience.

The most seamless car purchasing experience I’ve had. First 2 cars we test drove at the lot weren’t the best fit, but Behtis knew the checklist we had in mind for the perfect car, and the next day had sent us one that checked off all the boxes. We came in, test drove it, loved it! Drove it home the same day! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a convenient car buying experience!

Saw a jeep on craigslist and sent an inquiry request An agent replied so we scheduled a viewing. Visited the place and saw the jeep and checked the numbers and decided not to push thru as the interest rate was too high and over our budget. Agent then requested we speak with his manager who tried to convince us further but I still declined and was surprised he said we wasted his agents time because he had 3 other sales waiting. This was the first time I ever heard such a rude remark from a sales person much less, a Manager. Do not come to this dealership. Bought my jeep somewhere else.

Mike in Sales at DriveCoMotors provided a great car buying experience. Our test drive was well organized, then he quickly helped us put down a deposit. The next day we came back to buy the car. We met with the payment person and then the insurance individual. Everything at every station was quick and efficient. Even after the sale, he has been responsive and helpful to arrange additional tune-ups, parts and service. It's hard to imagine someone or a company doing more to be helpful. Mikee is an amazing individual.

I recently purchased a 2019 Dodge RAM from Nav at DriveCo motors. He provided an excellent sales experience. He was friendly, helpful and very professional. Would return when we extend our fleet!

Quick sales process. Sales person Navkash was great. The manager Jay though was rude and lacked any customer service skills. Other then him everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I bought 2 vehicles the same day from this dealership. Fast forward a few months and the dodge 3500 2016 has had nearly $8000 in repairs (needed U joints, axles needed taking apart, transmission was in dyre need of service and drove like it was about to break) and I still do not have a spare tire kit which was promised to me by Jay after I noticed it doesn’t even have a jack or spare tire. And after posting a review he didn’t like he contacted me in a very disrespectful way and broke his promise and never will reach out or respond. The other vehicle, a Nissan Pathfinder, just required a brand new transmission. 8000 plus tax. It has less than 100,000km on it.

Within moments of talking to the sales rep his first words were extremely rude, came off as impatient and also belittling attitude. I took my business elsewhere and made a purchase at another dealership that treated their customers with respect and kindness.

I am writing this review on behalf of my mom and dad Ursula and George Ho Lem.
I spent the day with my parents at DriveCo motors where they purchased a new SUV Denali.

They don't keep their promises, if you said yes to buy a car, if someone else give only $200 more than you, they sale to him and

They didn’t keep the promise. I go there buy a car it was late Sunday and that said we will deal tomorrow and then I came another day and then they said car is already sold

They are just the example of a man with no word.
They made deal then refused probably they got someone with higher price.
Worst experience ever.

Though I’ve had only bought one car in my life, I think anyone who has looked to buy a car has gone to many different dealerships some make you feel pressured and uncomfortable, but most make you feel like it’s a second home with their hospitality and friendliness and DriveCo motors is no different from that. At first arrive we were greeted by sale representative Reza he had great attitude, efficient and above all friendly. Reza never once made us feel pressured and wasn’t unnecessary always behind or hanging around us, he gave space and time, even though it was close to closing. Reza is a exceptionally person and DriveCo Motors is a family friendly dealership with great staff, great quality cars and even better prices.

