I’m really new at this whole cannabis thing and I have to say that I entered to the store without any kind of expectations, I was merely having a look.

Fortunately for me, Dani was there to give me a hand today and I have nothing but mad respect and admiration for her human quality and wonderful service!

Exceptionally patient, charismatic and well mannered, Dani made today’s experience something wonderful and very enjoyable.

I feel at good hands with someone that knows her product completely, transmitting security towards the customers and cheering them up to try new experiences!

10/10 for Dutch Cannabis and big props to Dani! You’re the best.

Came in for the first time a few days ago while Blaize was working. First of all… a cannabis associate named blaize? Iconic. And this girl knew her stuff! Helped me find a strain of indica I love! She was also super kind and hilarious! Thank you Blaize

Classic legal shop… offensively high prices and literally the worst quality of weed. Over priced dust lol

Good customer service. Nice atmosphere. I would have given one stars, but the experience was nice. The weed we got is as dry as a tumbleweed. Advantage being that we do not need a grinder, place a nugget between our fingers and it crumbles into a dust. The lady at the counter gave us 15% off because it was “a bit old” would have happily paid full price and gotten normal weed if I new it was this old. Packaged March of 2021. That’s 11 months old yikes. Should have been given away. The picture of ground weed was done with our fingers. Thought we were supposed to hippie pick this stuff, not watch it crumble away like half the avengers. Edit. Photos will not upload oh well.

First time in a "legal" dispensary and also my LAST! Complete rip off of inferior products and clueless customer service (teens?). No thanks, liked it the way it was before legalization way better. Fortunately there are still compassionate dispensaries open that sell products that are actual fire for fair pricing. Sorry but FU Govt.

Quick, efficient, good strains and open late.
Hobo cannabis offers a comfortable buying experiences for all different ranges of consumers. Staff is knowledgeable and can help you find the strains that work best for you. It has quickly become one of my favorites because of the rates they offer for some of my favorite strains. Definitely worth a look if you are in the neighborhood.

The Good: Great location, clean shop, good atmosphere, nice staff.
The Bad: Very low selection of Sativa and the herb was too dry. Gave them a second chance but this has now happened on two separate occasions. Pre-roles were super dry. Not pleasant to smoke. THC content low. I came here for weed only. I want to give them a higher score but I'm being completely honest.

Such a welcoming vibe! The sales associate Tony was very knowledgeable, and helpful. Lots of product and prices were fair.

Some of their strains are nice but the staff is not so knowledgeable. Definitely stay clear of white rhino.death bubba is nice

Initially this store has a very welcoming, zen vibe with all the plants throughout the store and a pretty little waiting area full of turkish rugs. The staff are SUPER knowledgeable and are keen to help you out with anything you need and the prices are the best in the city in terms of legal dispensaries. Love the female energy here!

Really loved the look of the shop, super clean vibe and very welcoming. Friendly staff who don't make you feel nervous or intimidated about being there especially for somebody who knows very little about cannabis.

Omg that's such an amazing place! Love it! Finally don't need to feel I'm buying something illegal anymore. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Design of the store is simple, clean and beautiful. You became my favorite place to go right away.

Their is no point in putting 15-27% THC on a label. 27% THC is totally diff than 15%. May as well put a question mark instead. The strains in here are good but the flowers themselves are really mid-lower lvl. Pink kush was like a 70 smell - 86 trim and 70 smoke, One of the worst I have had. I'm pretty sure the rockstar was mislabeled.

The store design is easy on the eyes but functions poorly. They have an ipad to use to scroll through their products but it is on top of one of their 10 weeds (so few) you can look at in store. I had to ask a guy to move away from the ipad to see the weed below. If one person is using the ipad there is not another.

Their unique labeling of weed is a big yale town vibe which sucks for mount pleasant. It's also a waist of time to hear it explained to you (omg rest means a sleepy indica.). I find that type of unscientific labeling of a drug to be a step in the wrong direction.

If you think the staff is knowledgeable about weed you have never met someone who is.

Friendly and helpful staff. The store is beautiful and cozy. I went there the first opening Friday around 6pm and it wasn't busy. The selection is really great and prices are way less expensive than City Cannabis Co.downtown (another legal non-medical cannabis store). It's almost the same price than online at bccannabisstores.com, but without the shipping fee so totally worth it! This store is now my new regular one.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Welcoming & calm atmosphere where you can take your time. I felt more comfortable shopping here compared to some dispensaries of the past, and also very confident in what I am purchasing as it is all lab tested.

Better prices than any other regulated shop I've been to. They have some of the best and brightest staff in the game!

The store is really nice. Minimalist and super aesthetic. I've been to a number of grey market shops in Vancouver and this was by far the nicest, design-wise. Being this was my first time buying 100% legal weed I knew I was going to be paying a premium. I bought a single "Saturday, " brand joint for $16.25. I was pretty shocked at the price but enh, you pay for that experience I suppose. It was overall pretty disappointing. The product was rolled and packaged in January, and I purchased it in June. The joint felt as if I was inhaling chalk.

I'm aware that Hobo has little control over packaging, if at all, but I feel that there should be a real push to refuse to stock products, or to lobby the supplier to reduce the amount of waste that comes with it. A single joint was stored in a plastic tube, wrapped in plastic, and then placed in a box.

I likely will not go back until the province allows for edibles and concentrates, and will stick to cheaper, fresher available product. I do look forward to visiting again though, and will happily update my rating at that point.
