DunnEnzies Pizza Downtown

My pickup order was ready on time. It was hot and delicious. The staff were great. This is my go-to pizza place. If you're downtown and find yourself hungry, a hugh slice and a pint are very satisfying.

Been eating pizza all over kelowna for half a year now and this is hands down my favorite place. The pizza is great the price, is great, the quality is great, the atmosphere is great, they do live events there, they serve beer! It’s honestly like I thought up the ideal pizza joint and instead of going through all the hassle of making it I just found it down the street from my house.

If I could give no stars I would do so!
Ordered pizza for delivery to location less than 2 blocks from downtown location and was promised delivery 30 to 45 min max. An hour and a half later and still no pizza! I called the location at the 1 hour mark, was told the location really "got slammed", various other excuses, and that I could expect pizza delivery momentarily.
Well, 1.5 hours later n STILL no pizza!

It's hard not to want pizza all the time when you've got a good selection for taste, friendly staff, and live music. All around the corner from downtown!

The last Bastion of Coolness in Downtown Kelowna.

This late-night Kelowna institution has withstood the test of time, COVID, gentrification, and out of town investment. Kelowna used to be a lively town. Fernando's, Doc's, Rose's, Munnin's, Flashbacks, Sapphire, Level, the Fed. All gone.

Dunnenzies doesn't attempt to replace any of these lost icons, but they're doing their absolute best to keep the spirit of old Downtown Kelowna alive.

Alas, thats not the only reason they're still standing. The food is pretty damn stellar, too.

If you’re in a rush, grab a slice, but if you’ve got a few minutes stop in for a donair or a calzone and enjoy an Avocado Margarita while you wait.

Pizza get double thumbs up, chef and owner friendly and easy to chat with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stop.and the Go Cart races were excellent to watch!

Horrible service. Would definitely not recommend. The burnt pizza isn't even the worst part of this restaurant. The staff is one of the worst I've seen in all of Kelowna. Stay away!

What a great pizza place went there late on Friday night and was pleasantly surprised that they have a nice bar in the back for drinks and snacks will definitly stop by again for a quick easy night

I have had pizza literally all over the world. I am not going to lie, this is not the best pizza in the world…for me. Pizza seems to be a bit subjective. The pizza here is reasonably tasty, but I find some of the selections a bit goopy. The crust is not usually firm or crunchy, but rather droops in your hand if you do not support it, which could cause toppings to slide off. These are not deal breakers, just something to be aware of if you might expect a certain type of pizza. The location is great, staff friendly, open late and they always have a variety of LARGE slices for sale at a reasonable price. You can pop in, grab a slice and be on your way. You can also dine in and sit at the bar. Overall four stars for me!

Love this pizza. Staff is always nice and helpful. Food is delicious, and fast service. It is a bit pricey but the quality makes up for the price.

We were on family vacation and our 3yo wanted pizza. We are a vegan family so we researched places and theirs showed promise for vegan options.
We were not wrong, they had vegan cheese and multiple vegetarian options that combines made delicious vegan pizza. The cooked method and ingredients were on point, we loved the pizza.
If I were to suggest some improvements would be to their drinks selection (it was only pop). We ordered the pies to go and enjoyed them on a picnic under the tree at Kelowna City Park.

Totally chill environment with super friendly staff. Laid back vibes, and the best pizza in town. The bar is awesome, and the usual crowd is great.

We’ve been going to Dunenzies for a long time now. The last 2 take outs have not been great. Overcooked crusts, slightly burnt and dark on the edges. Their version of double/extra cheese and mine are obviously different. Very disappointing. I drive from Peachland to the Ellis restaurant for their pizza. Today’s was sadly not worth the drive. Will have to try the new pizza place on the Westside and see how that goes.

We were in town for a 1 week holiday. Good basic pizzas and salads. Very friendly service. We will definitely order takeout again.

They were so rude carrying on about me putting on a face mask despite my medical exemption. They should be ashamed how they treat people, especially when you could easily learn from the past experiences in Germany. Their intention is not good and I regret even eating their pizza. I will never go back again to this place.

Absolutely the WORST pizza we've ever had. Not "gourmet" in any way. Typical for Kelowna, the town of mediocre food. Won't eat here ever again.

The best cheese pizza I've ever had. Satisfied all of my pregnancy cravings! They also gave me a tums to help with my heartburn while I was waiting for the pizza. Precious human beings:)

This is a great place to go if you are hungry and want a slice of pizza and the slices are huge!
The food's great staff is friendly your serve quickly, All in all, I totally recommend this place.

Was just on hold for 35 minutes to order a pizza, online ordering service doesn’t work. Eventually gave up, it’s Tuesday evening can’t imagine it to be that busy.

The Pizza: good, recommend TONY BEETS in particular.

The Atmosphere: Good, relaxed, if you like rock/alt from the 90s-2000s this is the place for you.

