The young guy with brown hair was pretty rude who slammed my beer at me. I could have just taken it but if he had a need to push it closer he could have done it gently. Also he was busy talking to a co worker during the transaction and didn't even ask if I had a membership card. He definitely didn't say hi or anything. Very rude

$3 for a fricken' lime, are you kidding me? !

I forgot to grab one when I was a Save-On's. I had stopped at London Drugs and as I was heading out, spotted Liquor Plus and decided I would make a quick stop before heading home. It was more convenient than going back to Save-On's. Bought a bottle of wine while I was at it. Did the tap thing and left. When I got home and looked at my bill I realized I just bought the most special, wonderful, one of a kind lime in the world. Gouged. Good lord. Don't think this place needs my business.

Patronizing woman who has better manners with other customers is getting pretty annoying. Young guy that works with her is pretty rude too

Spend $125 in there the other day as I do quite often and a beer fell out of my back beside a employees. I couldn't bend over to pick it up as my back pack was empty and he didn't even offer to pick it up for me

Went to this liquor store to buy booze for our Christmas party spent over $350 on booze. Ask them if they would give me the bags of ice for free didn’t really answer me checked my bill. They charged me for five bags of ice, even though ice is supposed to be free when you spend over $10 I will not ever shop at this liquor plus no other liquor plus would do this.

Well let's just say I wouldn't shop here. There are constant drunks being served it's as if they want to be shut down. The environment is tense and most people are rude.some staff are okay others need to give their head a shake. The idea for their loyalty program just plays on people addiction.you spend $1000 and in return you get a 6 pack.not worth it.

I have been asked to not come back because I simply had a declined card and was near closing and I had no cash on me, I was told rudely to not come back when I apologized and asked if I had time to use their cash machine as I know I had more than enough money and figured as I have had problems with their debit machines before, (I am a weekly regular not to mention I work nearby and stop by with deals for staff.) ; it was just as before!? ! Then the gentle man behind me offered to pay and collect the cash from me after as it was almost closing and I was all like cool I will just run to machine and square up! Intending to leave drinks with him and not be a problem for the store waiting on me. The manager rudely stated no and kicked me out, I was not being loud or rude or anything but grateful. And then she proceeded to yell at me to never come back. This is the second bad experience I have had there with this particular employee. When I feel I have done nothing at all deserving of this treatment. I work in customer service near by and know the clientele, so this is unacceptable. Another time that rang rank and undeserved. I was DD for a friend of mine and we came in for some cocktails. We had no bank card issues but my friend was carded and when she grabbed her wallet from her work bag it’s contents spilled out into her bag. She apologized for the delay and proceeded to grab her id. The same employee came over and proceeded to say we were too drunk (I was stone cold sober) and we are being refused and my friend was banned for life for looking surprised and responding “Oh ok guess we go elsewhere our bad I guess!? ” We we’re leaving even tho we weren’t sure if she had a case of Mistaken identity’s but I have been there several times in between these incidents great staff, friendly service but to be treated like this strictly because I was not what? ! Not too sure still but do not recommend going in after four thirty if at all! Especially when right around the corner is the other liquor store run by Scott and his friendly non judgemental staff. These experiences have left bad tastes in my mouth for this location when other staff members customer service was excellent these particular few have ruined this location for me and my friends and family whom all spent a regular weekly amount of our hard earned dollars there and now will not be. Sorry to those who have great service there!

Large selection of imported and local beer and wine, large variety of everything, friendly staff, a good location with easy access, lots parking.

Solid overall selection of singles, beers, ciders, spirits, wines all the basics you would need plus a good selection of local products, the staff is pleasant. I've been asked if I need help most times I've been in, They have moved out of the way while stocking so I could browse and waited patiently for me to finish, cashing out has always been fast and easy.

Extremely rude staff I went in to grab some liquor not wearing a mask to which is well within my human rights it says mask mandate not federal case law so I assumed it was okay since there is no federal law saying I have to wear a mask 2 employees acted extremely unprofessional and told me to leave in dirict violation of my human rights so I leave this message in hopes that this store goes over its standard operating procedures for employees and takes disciplinary action for those rude employees who dont even understand basic human rights and not to mention a direct attack against my personal religion of spirituality asking me to obstruct my airway I'm so disgusted with this store and I'm never going back

It was fine, good wine selection but not much else.
It was annoying how long the young customer service agent at the cash register stared at my 29 year old daughter's ID and then told her to remove her mask.
She was buying wine for Thanksgiving not tequila for a party and was obviously older than him.
If she was underage why was she paying and not me, her middle aged parent standing beside her?

This was the worst experience I've ever had in my life I was accused of stealing and it was untrue and a complete lie the employees there we're very rude and I will never shop there again being an alcoholic and drinking everyday you will be losing a lot of money good riddance
