I hardly ever post reviews, but I went to this dispensary with my boyfriend today and had a very unpleasant experience here. After the man had given us what we ordered he rang us up for the bill. I looked at the label (after not knowing what he had ordered) and laughed to my boyfriend after remembering how good the product was the last time we ordered it. The man then looks at me and very rudely asks me “what are you laughing about? ”. I told him that the last time I purchased this I had a really great time, and that that was all I was thinking about. That question and the way it was asked was rude and unwarranted. Will not be coming here again: (

Lovely decor, friendly & helpful staff, wide variety of products & price range, many convenient locations. Selection varies from store to store, so if one doesn't have what you're looking for, try another. Cash payment accepted

If your not a regular you don't get served? Or need to wait for others that come in after you get served first. Lame.

Became my go-to after my other regular dispensaries all added tip functions to their debit machines. This dispensary doesn't guilt the customer into supplementing their employee wages with tips, and I'll be a customer here as long as that remains the case! Staff are friendly and welcoming and they usually have a great selection!

Bought a Benny Blunto yesterday, we opened it to smoke near the seawall. After lighting it, it wasn’t pulling properly. We tried to get some airflow in by squishing it lightly and to our surprise it was hollow. Definitely not even 0.5 grams of flower in it, and it’s supposed to be a full gram. We brought it back not smoked at all with the original packaging and they said they couldn’t replace it or give us a refund. The manager with blue hair was nice but not helpful at all. They took my name and number, I had to call anyways the next day and the manager said he can only give me 10 percent off, when clearly in the other reviews people have gotten their refunds. Will absolutely never visit this dispensary again, not a good recommendation, just go to inspired cannabis down the street it’s way nicer in there anyways and they’re actually helpful

Used to be great place, had three bad incidents in a row now.
Can't recommend any one here, at the very least avoid this location.

Bought some products online, were damaged, was promised a refund in 2 days by the manager at the store, was told it's not something that they can handle in store.

Had to walk in today (6 days after the fact) to ask why it's taking so long, they didn't start any refund process. Was refunded immediately MAGICALLY, by same manager after initially trying to wiggle out.

Among other scammy things, upselling more expensive things, after the fact that you pre-purchased something online and telling customers they're sold out. Only to see it on the store counter when you came back within an hour. I laughed at this one, hard.

I'm pretty easy going, but this ain't right.

Highly recommend- First time visiting Vancouver and this pot shop was so cute! The joints I purchased had a great high and I felt like I purchased quality products. The best part was the amazing and welcoming customer service. Shout out to Aurora who was such a sweetheart and made the experience even better!

It would be nicer if they would stop talking to eachother and actually acknowledge the customers is the store, as well not eat while talking to the customers. 0/5 will not come back

Man this dutch love sucks. The staff doesnt know anything and their rude and always in a mood. Not a cannabis store you go for the service thats for sure! Their staff doesnt know ever what they have or dont have in stock and if u ask them a question about a product they are absolutely clueless. If you’re an avid smoker and smoke regularly dont go here they dont have a good selection and rarely have anything new or extracts at all for that matter.save your money and go somewhere else. Inspired cannabis is close and they have a way better selection and staff

Will never go back. They didn’t even looked at me while helping me sort out what I wanted. And they were even rude.

I have been going to Dutch Love for a while and have always received good service.

However, in all my 8 years of being in Canada I have never been treated with so much disrespect as KIERAN did yesterday (Jan 3rd at around 4: 20pm). He was so rude and made it clear with his expression and rudeness that he didn't want to attended to me. I asked for recommendation and he couldn't even try to pretend like he wanted to attend to me with his side remarks and words he mumbled under his breathe just loud enough that I could hear.

I love dutch love and always go here because I have always been treated with respect and felt comfortable, however I will not be returning as long as KIERAN works there as he has made it known that I am not welcomed there and I do not feel comfortable anywhere he is.

And if you are wondering, YES, I’m BLACK.

Had a pleasant experience at the Robson store being assisted by a lovely girl named Allie. Service was 10/10 and so was she. I just wish there was an option to leave a tip

Just the nicest ladies and so knowledgeable! Came here late on a Saturday night (open till 11PM YAY) and with a few questions, we got exactly what we wanted.