The Staff: Other than Nya (host? She answered the phone) PASS. Our server was very short with us and rude. I worked in the food service industry for 7 years and in any of the establishments I worked (from dive bars to fine dining) her "service style" would be unacceptable. We didn't even get her name, honestly I usually try to be pretty understanding because being a server can really suck but I would never be so hostile with a customer. At the need of the day it is your job, if you don't want to do it- don't, I stopped serving and maybe she should to.

Never had before until this weekend and both me and my gf thought it was the absolutely worst pizza ever. So hard to believe for me because I know they have a reputation. But it was disgusting and I willl never return.super super disappointed. I recommend k town pizzaria as Kelownas best. But never buy from dunnenzies. Terrible.worst. So bad

This place is super convenient to stop by for pizza in the downtown area. Went based on others' recommendations and their good experience here! Very tasty and not your standard flavors, we got the 'Tony Beets' and 'La Casa. ' Would love to stop by and try some other flavors in the future!

Such an amazing place! Food so good it's been a year and I'm still trying to make a trip back! No pizza has lived up to it since!

Take some tips from your Airport location. Soggy crust and gave us someone else's order. Work lunch was already over had to eat what we got. Would have been happier skipping lunch.

The pizza was delicious and there are a lot of different options depending on what you are looking for. Would definitely suggest getting pizza from here

First visit, first review: First off, before walking into the restaurant, I felt a strange vibe looking at the outside of the pizza bar. But as soon as I stepped in, I felt right at home! It has a cool, hip, rock style and the staff treat you like like a friend! The assortment of pizzas in front of you hits you like with mouth-watering choices, from the classics to the unimaginable! And the slices are tiny.if you were a giant! LOL These slices are at least three regular slices in one, that's enough for any craving. There's cozy seating around the corner where you find yourself a bar with a great bartender and a menu of plenty concoctions and beers! Great place to chill or for take out! I'm definitely getting an XL Spicy Cheeseburger to go! Enjoy!

I wish I could rate them higher. When they actually get the pizza right it’s great. But most of the time you get a soggy pizza or just ridiculous service times. Tonight we’ve waited 2 hours for two pizzas, that they burnt and had to refire. The time before this we waited for over two hours for two pizzas after the first delivery driver left the store with one pizza and one empty box.

Tonight when I called to the store to ask where the pizzas were the employee, when hearing that I’ve been waiting 2 hours responded only with “ yea that’s f%&}ed up”

The outside patio has a great outdoor ambiance. It is like being on a romantic picnic. Great tasting pizza! The only downfall is the Mission location is frequently out of Gluten Free Crust. We have learned to always phone in advance and have often had to go elsewhere.

We were visiting Kelowna and on the recommendation from an employee at St. Hubertus.we ate at the Mission location. Felt totally comfortable with their Covid measures. Patio was not available because of weather so were seated inside. Beer was nice and cold and the Hawaiian pizza was delicious.

We actually dined at the DunEnzies in the Upper Mission District. It had a spacious back garden, and lots of social distancing was in place. There was an excellent live band (on a Saturday night) and the London Plane tree in this garden is magnificent. The pizza, salad and ambiance were all excellent.

What happened? DE used to have the greatest pizza in Kelowna. Do we blame this on Covid?
I just ordered, as usual, a thin crust pepperoni pie. Talk about your rubber chicken! How they managed to burn the edges and keep a floppsy moppsy crust is beyond me.
I swore by DE downtown as being the best of all of their outlets. Now I'm not sure that I even want to explore the others.

The freakin BEST pizza place in Kelowna. Ask for the Pickle Rick, made with white sauce, PICKLES, dill & cheezy mozzarella! A true delight of a team. Connor is a HUN. Thanks DunnEnzies for making all our pizza dreams come true!

Great spot all around, but they go above and beyond for dietary restrictions. A family member has a severe pepper allergy. This team went as far as going onto the sauce manufacturers website to try and find out what ingredients were in the "spices. " When they couldn't find out they placed the sauce on the side as an added precaution.

We brought 14 people from out of town to the mission location, worse dinning experience I have had in 12 years in Kelowna, food was bellow average, Nicole’s service was awful, I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Something has gone terribly wrong with this place. This is the Mission location to be clear. Food was barely adequate at least my Old Fashioned was decent. It took more than two and a half hours to get a small pizza, two tacos and a order of wings. No apology, no discount and snide comments from the manager as we left. There is no way this was a normal night for DunnEnzies. Nicole, our waitress was absolutely pathetic. Not sure what was wrong, but we will not return.

Very interesting venue, has bar type seating as well as high tops in the back. Very courteous staff despite working in front of pizza ovens whe it's already 32 outside. Pizza was good but the cheesy bread was massive and a family favorite. Will be ordering from here again