This review is for the manager of the branch. Sorry he has zero customer service skills. They asked me will I buy if the numbers are right and I said yes. They gave me some numbers and I was asking some questions to manager in polite way and he said i should have brought my family with me and should have made my decision right away. Even asked me Can I afford this vehicle over smart person if I can afford it that's why looking for that one. Kept on telling me I will sell it this vehicle this afternoon. Over smart person this vehicle is in your parking from last two months you were not able to sell it how you will sell in one afternoon. Very poor skills. This is reply to your Reply below. This is funny how you are trying to manipulate the issue and trying not to address the issue with manager attitude. Financing was not even the issue. This is not my first car even that I don't how things works. I own BMW and very well familiar with the financing. Read 1 star and up to 3 star rating you will know the ground reality of your business and people problem. What a shame on the Manager who said buy this car now otherwise we will sell it in the afternoon hahaha it's still there. Rude customer skills not easy to sell. So I ask for Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014 model from behtis on 2 of August and he told me the car is still available so I asked some more questions about the car and I liked the car and I messaged him that I will be coming on Saturday 7 of August. I drive all the way from Kamloops to Coquitlam to see the car. When I reached there they were looking so unorganized that they don’t know what happening. They show me the car and give the car keys for test drive, I drive the car I like it but I don’t feel any brake so I told him to replace the brake and rotors. The guy behtis talking to there service guy that “ the customer is here need to change rotors ASAP. After that I moved to finance department where we negotiating about the price and after 5 minutes the financing guy go somewhere and come back and told me that the car you looking for is already sold. I was so disappointed and shocked that I have been in touch with you guys from last whole week and now when I’m here you guys are saying it’s sold. Even before leaving i messaged you guys that I am coming and I asked is there any one in the queue. Behtis said no you guys can come any time I will get ready your car all washed and blaw blaw….
After that I was totally out of my mind and don’t want to be there because they just wasted not even my time but also my friends time. Such a mis management and unorganized staff.
And after few days ago I messaged another salesman from drive co that’s the same car is available he said yes do you wanna come see.
They guys don’t care about customers time and customer service. Very Bad experience

The whole team at Driveco were very helpful, making an effort to facilitate an environment where I could get the most out of my inspection of what turned out to be my new car. I would like to thank Navkash Gill who was the salesperson that helped me for follow up we had over the phone between the island and mainland and then the carry over in person to Driveco. Financial and insurance dealings were smooth as well and I appreciated the service. When there was an issue regarding a replacement/repair that needed seeing to the team was expedient as well in offering a fair deal.

After a year of looking for my dream truck, I contacted Jay at Driveco Motors. Him, Behtis and Greyson finally helped me get into a Tacoma. They were all super accommodating and made the dealership experience wonderful.

Great experience and great team. I did my own research going into buying a Ford Explorer but they were helpful and able to work with my budget. There was a small dent on the bumper upon selling but they had it fixed and it looks brand spanking new. Thanks guys! I love my ride.

The wife and I were looking to upgrade because we have a baby on the way these people were punctual and accommodating in every way you can think of we didn’t feel pushed into anything and they worked with us on everything. I was in the market for a new/used truck. I scrolled through Car guru, Autotrader, and Facebook market. I noticed that one dealership had consistently lower prices compared to their competitors. That was Driveco Motors.

I came across a 2019 F150 Lariat with only 5600 km that was very competively priced at Driveco Motors. I was doubtful at first that this vehicle was too good to be true.

I contacted the dealership with no answer as I realized I had called before open business hours. Within a few minutes the General Manager Jay Purdy called me directly and we set up an appointment the next day.

When I arrived I was greeted by Joshua Ross. Josh was a fine gentlemen. He was professional and polite. I will later learn that all of the staff at Driveco Motors were all professional and polite. I really enjoyed doing business there. Jay (the General Manager) was very courteous and professional. Jay advised me that he would meet with me after my test drive.

I test drove the vehicle with Josh with no issues. I quickly realized that this vehicle was the real deal. I had already paid for a mechanical inspection but I later learned that it was not necessary as this vehicle came as advertised.

I met with Jay again to begin our negotiations. My business discussions with Jay really impressed me. He was professional, honest and the price haggling was minimal. Jay was a fair and principled negotiator.

When we arrived at the right price, I met with Grayson Jarvis. Grayson was very professional and polite (see the trend here). He was honest with his recommendations and super helpful with the financing and warranty coverage information.

I then met with Naz who was the insurance agent. He was also professional and polite. He was very efficient with the paper work.

I highly recommend Driveco Motors.
