I dropped by the store to learn about paints and the staff team was courteous and helpful. Chetan was very patient and she was very thorough with her explanation of the different types of primers and paints that was offered. I was very impressed by her professionalism and expertise. The store was very organized and tidy. I would definitely recommend my friends and colleagues to purchase paint from this location. A BIG thank you to the staff team today!

A few weeks ago, our painter picked up our old cans of BEHR paint and took them to Dulux on Kingsway to get them color matched. Chetan matched three colors perfectly. The fourth color she quickly fixed since we felt it needed a touch more blue when we took the sample outside. She was helpful, friendly and professional. The paint looks wonderful on our house!

Went in to get some Weatherguard paint to cover up some grafitti on a stucco wall. I was advised that due to irregular surface of stucco, colour matching would be difficult. Manager advised to come see senior customer service rep Kim Chow for the colour matching. She did a great job in matching the colour. She is very experienced and good at what she does! Will see her for future colour matches.

Went there during the week day, Chetan helped me to choose the stain for outside. Super nice experience. I think there was new staff working with her, tall young boy. He needed her help for few questions. She was pretty multitasking. I went there on Saturday, I think she don't work Saturday anymore. Well awesome job for her. I wish good luck for her bright future with dulux ahead.
