Andrew Kum and DSN Safety are by far the best and most professional fire safety service organization in BC. They tended to my needs quickly and efficiently. More importantly, the customer service was exemplary. I would recommend DSN Safety for all your safety needs.

If you want friendly, knowledgeable and professional service, look no further than Andrew at DSN Safety. We had a fault that set off our alarm in our low rise and filled the main unit with hundreds of events. Andrew took the time to explain what he was doing and listed out the possible causes. Within minutes he was able to find the culprit faulty sensor (water leak) and solve the problem. Thanks for coming out late in the evening. Our residents appreciate it!

It's 9pm and the fire alarm in our low rise goes off. The building's residents shuffle out with the pets in housecoats and jackets while the fire department's sirens get louder and closer to the building.
Thankfully there is no fire, but the alarm can only be silenced every 20 minutes by pushing the button from the main unit. It was going to be a long night for the residents and for the person who had to stay up to press that button.
A call to Andrew at DSN saved us from a bad nights sleep and prevented another false alarm to the fire department. He was at our building within 20 minutes.
He diagnosed the problem quickly from the main unit and led the search for the faulty sensor.
It was clear he was experienced and gave us a list of things that can cause this problem.
Within a few minutes Andrew found the sensor and the issue was the first thing he said it would be.

I would recommend DSN for all things fire and safety. Very punctual, professional and friendly service. They really set the bar for all things fire and safety. Andrew is always happy to answer questions and offer solutions to problems and deficiencies within buildings.

We have had this company looking after our Strata Building in Surrey for the past 2 years. Excellent service, pricing, customer attitude and response. DSN seems to lack excuses though. Why? They DO NOT NEED THEM! If you are looking for a company to service your fire systems, stop looking here.

Absolutely outstanding. I was most impressed with their professionalism, effectiveness and friendliness. Most important to me was that they were most respectful when entering my place by covering their shoes with shoe protectors.