Pss. Asked for a lighter and even though they were sold out, not only did 1 of the staff give me one of her PERSONAL lighters, she took photos of my friend and I before we left lol.

Two separate visits, two fails. Staff doesn't seem to know anything about cannabis except for reading the thc percentages off the labels. Not everyone who consumes cannabis is a cannabis connoisseur.

Had an awesome experience! First time to Van and seen this neat little cannabis shop, decided to pop in. Staff were super friendly and very helpful! Plus it's open at 9am! Huge bonus plus they have a "wake and bake" special which I think is pretty shnazzy! Definitely recommend

So I have issues with the laws these stores are required to follow still. I like to see and smell produce before I buy it.

But I was in the area and this review is about the store itself. Honestly, I had a tremendous experience. I probably came in a little grumpy as per what I mentioned, but the guy helping me (said he was the GM?) made this stop good enough to want to post a review. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and had me laughing and actually enjoying myself. The products he suggested are fantastic, and I won't hesitate to come back every time I'm near!

During the pandemic and not having anything to look at other than a menu of scrolling words, the staff is always quick to come to my rescue. Most often, Stacy is able to make some recommendations that I’m usually quite satisfied with. Thanks for being such a good neighbour, Dutch Love!

I always think businesses need, at least in part, to be reviewed for their response to new patrons. This is how I approach this review of Hobo. As and older, but inexperienced recreational marijuana inquirer, i was both impressed and grateful for the way Hobo treated me. I began with an e-mail inquiry which was answered with information and suggestions for further information and an invitation to continue to seek answers.
When I eventually made my first ever purchase (yes, really first ever of any kind) I was absolutely impressed with every aspect of the interaction and how well their advice suited me.
Very well done Hobo!

Very organized and spotless; attendant was very friendly and informative. I could easily have been upsold but she warned me to go slowly which not everyone in her position would do. I appreciate that.

The store smells awesome when you walk in and it's a very welcoming atmosphere. Fantastic customer service. The most knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered. They really know their stuff.

Very good quality weed and service. Great for high end products. A little pricy however, as is the case with most legal dispensaries.

Quick polite service, very good selection including quite a few strong strains under $10 a gram, and they manage this from well decorated diggs on Robson Good Work.

Such a great experience here, they’re great at explaining how different strains provide different benefits. Shows you just how specialized the industry can be when it is effectively regulated and not criminalized (like it is federally here in the U. S) Will definitely go back if I’m ever in Vancouver again!

I always receive great customer service and expertise from the staff who are very knowledgeable about the products and the Cannabis industry. The store is very clean and well designed. I always leave with a great product and I find the key is to ask for recommendations from the staff. I am looking forward to my next visit, and I always recommend Hobo to my friends and family who are looking for a good trip!

Dry dry dry! Must everything you sell be dry? I asked specifically for something fresh and not completely dried out. Product I was sold couldn’t have been dryer.

The product is fine but personally I have a hard time decoding their naming system. The menu boards are constantly changing and have names like “Rest”, “calm”, “Lift” or “Move”. It’s needlessly obtuse in favour of cultivating their “chill dude” Instagram friendly brand over serving the customer. Selections in one gram doses are very limited.

Been waiting for the store to open, and it’s finally here! Really aesthetic decor enthusiastic service very nice experience, got what I was looking for, will revisit.

Happy this place was open during these times, so thank you so much for that! Normal dispensary is closed during this time (non profit dispensary), so this was a saver and in the neighborhood. The name of company is very odd and not a fan at all. Hobo for a very expensive Cannabis store? I need to know the meaning for this choice. Lol. The strains are expensive for anything good and its taxed on top of it. All the same kinda boring strains here rarely anything new ever, and always so dry and old the bud. Product is expensive I haven't seen a reason why. It's normal grade Cannabis nothing special. It's an ok this dispensary more geared for the commercial Cannabis market and not for the educated on cannabis medical users. When I asked why certain strains are so expensive, no one could explain exactly and detoured around my question.
